Had a very bad experience with this Hotel. I had recently booked 2 rooms for my guests here. Before confirming with them I saw the rooms personally to check if the rooms are spacious and neat. They showed me a double deluxe and a single deluxe. I was convinced with double deluxe and thus booked it . But, my guest had been given single deluxe instead of double.... I happened to notice this on my visit to hotel to see my guest if they are comfortable. When asked about this with the receptionist she claimed its double deluxe and invalid reasons from which I understood they were cheating . The receptionist was very lethargic in answering us by sitting on her phone and trying to act smart. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who needs a respectful and a comfortable stay.

One of the worst hotel experience in my life, stayed 4 days ,changed me to a different room as they don't have proper facilities in the current room and charged money for both rooms in a single day. Toilets were so unhygienic,towels looked dark brown and smelled like strong perfume, we paid 3k per day, they don't even give you 2 water bottles for 2 people staying rooms Receptionist was always in phone and not responsive For 3k you can get a 4 star sometimes 5 star hotel in offer at chennai. It has been 3 days since I checked out and they have not yet provided me the bill. I have paid 9.5k for 3 days . Please avoid this hotel at any cost.

Please don't book rooms in this hotel. Stayed in a suite room .TV was not working. Rooms are not sound proof you will be hearing the horn sounds 24/7 .I cannot peacefully sleep. Unhygienic rooms and toilets and there are no regular check in and check out time in this hotel. They will frame their own rules.

Parking is a risk, and the parking guy was getting angry, saying why i left 2-3 inches space on the left. Rooms in the front were noisy, and you can hear traffic noises all the time. Guy, who came to the show us the room, was even judgemental. People drive like crazy in Coimbatore, so please be very careful while driving

I have pre booked 10 rooms with 10k as a advance , and at the last moment i couldn't accomodate many guests due to chennai flood. Many of my guests cancelled thier trip to my wedding. Vijay paradise manager Mr. Gurudev and some other peoples. Have not accepted this fact. I am native of Coimbatore, and i have been giving buisness to vijay paradise for last 15 + years. But their behaviour in this of consideration is not acceptable. Finally i paid 24 k with only two rooms accomodated. All the money is a waste in our marriage situation. I really feel this is not a ethical approach to charge us without concession for natural disaster like this. People from vijay Paradise i have one question. Wat if i hadnt payed the remaining amount. I still payed ryt! Vijay paradise management Pls look into this situation if u can or i can believe everyone is like this. -vignesh

My stay was very good and especially akka Harishma and Manager Gurudev helped me and my family Very much surely I recommend this hotel to all my friends and family .Rooms are very spacious, and I never see in our place these much variety of breakfast .Thank you soo much to all

Extremely bad way to run the hotel. The hotel reservation starts at 12. I went to hotel at 3PM and the room was still not ready. I waited for almost 35 mins to get the room. There were two lady staffs at that time they were polite so I didn’t make it a issue. In the night, my friend came to check in at 9:50 PM, the staff at that time was rude and made him wait till 11 PM before giving the room. There were two additional families waiting for room as well. Clearly there was not enough cleaning staffs and they only start to clean the room after the existing people left. Two stars purely for the cleanliness of the room. But this is not the way they should run a hotel.

DON'T BOOK ROOMS IN THIS HOTEL. I have had a very bad experience with Vijay paradise. I honestly regret booking a room here. First, they mess up room booking - gave me one room while I had already booked a month earlier for another room. Then they promised to shift me to a better room in some time with a facility for extra cot. Then when I requested extra cot, they give me sponge instead of a mattress saying there's no availability. On top of all this they already got full fees as advance more than room fare on arrival. No room, no cot, no mattress and no pillow. There are cockroaches in the room and bed. Why are these people running a hotel is beyond me . Just because the hotel is at a prime location doesn't mean they can be irresponsible and play with people's money and peace of mind. I strongly recommend not to book here. Please save money and mental peace by booking elsewhere. These people don't know how to run a hotel or treat customers.

A Hall has been booked for the engagement of my daughter at vijai paradise, NSR Road, Coimbatore on 27/06/2022. Wow wonderful arrangement, decoration, nadaswaram organised and advised by the MD of that hotel on reasonable rates according to the customer satisfaction. The manager Mr. G Gurudev checked each and everything while providing the services and efforts have been made to maintain the standard always in high. Harishma, the Admin Staff cum front office executive gave full support to the customer always in smiling face. The Hall in charge Mr. Gunashekar providing respectful services, Hygiene, Sanitation with providing complete satisfaction to everyone. I wish to say that these staffs are the Gift of Vijai Paradise and VIJAI PARADISE is the Gift of Coimbatore City. Excellent. Hi, VIJAI PARADISE KEEP IT UP.

Nice comfortable cleaner affordable. Not far from Gandhipuram. Near to Annapurna and other food places. Good for shopping with many clothing and utensils stores in Saibaba colony. Great buffet breakfast was a highlight

The rooms are good and neat but there are Cockroaches in the room .. Room service is good ..food is tasty. The staff are attentive and courteous.. Overall a good Hotel.

Very very unprofessional.. rooms full of cockroach.. have been staying here since long time but this time is my last. The staff is more interested in serving the bar customers then serving the rooms. My last stay for sure.

Hotel was recommended to me by my local acquaintance from Coimbatore. We had a comfortable stay and the staff were cordial and professional. Buffet breakfast was one of the high points to be appreciated . Also a special thanks to Harishma, the lady staff.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. Rest rooms were well designed and practical . When I first went to the hotel ,I was not very happy since it was like inside a big complex ,but inside it was very good and comfortable. Beds were a very comfortable , neatly maintained hotel. Parking was limited ,that's the only problem , since we haven't had food in the restaurant I can't write about that

Easy access to all over coimbatore city by public transport and private. Specially they Have a BAR at roof top they will fill the table with side dishes for free. Very tasty food. Hotel is good. Neatly maintained, Good morning complimentary breakfast, Bed is very comfortable and size is also big,. Totally happy. Issue is car parking very less space. They do have bar.

I stayed many times. Rooms are tidy and staff helpful and breakfast good. I request that hand railing be provided to the breakfast canteen as it would be helpful to senior citizens like me.

Attended an engagement function. Nice hall with airconditioners and with the adjacent dinning hall full fills the requirements for conducting family functions. Easy access to the property as it is in a main commercial building and in center of Saibaba Colony. Boarding rooms are also provided. Maintained very well and the house keeping staff keeps cleaning and keeps the flooring tidy. The supervisor and the manager keeps watching and they keep giving instructions to house keeping staff. Nice place to have family functions.

The way of welcoming Ms.Harishma and staffs very good and kind. Morning breakfast is very tasty my day goes very good and vijai paradise main strength is breakfast especially sambar and pudhina chutney ...All the best team

Rooms are good, but not maintained well. In some rooms ac isn't working. In some door isn't proper. Room service also worst. Asked for extra bed at around 10. Arrived at 12 am after soo many calls. Kindly try to improve. Location is superb. Located at the center. All basic needs are nearby.

We checked in, then we entered our rooms, significantly below expectation rooms, over used towels that had turned grey. We booked another hotel and checked out of this hotel immediately. They didn't refund any amount either. Interestingly, other nearby hotels were at a slightly higher tarrif (Rs 600-700 per night) but were much... much better.

One of the main reason to book Anush Hall is the food they provide.. Pros 1. Hall is neat and clean 2. Flexible timing 3. Food is very tasty and worth for money we paid 4. Manager Gurudev arranged all things properly and one of the staff is very polite and helpful Cons 1. Though AC was provided, We felt little sweating in stage area. 2. Other staffs expect money which they should avoid. We will pay extra based on the happiness we get. Not a big complaint for the hotel management on this. Most preferred hall for any functions and celebrations.

Excellent service. My sons 2 nd birthday celebrated in hall. Big stage, enough space for dining, complementary room and scrumptious dinner. Food is main for an event, everybody complemented the taste. Welcome drink tasty! From start of event till end, there were smiling and helping with every request. Gurudev manager is good, listens to our options, flexible to change some items in menu. Con: ACs in hall were not working properly.

At least they answered my call that's why 2 star. Booked room 5 bedroom. Given is 2 bedroom. Even though taken 20 minutes time for cleaning after our arrival. But Lenins with strains. No floor mat in front of wash room.

The hotel provided unclean used Bed Linen and used stuff for a fresh check-in today. They change it once we complain. Would not recommend. The standards have gone down!

Yesterday I went my friend birthday day celebration in showers lounge excellent service and specially they served compliment Tandoori chicken was delicious and peace out songs.we enjoyed Vera level bro.

I have stayed here for a week for my family's occation, I really enjoyed the guest service and also the good which tasted so good as of like the dish we cook at home and the ambience was good which was so neat and tidy. Finally the receptionist Ms.Harishma, who is so polite and kindly responded for all the queries that I have raised. So I will give 5 stars.

We stayed in this hotel just a week ago .the rooms are not that much well maintained for the cost that we paid for a day. There are no tissue papers not even in toilets.we paid 3k for a day and they only provide one waterbottle the most irritating thing was we ordered cofee and they called and kept on banging at doors to keep the cups out we both are women and they don't even gave us sometime to keep it out ..worst experience. Secondary the reception girl didnt informed us about the checkout timeline and when we returned she informed it os running on next day tariff they took each persons number in each room but they didnt called to inform us ..so we immediately checked out and moved to our friend room.Totally not worth the money and the hospitality is not good not recommended
