(Original) Cei de la Z Tour ne-au făcut o surpriză f neplacută! Când am ajuns în Turcia ne-au cazat la o vilă cu 3 etaje, deși noi am plătit la Hotelul de 5 stele. Nu ne-au anunțat faptul că vom fii cazați la vile, foarte neprofesional!!!! NU RECOMAND sub nici o formă! În urmă cu 2 ani am apelat tot la serviciile lor și am primit o cameră la hotel de 5 stele la parter, într-o zonă ft retrasă :(.

    I have purchased 2 holidays with Ztour: one in Crete and another one in Zakynthos. Overall the trips were ok with some exceptions. The only improvement that all travel agencies should have will be a feedback form for the trips that they sell.

    I love Z Tour! They are very reliable and trustworthy, they are close to the customers and understand their customers' needs. We've gotten our vacation packages from Z Tour for the past years and everything was flawless each time. Even when the Blue Air crisis happened in 2022, they were super quick to find flight alternatives for us and to move the entire vacation package accordingly. This is when I've truly realized how important it is to work with a travel agency as dedicated and reliable as they are. I wholeheartedly recommend them! In May we had to reschedule and we were offered a voucher and the opportunity to reschedule. We chose to reschedule for September 2020 even if this meant paying an extra 50 euros for each person. In August we went to take an interest in the holiday again. Everything is good and beautiful, but exactly 31 days before departure we receive an email that we will have to take the COVID test (another 50 euros extra). We wanted to opt for vocals and the possibility of rescheduling. The possibilities offered by Z-tour, totally unfavorable for customers, were: 1. You choose to go and assume that you have a chance to be positive. And lose all your stay money. 2. You choose not to leave and you lose the 30% advance. Sending an email regarding covid testing was very convenient (again for Z-tour), 31 days before. So you could cancel on the same day and lose 30% of the stay, but if you canceled after you lost all the money for the stay. We were told that we have no choice but to reschedule because we "refuse" to take the COVID test. We did not refuse to take the COVID test, but it did not seem fair to us that if we were found positive we would lose all our money for our stay. So the agency chose the advance of 30% (about 800 RON) without giving us much. Whenever we called them or sent an email we were told to wait to talk to their "partners" in Egypt. One week after I sent the cancellation email, I called again to ask when I would receive the cancellation confirmation email with the answer: "in the next few days". În luna mai am fost nevoiți sa reprograma și ni s-a oferit voacher și posibilitatea de a reprograma. Am ales sa reprogramam pentru septembrie 2020 chiar dacă acest lucru presupunea sa mai achitam 50 de euro în plus pentru fiecare persoana. In luna august am fost sa ne interesam de vacanta din nou. Totul bine și frumos dar exact cu 31 de zile înainte de plecare primim email ca vom fi nevoiti sa ne facem testul COVID (încă 50 de euro suplimentari) . Am vrut sa optam pentru vochere și posibilitatea de reprogramare. Posibilitățile oferite de Z-tour, total nefavorabile pentru clienți, erau: 1. Alegi sa mergi si îți asumi ca ai șanse sa fi pozitiv. Și sa pierzi toți bani de sejur. 2. Alegi sa nu pleci și pierzi avansul 30%. Trimiterea email referitor la testarea covid a fost tare convenabila(din nou pentru Z-tour), cu 31 de zile înainte. Deci puteai anula în același zi și sa pierzi 30% din sejur, dar dacă anulai după pierdeai toți bani de sejur. Ni s-a spus ca nu avem posibilitate de a alege sa reprogramam deoarece "refuzam" sa facem testul COVID. Noi nu am refuzat sa facem testul COVID, dar nu ni s-a părut corect ca în cazul în care vom fi depistați pozitivi sa pierdem toți bani de sejur. Asa ca agenția s-a ales cu avansul de 30%( aproximativ 800 RON) fără sa ne ofere mare lucru. Ori de care ori am sunat la ei sau am trimit email ni s-a răspuns sa așteptăm să discute cu "parteneri" lor din Egipt. După o săptămână de când am trimis email de anulare a sejurului am sunat din nou sa întrebam când primim email de confirmare a anularii răspunsul:" în zilele următoare". Întrucât era luni am întrebat ce înseamnă zilele următoare, săptămâna aceasta?. Raspunsul:"cam asa ar trebui, în zilele următoare". Noroc ca și a amintit domnișoară/doamna sa ma întrebe înainte sa închidă pe ce nume e rezervare. Au trecut de atunci aproape 2 săptămâni și încă tot nu am primit email de confirmare a anularii. Dacă un email nu sunt în stare sa trimită, bănuiesc ca restul banilor (pentru ca am achitat încă o rata suplimentara fata de avans 🤦‍♀️, greșeală noastra) o sa ii vedem cel mai probabil peste 2 ani. Din perspectiva mea Z-tour este o agenție căreia nu ii pasa de clienți ci doar de câștiguri ( e ușor sa te alegi cu 800 de la fiecare persoana care anulează, decât sa le oferi posibilitatea de reprogramare) . Oameni nu sunt pregătiți sa îți ofere răspunsuri la întrebări banale, trebuie mereu sa se consulte cu partenerii lor. Ca să nu mai spun ca nici email nu sunt în stare sa scrie. Când am reprogramat au trimis email cu factura pentru servicii extra în Turcia nu Egipt. După aceasta experienta minunata niciunul dintre cei care am optat pentru sejurul în Egipt nu mai dorim sa plecam undeva cu agențiile de turism.

Numai la noi poti vedea lucruri de asemenea fel. Ar trebui imbunatatit timpul de asteptare, sa se gaseasca o solutie, in cele mai multe cazuri eu as pleca la o alta agentie cand se intampla asta. Am rabdare 15-25 min dar 1h timp de asteptareeste exagerat. Sa nu mai spun faptul ca stateam in fata usii si imi zice colega dvs sa astept afara? Serios? Adica scaunele dinauntru pentru ce is, de design? Plus ca pe usa scrie ca e permis 4 persoane. Foarte urat. Concluzie: Bad services cu timpul de asteptare si cu numarul de oameni limitat in weekend.
