    Friends,please do not visit the hotel as the staff are always there to cheat you. I went with my family and I found the hotel to be in a low stooping standards in cleaniness,courtesy and safety. First of all,In reception one lady and guy are there to start who is fond of threatening people with her rude voice and shameless behavior. I've seen each and every guest getting countered by the lady for unnecessary matters. Don't know y hotel management has kept such horrible persons at the counter for welcoming guests. Next,the rooms and washroom are equally shabby and doesn't even deserve a star rating.They are running the hotel with false promises through online portals with such non courteous staff. Even a lock is not in the bathroom,for which the hotel management doesn't care about. Truly pathetic 👎 and never ever try this hotel for a single day overnight stay😔

    This is the worst experience I ever had. I'll not recommend this place to anyone. We booked 5 rooms and all 5 rooms had issue. All washrooms were stinking, water was dripping from AC, in two rooms there were worms in bathroom door. They promised unlimited breakfast but they had only one option for breakfast and it was limited. All the rooms were on double occupancy but they provided only one towel and the towel was very dirty. The receptionist behaviour was bad. He was very dude and irresponsive. I'll be raising consumer complaint because what was promised was not provided.

    The rooms were not clean. These are old room with insects on the ceiling. We had to wait for 2 hours at the reception as we arrived early and there was no fan or AC at the reception. The parking area is a mess. We were initially checked in to a room where the AC wasn't working. We asked for it to be changed which they did. The staff at the counter are not so friendly. The towels given were probably bought when the hotel first opened. They were very ugly. I would not recommend it to anyone.

    I have given one star since the hotel is in prime place. Listing down not good 1. Cleanliness of room 2. AC within room not working 3. Cleanliness of bedding is bad 4. Torn towels are provided 5. Bathroom dont have latch and placeholder to put dry clothes 6.water from toilet will spill over everytime you press 7. Bathroom n toilets are not clean n always smelly 8 no door mat from toilet 9. Many places n rooms always have cigarette smell 10. Very costly if you go during holiday peak

    Worst experience ever. Faced so many problems.. No proper hospitality. Rude behaviour from the reception side . Harsh talks. Never ever come to this hotel Worst room & service. There is a big gap in the window, when it rained the water came inside the roomtill bed . They asked us to pay extra 1000 rs for the extra bed but the water came inside if exchange of room they asked to pay extra 500rs.the lady who is in the reception is so rude and don't even know ow to treat the guest. Hey are using the bath towels to wipe the floor I've attached the photos below i ll never ever recommend this hotel for any one please don't come to this hotel for god's sake

    Me with my wife and son recently stayed at this hotel, and I was very disappointed with my experience. The breakfast was supposed to be served from 7:30 AM, but they were unable to serve it even at 8:15 AM. This was a major inconvenience for me, as my son had a college orientation scheduled for 9:00 AM that was 20 km away from the hotel. I ended up leaving the hotel without breakfast so that I could make it to my orientation on time. In addition to the late breakfast, the hotel also had no hot water and the water in the washbasin was smelly and ugly. This made it very difficult to get ready for the day, and it was not a pleasant experience. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was poor, the facilities were subpar, and the breakfast was not available when it was supposed to be. I would give this hotel a rating of 1 out of 5 stars. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you are looking for a hotel with good service, clean facilities, and a reliable breakfast, I would look elsewhere.

    It rained and my room got filled with rain water, Bathroom somehow shrew will make it dirty everyday. Bedsheets won't be changed until asked. The helper staff are good but the Aunty at reception us really rude, unmannered non co operative They will sometime not accept bookings done online. But Breakfast here is really good.

    Had a horrible experience at this place. The hotel doesn't have enough parking for the guests because of which we were asked to park in front of the hotel itself, and the car was damaged badly by a water tanker who provides water to the hotel everyday. And the staff didn't have the courtesy and decency to inform us that the car was damaged, we had to figure that out by ourselves. They did not help us resolve the issue instead they were keen on chasing us out as they had other guests for the rooms to be occupied. The hotel didn't take responsibility for the incident that happened in their so called parking in front of the hotel. They do not know how to behave and support their guests. WORST PLACE TO STAY IN COIMBATORE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT USE THIS STAY. Agoda had mentioned about the facilities that were provided by this stay which included parking as well. The least they could do is refund our booking amount 638575022 for the damages caused which is 5times more.

    It was absolutely horrible to the core. Rooms not clean. Linen is torn and worn out. Somehow I managed one night. Boy at the reception was absolute nonsense and he doesn’t know how to deal with people day shift was ok. Security attitude and dealing was really good. Room was above the local bar which was very noisy. I asked for a TV remote and one person in yellow uniform came and denied the same straight away. When I spoke to Fab customer care, I thought I was going to stay at a much great place but this is now way!

    We had booked executive rooms for a couple of days and were shocked to find the state of the room. The linens were torn, the hand shower in the bathroom did not work and the curtains for the windows, which were supposed to block lights from the street, were transparent. They supposedly provide hot water, but the temperature of hot water is almost the same as normal water. Services were slow. Considering the cost paid, you get much better hotels for much better rates around this locality. We made the mistake of making an online booking because we did not know much about the area. Completely disappointed.

    Good hotel if you are on a budget. The rooms are spacious and do not feel suffocating likeOyo Rooms. However, do not expect clean hygiene like new bedsheets, towels etc. Only South Indian breakfast is available like Idli, Sambar, Vada, etc. The receptionists are friendly and listening.

    Veru bad experience, the bathroom was very I'll maintained . It was stinky. They asked us to pay an advance amount while booking and when we checked in the hotel they said we had not paid any amount and made us pay the whole amount . While we contacted the customer care they said they can't do anything even though we paid the advance through a link given by them. Even after we showed the reception staff the evidence for making payment. But no use.Even though the accessibility is good overall experience was bad.

    The place is located near gandhipuram bus stand. Clean rooms and bathroom. Only breakfast is served and they don't provide lunch or dinner. Polite and helpful staffs. There was a problem with wifi while I stayed for 3 nights

    Washroom is not clean, smell in the washroom. The entire hotels needs pest control. They need to buy new bed sheets nd towels as white has turn into black. Thankfully we had carried our own towel so we survived. I would not recommend anyone to stay as it’s unhygienic. Ants mount in mostly all rooms. There is leakage in windows nd doors therefore Ac cooling was effective. Please don’t stay in this hotel till the rooms are rectified. Nd bed linen are changed.

    Do not recommend due to the service of receptionist. Her customer behaviour and attitude was horrible.I have stayed at fab hotels at many location but here I had many bad experiences including check out. (receptionist was arguing to pay additional for breakfast even though it was included in booking, I had to explain her related to booking tariff) Didnt provide any amenities even though we paid for three. Do not recommend at all if you need a pleasant stay. Worst experience I ever had with the Receptionist here at fab Jansi Deluxe.

    Budget Hotel with limited services. Hygiene was not as expected. Location is good, closer to bus stand. In my 3 nights stay, neither anyone came to change towels nor anyone bothered to clean the room/changed bed sheets. Windows were not closing properly. Foul smell in the room. Not enough light fittings in the room. It was like dim/bar lighting.

    I'm stayed at Room number 303 in Hotel Jansi Deluxe. Ghanthipuram. Must improve in cleaning. Some bad smell always there in Bathroom. Small size Cockroachs are there in the room. Shower is not working. I'm using bucket only. Washbasin is also having very small amount of water flow. Even though I'm giving 5 star rating. Please rectify this little things.

    a big ZERO rating.MY ILL FATE I SATYED WITH FAMILY They are just doing the business with Google ratings. RUDE, un polite and Un educated care takers who yell at the clients on high pitch even if they ask for a water bottle. They shout on us clients as if there is no other go for us except this DUNGEON...RS.1900 per night for such a cheap hotel with small compartment rooms and unethical staff. People should think thrice before booking this. I am sure I will try to reach other clients and make them write the ZERO rating for this cheap indecent and useless hotel.

    Worst ever experience. Sent me booking confirmation and when I booked. When I came to check in they refused me the room saying the AC in your room is not working and so can't give you a room. When I fought for it, it was given. The room was disgusting with horrible smell. Please even book this room and suffer.

    Theives. Denied booking inspite of making prior reservation and payment. I have read a few more reviews for them. Same excuse ac is not working .. rude reception. I had to call police to get a room. When police was called they offered a room in another hotel. In the beginning they denied chk in, then they offered a non ac room for the same price i had booked for a ac room. All the time they said called fab hotel customer care. To top it fab hotel customer care number also did not connect and was dropping the call when on the IVR. In the end i had to call 100 and when i did that they arranged for a room in a neighbouring hotel. Never book this hotel. If u are a traveller. Imagine even after a paid prior booking if u are denied entry to the hotel at 1 in the night.

    If i had the option to give a zero or negative rating, i would have done it. Want to experience hell..go to this hotel. Rude and totally indifferent staff. Just next to the entrance is a TASMAC bar. Checked in late at night around 11.30. Room had soiled sheets and towels.When i asked them to be changed the room boy, who is as good as dumb, changed it with pathetic ones. The TV wasn't working and the AC wasn't working as well. When i complained they made me shift to another room which had same issues. The room was a hot furnace and they simply asked me to check out in the middle of the night without batting an eyelid!!...spent the whole night awake n checked out early morning. Nightmarish experience. Feel like suing them. NEVER EVER choose this hotel going by the fake ratings on booking sites. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    Terrible experience at FabHotel Jansi Deluxe. Wouldn’t qualify as even one star forget 3 star that they claim. Don’t ever stay here. Lengthy post, read on to know why you should not stay here before booking. At the time of booking, we had requested for early checkin at 7:00am. They had agreed on it. Called up 2 days prior to our booking to confirm on early checkin for 7:00am. The person who picked up the call said it should not be a problem and they will be able to accommodate early checkin with extra price. We go in as booked at 7:15am and the hotel front desk staff were clueless and said their customer support did not inform them and asked us to come back at 12:00pm as per Checkin Policy. We requested for the room as we were with our aged parents and my father had to get admitted to Hospital nearby at 10:00am the same day. The front desk staff lied saying there are no rooms while clearly there were rooms. Later after much insistence the person at front desk asked us to wait while they get the rooms cleaned. We were kept waiting till 8:45am and later told that rooms are not available. What we realised was the available rooms were given to one large gang of 12 people for extra side money by the manager. I shouted at him asking why he made us wait till last minute to tell that the room is not available. He again asked us to wait for 5 mins and then gave us a room. We thought our ordeal would end there. Nah!! No hot water in the room to take bath. My parents ended up taking bath in cold water as we had to rush to Hospital. Next day the breakfast service which was supposed to start at 7:30am was started only at 8:30am after complaining. We regretted going to breakfast as the food was so terrible and tasteless. We left without eating and checked out of the hotel to go to some other place even though we had booked for 5 days. The front desk person did not even bother to ask why as he knew the reason. After reading this, stay at your own risk.

    Worst experience here. First of all getting into the place where this hotel is located in hectic. Toilets weren't clean. I got some ladies underwear from toilet. The receptionist is so rude. Wifi connection was mentioned while booking, but the password provided was different. Even after requesting so many times no one cared to come and check the issue. Bath towels provided was untidy. Tv was not working. If I had an option I would have given negative rating.

    It's near Gandhipuram Bus Stand and in the middle of the market. Good location. Rooms are clean and spacious. But room service is not good. I stayed for 2 days. Even after asking for room service several times, the staff did not respond. Finally I had to pull in a staff for cleaning. Same experience when i ask for drinking water. The lighting in the room lacked white light which made the rooms dim. These all were little disappointing.

    The cleanliness of the room was not upto the mark, the sofa placed were torn. The towels placed was not good it was very old. Rooms were smelling. Ac was not working properly. The shower was not functioning. When compliant was raised the response was plumber not available. The front office person was quite rude in handling customers. The rooms were not at upto the mark as shown in the pictures Overall experience was not at all good.

    Very poor customer service. No proper services are provided for the amount they charge for the rooms. There was no proper shower facility available in the toilet. The AC in the room was not working properly even after it was mentioned to the hotel people. There was no WIFI facility available either as mentioned in the room charges. Even after all this was mentioned at the reception, they didn't care to listen and solve any of these issues. Very disappointing experience. Honestly do not recommend anybody to book rooms in this hotel.

    The lady was asking additional documents expect passport. I have given my visa copy by uae app but she is denied it as it invalid . I am the Indian and have passport but why is asked additional documents. I conveyed many times but she doesn’t know it . I have given my addar card and then she accepted.

    I recently stayed at a hotel near the Gandhipuram bus station and had a great experience. The location was convenient, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the booking, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. I give it five stars!

    Worst experience in my life. My vehicle got damaged at the hotel parking area. Front office staff asked me to park it opp to the hotel reception. Water tanker who is a regular water supplier of the hotel hit my car in the night while he was reversing. Hotel staff failed to inform me at the night when incident occurred. I saw it when I came down to order Tea in the morning. Asked for CCTV footage but they failed to provide it. It is costing me around 40k for all the damages for no fault of mine. I want hotel to take complete responsibility and compensate me for all the damages caused due to their negligence.

    Good location, present near Bus stand, Cross cut road, right near shopping centre. Value for location. But the ac in the room was not working properly. Unluckily we went during full day power shutdown, the hotel ran all electricity on generators because of which tv cable was not working. There was one-two hours of no power via generator. The lighting and the ventilation in the room can be better. Wifi was not working in second floor, even after reminding, it was not fixed.

    Early check in charges are not at all intimidated while booking via online and invoice for the same denied to provide. There was no response after check out for invoice. Demanding the full payment even before check in. Breakfast is not worth for the money paid.

    Such a lovely place to stay, services were too good, staff was friendly as well. Safe and secure. At start had some issue with washroom however once we asked staff to fix it, they did it quite fast. Loved it overall.

    Broken doors, smelling room, no single queen beds in entire hotel. No room service to give anything, even a water bottle or a comb. The tasmac next to Hotel is noisy enough to keep you awake. You need to waste atleast 5 buckets of water before any warm water comes. In a state with so much water crisis the hotel is okay with water wastages.

    Worst hotel that I have ever stayed in!!!! Pls don't book and regret later like me.. 1. There are small corcroches in the room 2. AC was not working hence, had to change 3 rooms 3. No hot water in bathroom... It's just cold water 4. Bedsheets are very dirty.... with stains here and thr..DONT GO BY THE PHOTOS ON INTERNET... The pictures shown in the net and the reality is totally two different things.. 5. Bathrooms are very small... with no maintenance.. 6. Taps are not working as intended 7. The receipt is very rude I can list some more but I think it's time waste.... Summary : PLS DON'T BOOK AND REGRET LATER!! rest is your call

    Worst receptionist ever. such an inhospitable lady receptionist with Unprofessional and un friendly attitude. Check your tariff properly that lady is taking extra money.. I dont not prefer this hotel anymore, I stays a lot in coimbatore , preffered this hotel as its fab hotel, regret my choice. Charged extra for amenities that were not provided, and when I was trying to contact fab hotels she paid me balance money. If I wouldn't have waited there she wouldn't have paid balance.

    I personally don't want to give even single star accordingly service has been provided by the hotel to us . The room which we got we actually dint found the fresh one because we found someones cloth in the bathroom after complaining also they didnt provided any service like changing the room or any kind of room services . And the Reception people were looking like they are not interested to talk about it .

    Overall if I have to say the hotel is ok in terms of staying for a night. The bedsheets and pillow covers had stain marks which irked me to the core. The staff members were very helpful though in terms of guiding about the site seeing and arranging cabs etc. Their service is also very quick whenever called for anything. One more thing is that they do not have any restaurant facility available even though they have a built restro space inside. They only offer breakfast and tea & coffee service. The location is also in the heart of the city. Given the price for the night , a good accommodation for the budget travellers.

    Never ever book this hotel. The front office crew dont even have the manners. This hotel will deny you the room even if you have valid booking. They will demand extra cash for your booking. I booked this hotel and experienced a very bad unprofessional behaviour from the front office crew.. Dont book this hotel if you dont want to ruin your day. When it comes to the room, the bathrooms were smelling bad. Not even worth a single star

    Rooms are quite ordinary with a not so cool AC and a solitary fan for a fairly big sized room. Location not easy to find at all as there are at least 2 other Hotels with the same name, nearest landmark not given. Zero room service provided.

    Hotel is located inside the street and it has access to Commercial Street . Hotel rooms are nice . Breakfast is good . Service is good . Staff Mr.Ranchan is very helpful and excellent service provided to us in our stay. When we get there our rooms was not ready so they have upgraded to family room.

    We saw 3 rooms out of which 2 had cockroaches running in baths. So we requested to see Jansi Residency room which at some 100mtr walking distance from Jansi Deluxe. We requested one room and some other room was given. When we switched back to the room we requested, bedsheets were not clean. Housekeeping services were reluctant to change the bedsheet and started arguing with us. Bathrooms were averagely cleaned. Breakfast was served in room, but only one plate was available instead of for two people. Overall experience of stay was poor. Would not recommend to stay for more than a day as cleanliness is completely neglected.

    SUMMARY If there was a gun to my head, I’d say pull the trigger than stay in this pathetic excuse for a hotel. RECEPTION I’m not certain if the gentleman at the reception has what it takes to run a hospitality business. His professionalism is like Ashish Nehra’s batting average in 1978, you know before he was born, NON-EXISTANT! ROOM Room cleanliness was below par. CLEANLINESS The guest towel inside the room was probably used to clean one of the dirty vehicles outside. I hope at least the vehicle got clean? FOOD A hypertension patient’s food has more salt and a stomach ulcer patient’s food has more spice than the “free” breakfast included here. Also, it is served half an hour late everyday. Why do they need more time to prepare such tasteless flavourless food?

    Already rated them in booking.com. I had a last minute booking , under 6 hours I got this room and they oblique for an early check in , I was lady traveling alone they where absolutely curterious. Location is bang on right in the cross cut road market coimbatore. There 2 things that could been difficult the geyser hot water is available inky from 4 am to 6 am but I never got hot water except for 1 day I went on work and related on WIFI which was slow .

    Such a terrible hotel.. I humbly request everyone not to stay in this pathetic hotel. I have never been to such a place.. even staffs are drunked and unethical. Very bad behaviour from them... Uncleaned rooms, no basic amenities inside rooms.. not at all a safe place for family or ladies.. stay away from these hotels

    Pleasant stay with family and friends, Get what they described. Quite and responding staff. The restaurant is not open full time, Morning Breakfast is available but unfortunately, I missed to taste. An overall nice staying place with a good shopping area👌👍, Thanks to @fabhotels

    Room walls were dirty, bed sheets were no more white but grey, bathroom was smelling mod, phone wasn't working and we had no hot water in the evening when we arrived. Add a very grumpy lady at the reception and AC noise of other rooms all night and you get a glimps of Fabhotel Jansi "Deluxe" in Coimbatore.

    I went there on 22nd June 2023. The hotel staff was impolite. The AC in room was leaking and there was water accumulated on the floor. There was no view from the room. Another hotel beside this hotel and we can easily see other rooms window through our room.

    Stay away from this place. Everything is worn down and old, bathroom was smelly. Reception is unfriendly and curt, massively messed up our reservation of 7 rooms in total. The older people among us were forced to “adjust” until another room became vacant. Street outside is narrow and impossible to navigate.

    First they said we are over booked so shifting to other hotel of their own which was one min away,how come system takes over booking ,what if they had no other hotel..room was ok with ac working but not even a simple water,glass or any other service ..have advised at reception that they should improve this.

    The room was very nice.. medium sized room which was clean with all necessities in good way. But the location holds equally pros and cons. The hotel is easy to reach and at the centre... But the road is too crowded to reach.. We get fed up by the bikes on both side of pocket road

    Check in time was 12 noon. When we reached by 3 p.m only one room was readily available instead of two. Breakfast was not provided, though it was included with the tariff (as per the msg recd). No accommodation for driver was available. In the bathroom there was no towel rod. The bedsheet/towel/pillow covers were not washed

    Rooms are just okay not well maintained. Early check-in is charged. Hot water in the bathroom has fixed timings 7 to 9 am. Satisfactory room service and unfriendly reception counter. The man at the reception is not approachable at all. The lady who comes in the morning is humble. After all, the location is super for shopping and food.

    Not very well maintained, if someone opens door your room doors will shake. service is bad They told even if we checkout 2hrs late there will be full day charges. Washrooms are like ok Shower doesn't work properly, no basic stuff given in washroom, only they have kept soap No hot water

    Worst place to stay, they don't bother about their guests. We were 3 families and paid a good amount for the booking. Bed linen was very dirty, stinky washroom & dirty towels. Not at all recommend to others for stay.

    Prime location just behind Ganapathy silks. Two bed AC room costs 2.2k. Overall its OK for business or with friends trip or with family for purchase of dress/gold. Just 1 or 2 days should be okay. Rooms are clean but no Hot water.(just warm). Gowrishankar hotel is just 100 metres for best veggie.

    Worst hotel in Coimbatore. Rooms are not clean. Poor air conditioning. Through AC vent some insect and mouse came to room and their waste also there. Bathroom pipe not working. No proper room cleaning. I am stayed in room 108.

    WORST HOTEL in COIMBATORE. They ASK MORE MONEY AFTER YOU REACH THE HOTEL. Bedsheets , Towels pillow Covers NONE were clean. also the worst part - When you flush the toilet the toilet leaks and flows in the entire bathroom. No respect for customers or Money.

    Alloted rooms were not given (Instead of double bed two single beds given). Bathroom had a ventilating fan which was running like a power generator which was horrible. No one cared about it saying that we will try to fix but did not. No drinking water given. No shampoo. Old pillow covers and a bath towel that was atleast 5 years old. Storage cupboard didn't have hanger rod and hanger. Mightily displeased...and disappointed.

    Booked directly on FAB hotels app and not on Agoda. That was a family trip. The receptionist was too rude. The rooms were not clean and smelled bad and not hygienic. The towel wasn't clean. This hotel is located in a small width road in Gandhipuram, where your car would stuck if there's another car on opposite side. 2045 Rupees(Room rent with tax) not really worth for their service. You can book this hotel for emergency purposes.
