Room booked based on review and all i saw on pics. The room was disgusting, very very dirty, Horrible customer service. The photos they have uploaded are fake. The door did not seem secure. The rooms are full of dust and not cleaned, bedsheets are very dirty. Did not provide drinking water.You can smell alcohol and smoke in the entire lobby. Worst place to stay, worst experience ever

Not 100% sure if it is suitable for families. Most rooms seem to be occupied by folks visiting for business purposes. It is close to railway station and to good restaurants. We just wanted a room to freshen up so did not mind the neighbours. But if you are planning to stay for long, you might want to reconsider and ask for a non smoking room.

Its a good place to spend weekends for Bachelors. I booked an AC room. It was very neat. Restrooms are maintained properly. Its just at a walkable distance from Coimbatore Railway station. Restaurant is not available in the hotel. But, you have many restaurants nearby (including Pure Vegetarian hotels) and you have the option to order from your room itself. You have a very decent bar in this Hotel. You can enjoy your drink either in the bar or in your room. You also have a government run liquor shop nearby. If you want to enjoy your stay in a closed atmosphere, then this is the Hotel for you.

When I booked the Oyo hotel booking and arrived at the hotel, the manager said that if the online booking was canceled and the direct payment was made, I would be allowed to stay for 24 hours. It made me wait for hours.I had to cancel it and take a room in another hotel. It made me mentally and physically paralyzed in the middle of the night😥😥😥😥😥

All employees of this hotel are very friendly. They strive hard to satisfy the customer. Very pleasant overall. The owner of this property is humble in taking the feedback from customers. Rooms are neat and thoroughly clean. They don't have the in-house restaurant but there is a provision of complementary breakfast at adjacent restaurant. The hotel is ideally located at the center of city.

On first impressions, the hotel promised comfort and cost effectiveness but doesnt live upto the mark. The entrance and hallway is pleasing, but it ends there. The lift is creaky and slow. The room is small compared to the pictures posted on websites. There were NO complementaries! Room service was poor ( They brought us tea when asked for coffee). Mirrors hazy, Toilets ill maintained and Overall a disappointment.

Hotel is in a Good location Near to Coimbatore Railway station. Always stay here for Shootings. Good location, great value and very friendly staff. I am regular guest here so most of the staffd knows me.Rooms are all good size.Good places to eat nearby. I enjoyed this hotel stay, the room was well furnished and clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the location was very central. Good value for money.I would definitely stay here again. I really love the location and ambience. i was on a working trip hence i didnt get to enjoy the facilities however i am satisfied with their hospitality. Room service is great

I like the room very much.. it's in good standard and very comfortable. The hotel is very accessible from the Coimbatore railway station and that is very comfortable for travelers. The staff behaviour is appreciated and cooperative also.. The only thing is there is no parking slots for more vehicles and some times you have to park in road side or near by areas..

Bad Experience, Unclean Toilet, Unclean BedSheets. Seriously, consider other hotels, that justifies the money you pay here.

Worst experience ever, no proper room, no proper service, reception guy is very rude, behaves like your staying free there, if you checked in late they gives room to another guest, shower not working properly, coacroches everywhere in every room(I have checked 5-6 rooms). Overall I was saying don't go there

Every employee in this hotel alongside their owner strive hard to satisfy the customer. They are really humble in taking feedback from customers, even the owner of the property inspire of having many other properties. Rooms are neat and clean. Complimentary breakfast offered is sumptuous. They lack with respect to the experiences of all their staff in handling few issues of the customers, but I guess that will improve with the learning curve.

Last week I stayed and found satisfactory also room are neat and clean. Room service to be improve. Totally good and satisfied.

Stay was okay, window curtains weren’t cleaned(were dusty), the room was bright even in midnight due to poor windows, wifi is the slowest. Cringiest hotels I have ever stayed in.

One of the worst run hotels in my entire life and they do not even understand what customer service is. They run this like a shady business. They list their property in agoda and confirm the booking . Finally when you reach there they would tell you they don't see the booking in their useless system and make you wait for 45 mins only to humiliate you and put the onus on you to contact the Agoda/booking/oyo customer care as if it is our problem and if we insist they would ask you to make a new booking with an higher price. Such a cheap behavior.

No hot water at night time. Very conjusted room but neet and clean. Hospitality is also nice.

I would like to give -5 stars ratting. The staff treats you like you staying for free at there homes. No respect no cleanliness, no hope. Very disgusting stay.

Poor hotel with worst staffs. Photos posted r very far from reality. Dirty bathrooms with filthy towels. It's not even worth a stay for free. Before checkin ask them to show the rooms and then decide. Don't fall for this outside name board and lobby which r the only clean spots in the hotel.

Old rooms need to be painted and three sharing cost 1900 per day. New rooms are nice but the cost is very high for this kind of ambience 3400 per day for 3 pax.

Yeah it was gud. It was my first time to book the room in the hotel. Not bad experience, Service and day shift receptionist was gud. Except Night Shift receptionist, he behave like we are oyo customers only, so that's the response we get.

Cockroaches, Hostile staff, Outright unethical, Disdain for online bookings, Misguiding pictures of rooms on booking platforms. Should avoid. Details below with pictures. I wish I could drop them below one star. They have two buildings, a newer one and an older one. Online bookings are treated with disdain and are given pathetic rooms. I was given the room in the pictures after I rejected two of their rooms because the first one was swarmed with cockroaches and the second one stinked more than a pile of horse manure. The third room I accepted because it was already 10 in the night and I was tired from long ride so just need a sleep. They represent the greed and define whatever is total opposite of hospitality. Please go somewhere else where you wouldn't have to argue with the reception to provide you a room that you already paid for, a room where you wouldn't have to share bed with a dozen cockroaches visible and probably a few colonies hidden somewhere.

I was there for 24 hours in the hotel. I got the room for a reasonable price in such a good area. Beds were so bad that I got backpain when I slept on it because the matress is compressing too much. Hotel staff are very kind and being it on 5th floor I have enjoyed the air. If we just open the windows then I think AC is also not needed. The room was pretty clean and I think the staff could have managed to replace the waste bin because the bin was too dirty and that too it was in the room.

poor services, manager is a lier. He ll tell something about hotel but in actual it's opposite. Never visit there, sanitization and cleaning totally Skipped by hotel mgmt.

We have booked 4 rooms for 10 peoples. Two rooms were spacious, but two rooms were very congested. Hotel staffs were very decent and helpful. The blankets and towels provided were not neat, and seems like very old ones. Walkable distance from railway station. Hotel has an attached bar but no restaurant.

We got a pathetic serive from here. We booked a/c suite on oyo , we got normal (with out ac ) and ungly room..there is no cleanliness, they didn't provide drinking water for us.So we are not recommending this hotel to any one.They receptionist is very rude and he told ask oyo customer care at that night...we are very tired so we adjust it...

The rooms are average as is the price. The hotel water is available only from 6.30 to 9 or 10 am. They didn't provide water bottles unless I had to ask for. The wash room had water draining too slow, it looked like as if I was in a pool. Reception people need to be more educated about their own working, they speak ill of Oyo and other online platforms despite taking their all benefits for getting customers. Worth only for a budget stay. Good day buds.

Service was below average. No hot water till 6.30 am, and after morning. No bottled water provided. No phone in room. Had to go down to ask them to Put On A/C (as control was in Ground floor). And again to request water. Later for soap.
