Average hotel with some low grade staff at reception. They could not provide the wifi password. They keep saying you will receive text message but it never came! In house restaurant is a joke. We went for lunch and no one attended us for 15 minutes. We left to a good restaurant near by! They have to appoint a well behaved and educated staff at the reception. Only positive is the room space. Room was tidy and clean though the furniture were hitting centuries of age! Advice:- Look for better hotels. Plenty of new hotels with same budget and well behaved staff around this place.

Horrible experience with this hotel.... they are doing scam and fraud..... Recently I have arranged a farewell function in this hotel .... First they have charged 1000rs per plate (veg) and hall rent extra 25000rs....after some time we reduced the hall rent price with the influence ... then they changed and charged 1025rs per plate and said some reasons....They asked the requirements and we have told led display for backdrop and they said it will cost 40,000 which was too much extra...so we told we will arrange from outside and we finished at 25,000 (which is 15,000 less). They told that we should pay advance amount of 15,000rs for looking outside because if damages occurs we will detect in that amount...why should I go dj with hotel reference because they are paying u extra commission?...At the function time they are saying that we should keep generator for dj and led with is less than 10 KV and they are not giving power supply..I am asking why the heck u are collecting hall rent if you are unable to give minimum of 10KV.....okay if you can't give the power supply why the heck u are waiting till the end so to ask extra money?...If it is not possible means we will not fix the generator itself....later they have given power supply and saying generator will cost extra 10,000rs what a moment 😮......then we said ok let it be we will arrange the money and give it after the function because u have said told now only...This was handled by PERIYASAMI sir.....sry he is not capable of saying sir also...He said now itself I need money or otherwise I will cut the power supply.....we are asking and arranging the money at that time he cut the power supply of the generator... what a cheap behaviour by PERIYASAMI ...he is not capable to be in the star hotel ....he should be in road side vendor shop.... jenneys has maintaining the dignity and decoram keeping 4 star but of his cheap behaviour it doesn't feel like a star hotel even small hotel can understand the situation but this man...chai worst behaviour.... Atlast comes Manoj who give sample food by paying money....chai worst..... don't go here .... jenneys name will be spoiled by this two men mainly PERIYASAMI.....I will not recommend any of my friends..... before booking hall for a function please receive tarrif in written form because they will scam and try to get money and keep in their pockets..... better don't go to this hotel.hotel management take immediate action on PERIYASAMI

Very disappointed. Today we went to attend a function at Jenneys Residency and I wondered how they got 4-star recognition!! Being wheelchair bound I make it a point to enquire whether the place is wheelchair accessible before going. Being a 4-star hotel I was so sure they would have a ramp facility. When we went there, there were around 9-10 steps (the front door, as well as the back door, has steps). There was around 10 staff out (security and others)and none were willing to help. They asked my husband whether like filmy heroes he can carry me in his arms. It is quite upsetting to see such issues in our society. Many speak about disability inclusion and wheelchair accessibility and it remains just as talks only. It is my earnest request to the Jenneys Residency Management to kindly look into the matter and oblige at the earliest. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanking you, a disabled person who came to attend a function at Jenneys and returned home without attending it.

It's our new favourite place for a layover on our drive down to Kerala from Coimbatore.. The staff were extremely courteous, the rooms were neat and large.. Surprisingly the food was extremely good.. And most importantly they have a children's play area and a great swimming pool both for kids and adults..

We had a business meeting at Jennys Residency Coimbatore . We booked rooftop place for dinning . We ordered hakka noodles , fried rice , nun, butter chicken . Food was good. However , the butter chicken was too sweet . The view was great from the rooftop . Overall the food was good at reasonable price

Located at Avinashi Highway, opposite to CIT college next to medical college. We conducted a seminar here. Different halls are available based on the budget. Moderate food ans services.

It's a must try place for an better decent stay near airport. Jenneys Residency gives a very good space and large space in the room when compared to any other hotels, there facilities and services are most appreciable. This hotel comes with an swimming pool which is large and available with neat and clean. Their breakfast is good and taste, rooms and restrooms are maintained neat and clean with and decent room spray. Overall rooms, restaurant, swimming pool are best. Front desk has to be improved by attending phone calls before and after check-in, as sometime there was no response to the calls

I would thanks to the planet edu for organizing the exam Centre @ Jenny’s. Ample car parking, Waiting Lounge is enormous with couches. The receptionist will get the work done smoothly and gently. It has huge invitations for every occasion like valentines day celebration, Holi etc...High On Coffee has a good dessert menu. Mush-R-Us and Seas the day are remarkable

Very good location. What a fantastic room in very neat condition. The room is bigger with full facilities. Very good service. Neatly maintained gardens, swimming pool, children's play area, lawn, abundant parking area, function halls, dining halls, etc... Everything is fine.

I haven't stayed here but came here for the restaurant. The rooftop dinner is to die for. Must visit place if you are in Coimbatore. The service is impeccable and the food is mouth watering.

We expected a good service from Jenney’s when we booked their services for our wedding catering and decoration and we received the worst service! Absolutely disappointed. I had planned my wedding differently and they have delivered everything that I did not pay for or want. Money wasted for bad service. Please don’t plan your wedding with Jenney’s. They don’t really care about what you want, and no refund also. Just money at the bin!

Only rooms is big but very bad service by staff. Paid expensive price compared to other hotels i stayed these few days. Even so much comlicated for additional bed which is 1800. Wld not recomend tis hotel to anyone. Simply bad and not worth for the price. Much regrettable

Hall is average, outside area good for photoshoot. The barbecue over Jenneys is really a good one.

I could rate even less than 1 star. For the way they treated and their attitude. In a family function for extra pack of food than ordered numbers they asked to pay an extra amount and more than that they stopped serving food until we accept . What a cheap way to handle customer especially in a marriage function.

Enjoyed the 2 night stay at Jenneys Residency, Coimbatore. Really appreciate the staff, right from the reception to the housekeeping, for their courteous and prompt service. The room was very spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast was very good. The best part was the company of a beautiful peacock at our window. Would definitely come back to this place.

We went to enquire about a function hall to organise a party of less than 500 pax. It's ridiculous the amount they quoted. Hall rent 40k and per person food cost Rs.1150/-for which they said they ll serve 14 veg dishes, which includes salad n pappad n jamun as a dish. Anything extra ll be incurred charge of 50 per person. Menu was pathetic n price was unjustified. Dood common seriously!!! Urban bbq on a weekend dinner charge Rs. 1000 approx and that includes non-veg unlimited serves n wide options. When spoke about this they themselves claimed that they are so called "3-Star" and so this price. Trust me when u r charging separate for hall for 3 hours 40k and decoration separate n etc, food is worth not even 600/-. Better explore world n check nearby Bangalore with pricing n options and fix price. Even a simple restaurant in Bangalore is way better than this place. You guys are no where meeting a Star hotel atmosphere or staff or service offered. Finally decided to host our function in Radisson which offered better deal.

5 star customer service at 4 star price. My first stay and was impressed at the room size and the grounds. Good choice, if i need to be close to airport or hospitals of Coimbatore. The only downside is that there is no safe-box in the standard room (which i found in many other 4 star hotels of this city). At this price range and location, one would expect a safe box in room. This could be a deal breaker for many who want to leave passport & things in the room. There was also no facility to leave it at the front desk. So, you will be forced to carry your passport & other valubles every time you leave room. But security was good at this hotel and i didn't see random people walking in & out. Safe box is available in Executive rooms (i was told). Food is on par with other 4 star hotels. There is a big outdoor swimming pool, and plenty of space for kids to play around.

The place is hygienic and very clean. Our situation during the pandemic was very secure. Food was good. Tastes amazing. It was such a pleasant experience compared to other five-star hotels. There was a strong sense of cleanliness in the room. Also, the hotel provided good and responsive room service. It's possible to hold corporate events and small family functions in big halls and on the open lawn, but the costs are high. Ample parking space is available.

Great place to stay with friends and family.. Easy access to the airport... Neat and clean rooms...! They have spacious lawns and ball rooms for events or functions... And also swimming pool There is also an in-house restaurant to dine..

Excellent ambience and highly polite staff. Very clean and hygienic environment. Buffet was extraordinary. A good amount of crowd is always there and sometimes there could be a problem with maintaining social distance Buffet serving is very slow at times, they take a lot of time to refill items and their juices or sodas are very expensive, I mean who will be ready to pay 200 for a lime water?

Stayed in a double occupancy room. As we were there an extra bed was arranged. The room size was unbelievably huge that even after squeezing an extra bed there was sufficient room space to accomodate another two. Though the property is bit old the upkeep is top notch. Sanitary fittings looks new. We had mutton biryani few sandwiches and some vegetarian dishes. Everything tasted good. The property has an amazing swimming pool and couple of banquet halls. Located away from city but close to airport along highway.

We had celebration party at urban barbeque... Food was amazing... Had uniques items in buffet... I liked pancakes with icecream... All common started like crispy corn and cajun potatoes were delicious as well... If you're going for some celebration and want them to offer cake like other barbeque outlet you must inform them prior as their cakes are fresh unlike other barbeque outlets...

It had been a long time and is still a good hotel at Cbe . Has an unlimited BBq restaurant and Conference halls . Rooms are excellent and priced well . Airport is nearby and hence a desirable hotel for business flyers. Good parking space and conveniently located near to the Avinashi main road. Finding the hotel is very easy.

Great place to stay with family and friends. Its a huge property very close to Coimbatore airport and very well connected to other parts of the city. I was in to an opinion that they were a known brand in the past and have lost their charm now. But pleasantly shocked to experience their good rooms and better services in my recent stay along with my friend. The stay here feels very quiet and calm. Very neat and well maintained rooms. Food was excellent, room services were prompt most of the time. Staffs were very courteous. Ample parking space is available. The guest rooms are located towards the backside of the property whereas the convention centre and restaurant are in the front side. Overall, it was a nice experience staying in this property.

The experience was nice there, the hotel has a nice pool and a nice park for childrens. There's a nice gym and for those who seek to play indoor games thats also available. Food is in my opiniok okish but i think they could improve the time taken for room delivering as most of the time food gets cold when it reaches. Maybe thats because the restaurant is in another building and they have to bring food from there. Staffs are very nice and their behaviour towards customers is to be appreciated.

Not great experience, they had given neighbouring rooms for exams so continously there were disturbance so family didnt find this place to the liking. Ideally if it was center for exams they should have given us some other floor

We went here for a wedding reception..this place is in the mid of the city and is accessible very easily..they have a huge lawn which is very good for big events. Food is also very nice. But the restuarant started newly here, the Urban Barbeque is not that great.

Location and outside ambience is awesome and rooms is ok but the restaurant is not at all worth for even single Star because they took around 30minutes for serving chicken tikaa, butter chicken,chettinad chicken with butter roti and one chicken biryani. The taste of food is also pathetic, briyani rice was like rubber and the roti was half cooked.

I have had two family functions in here . This time I had a function with a crowd of 100 at Jade Hall . I must say the service was splendid and the food was top notch . Right from booking till the last meal served everything was taken care of soo well . Rilwan the manger and his team , Raja and team on the Floor were perfect example of how to manage an event . I would absolutely suggest Jennys coimbatore for any kind of get together . They can accommodate 25 people to 2000 people . From kitty parties to huge marriage functions everything can be done under one roof . With them we don’t have to worry about anything . Just get perfectly ready and come for the event , rest of things wil be taken care of by them . Once again a big thank you to Rilwan to make us absolutely satisfied with the best service .

Amazing place to stay. For location I have given 4, because there are no shops or store near this place. For anything and everything you need to walk a kilometer. I was looking for a bouquet and the florist was 1km away. For a medicine I had to walk 2 kms from the hotel and thats a big inconvenience.

Well maintained Halls! Average food! Attended a business meet, the food was quite average , the non vegetarian options was quite bland and tasteless! Could improve the food by a lot!

Nice place for function and diamond hall was very nice but it accommodate only small qty of people if more people's accommodate its difficult to handle . Food were also good. Ambience was nice. With good amount of parking facilities.
