Loved this place. The food is great. Affordable price and good quantity. The ambience is amazing, facing the lake. Well lit. Neatly kept. There is a neat and spacious washroom. The service is also very good. Definitely a must visit cafe near the Fort Kochi boat Jetty, after a whole day of fun in the island.

Loved this place more than all cafes out there in Fort Kochi. It's because of the ambiance, vibe, service, and comfort that Los Angeles Cafe provides to its customers. Tried the Chicken Noodles and Chicken Sandwich. Taste Wise and presentation-wise both of them were impressive. Hoping to visit this place again soon.

The food was delicious, the staffs were very friendly. The place was silent and peaceful the time we visited. It was around 1500hrs. The interior was designed so perfectly. It was very colorful. Nice breezes from Vembanad Lake. Lots of soft toys for kids to play. A small smoking area to smoke if desired. Had a huge hall for private functions too. Definitely a place to revisit if we visit Fort Kochi again.

We went here after doing some digging on the internet to see what cafes in and around Fort Kochi are worth trying out and have to be honest, this place is SIMPLY AWESOME. 🤩 We had french fries, pasta, chicken biriyani, bluberry mojito and vanilla milkshake. BURP! Sounds quite a mouthful but they all tasted really brilliant. Ambience - Simple furniture but elegant interiors. It is a spacious place and has a hall for a small crowd to host parties or other special events or occasion. With the view of the sea from the huge windows and good music, the ambience is simply chilling and leisurely relaxing. Different places and furniture to sit and try around.. each area has its own vibe. With the building being extremely old, adds a very very rustic feeling to the relaxing mood. Lot of places and angles to take awesome photos as well. Food - FRESH and HOT! 💯 And TAAASSSTTYTT! Special mention to Mr Ashwin, manager / owner of the place and also to the chef. TOP SERVICE! 😄 My friend wanted to have red sauce pasta and this wasn't mentioned anywhere on the menu, but never say never, Ashwin and Chef agreed to it and got it done! And it was served looking awesome and tasted the same! They do have specials and for certain things you can ask for things off menu and they would try to customise it for you, just like how we got the red sauce pasta which wasn't mentioned anywhere on the menu! Simply Awesome! 🤩 French Fries, wow! You could taste the freshness of it! Chicken biriyani, served hot and chicken so HOT (there was smoke coming out of it when I tried to peel it off!!) YET Tender and cooked really well! The rice was spot on!!! 😍 Just a bit disappointed that there was no pappadam or boiled egg, because I love that combo of biriyani. But well, the biriyani was soooo gooodd that this could be let go! 😅 Watch out, the vanilla milkshake and bluberry mojito were so large and taste brilliant that you can easily fill your stomach with them! 😂 But boneless, they were toooo goooood toooo.. !! Overall a spot 4.99 out of 5 for the place! Loved the fact that they could do the special request of making something that wasn't on the menu and everything served hot and well. Loved the friendly nature of the staff as well! 😋

The place is an absolute delight. The hallmark of a great restaurant is if it can provide you with freshly cooked food, which is rare to find but you are getting it here. It feels like I am having food in my home. The food is damn delicious, we ordered an extreme variety with local puttu with green curry - Kerela delight to Italian delicacy Red sauce pasta, and amazingly both taste equally good. The staff and our dear aunty is extremely friendly and warm. The place has an excellent hygiene with conscious owner and the ambience is soothing and you can choose the view you want from street side to backwater. If in Kochi don't miss it. It's worth every penny. Good people at good places when provide great food, it shouldn't be missed! Recommended for every traveller!

The ambience of this place is so relaxing. The hosts are really accommodating. I went in a little late when the HEALTHY food options were over, so aunty freshly made egg curry and chapati for me, which was yummy. The entire staff is very polite and sweet.

It's a beautiful looking cafe with a perfect location. After stepping out of Fort kochi jetty point too famished to search for restaurants, this cafe was conveniently available just a few feet away. Good food and friendly staff was a plus for the exhausting and hot afternoon. Simple menu but the food was delicious.

This cafe is a must try for every person who is planning to go to Fort Kochi. Once you have reached the fort kochi jetty, go to your left and with 50 mts, this cafe is located. Coloured in opaque red, this will soon attract your vision. The cafe is cozy and view from the window is just awesome. You can spend hours just by looking outside from the window. The food is great too. It's delicious and healthy. But what makes the cafe great is the ambiance and most importantly the host. The owner will welcome you and will guide you abt kerala and will share his experience. Those chats are warm as well as very relaxing. Costing has done nicely, it's not tooo much for a cafe like this in this location. Chicken burger, coffee and strawberry milkshake with icecream are must try.

Met the owner randomly on the ferry and he invited us to the cafe. We wanted to try beef fry and fish, and his mom, the chef, graciously made them both for us with fresh parottas. One of the most tasty meals we had in Kerala! Also great juice and dry mojitos. Stop here if in fort kochi, or on your way to/from the ferry!

Located near the Fort Kochi Jetty, this little cafe is easy to spot with the bright red wall paint outside. Seating is on the first floor with scenic views of the backwaters. The place is run by a friendly couple. They really take pains to serve the best the customer, so service may be a tad slow. But our dates milkshake & pancakes were worth the wait. We didn't like the latte so much and the owners insisted not to bill it.

Visited One week ago nice experiance at Fort Kochi. The cafe is so Helpfull for ordinary people comparing to other star hotels at Fort Kochi. Ordered a Full Chiken Biriyani for two people and for one they realize Rs 180/-. Taste is ok. Cafe is having Cool and pleasant atmosphere with neet dining area.Dining hall is decorated and seem to be luxurious.Have to wait food for sometimes for fresh items. People can order food earlier.

Situated at the heart of Kochi, nice cozy place to spend some quality time with your friends and family. The prices are commensurate to the quality of the food and the ambiance/vibe of the place. The staff is friendly and responsive. Food presentation is awesome.

We love everything about this Cafe. There are no other words that describes this place other than "Home"🏡. Aunty welcomed us gracefully, showed us around, prepared a fresh and tasty meal for us. Ashwin(our apologies if we misspelt his name)is a wonderful person, he recommends the best on their menu. Their air fried chicken wings are finger licking good. Their ambiance is next level. Costs are reasonable. Ashwin is a gentleman, has loads of experience travelling and is very welcoming and open to share them. We are happy we found a friend in him forever.🫂

This is a great spot for tea or coffee. The hostess is really welcoming and lovely. We only had masala tea and coffee (both good) but hope to return for food. Great setting with a view of the water.

The ambience here is very good, and the owner is very friendly towards customers. This is a cozy place for family, travellers and even friend groups. They have got a mini banquet hall like setup where small group of people can gather for birthday celebrations, baby shower etc. They have on-demand dishes like buffalo leg (pothin kaal) available subject to advance booking. Check the fish shawarma here, which was a variety one to find in Kochi. The fish used was SeerFish/KingFish (neymeen) and it was fresh and prepared mild but can request for spicy one too. The bread used in shawarmas are Indian breads instead of arabian ones which we all are familiar with and the bread was very soft and thin containing more fillings. Shakes such as Oreo Shake and Lotous Shakes are also worth trying. The only downside is no car parking space available for this restaurant which is situated in a narrow ally way like street which is almost always busy. So, it's strongly advised to reach here via motorcycle.

I was famished after a long morning walk in Mattanchery and Jew Town. On the way back to the hostel I thought I'll take a look here. I called for a Ghee Roast Dosa + coffee and it was gone even before I could click pictures. I went back for lunch and had puttu and egg roast. Dinner was fried rice. Everything they served tasted like delicious homecooked food and not at all like restaurant food. That is what will bring me back here on my next visit to Fort Kochi.

Well, the place is in one corner of the world. The access road conditions r not the best. Nor is the safety of your parked vehicles. The place is on the first floor. The ambience created is nice for a small establishment. But dot not be fooled by the pics as reality strikes hard if u believe just the pics. It's good, not awesome, like the pics suggest. Menu: Very small and limited menu. A sure disappointment even for the average foodie looking to explore new avenues of food. Food: Although the menu is limited I'd give the quality of the food an kudos. Tastes good. Presentation is good. Quantity is....less satisfactory but for the price u can't expect much either. U can expect the usual set of burgers rolls n other small items... nothing noteworthy as such. Drinks include mojitos and the some variations of tea n coffee...nothing new or interesting. Good mojitos.. liked em. Ideal customer: The person looking for some peace n quiet to sit with a couple of friends nd chat/ work, like maybe for an hr or two.

Very tasty restaurant. Every soft drink and food was delicious. Very freshly prepared. I recommend. Just know there is some waiting as everything is prepared on the spot.

Amazing place, with vibrant ambience, with sceneic view. They serve delicious tea, Coffee along with amazing snacks. For tea lover this is the place you must try different variety.

Best place I went to in Fort Kochi! The place is very cosy and offers the best view around here! The mint lemonade is awesome (looks like a virgin mojito), the fruit salad was very fresh with local fruits + Sebastian and other people working there were very friendly I definitely recommend it!!!

Great service from this los angeles cafe.. must try honey glazed chicken. We spent more than 2hr we took photos and videos. Staff are friendly and kind. Special thanks 🥰to Peter Bro.. Locals are so bad. Kind keep an eye on your vehicle. Someone did a hard scratch with key on my car parked in front of the cafe. Please be safe and park your vehicle with risk. Bad experience. Will never go that area.

Excellent location, great sea view from the inner seating area. Food has limited options but cooked with lots of love from the couple and the helper who runs the place. Very nice quaint feeling. Had the grilled fish with chapati and also egg-cheese bread omlette. 10/10 would recommend.
