Unprofessional staff. Kept ringing the doorbell of the room to ask for laundry or room service order. They do this to try to get you to spend more. They even rang the doorbell at 12am. Room was very dirty & had mold on the walls. Food is not worth it here. I ordered a fruit salad that tasted like onions. Room service is very bad. It took 2 hours to get toast with hot tea. The manager Mani is very rude to his staff and guests. He insults his staff and makes guests wait to check in while he scolds his staff. Please avoid this hotel at all cost.

Very worst experience. They do not pay attention to the well being of the customers. Our duration of stay was from 23rd -25th Dec 22. The bedsheets were not clean and when we complained we were told that no spare bedsheets were available for tonight . We never completed a 8 hours drive just to hear this. I repeatedly reminded them about our late arrival . They ensured everything will be taken care . Still this. Our room was changed after lot of complains and we were given a room with separate beds where as we booked deluxe room with king size bed. We were told next morning our initially booked will be cleaned and given to us. But to our shock that was given to some other folks. To add to all this trauma, online booking confirmed complimentary breakfast .Same thing they confirmed over call too when i cross checked. But we were charged for breakfast. Despite explaining them they said to contact online partner for this. Please refrain from visiting this hotel. Even if some of you are looking for budget hotels there are lot many options around that area. But do not book anything from here. They should know the importance of customer treatment before doing business.

I stayed here for one night during my transit. Front desk staff was very polite & kind. Without any difficulties , i checked-in & to my surprise , the room was quite big & neat too. Bath towels & other toiletries were provided. Wifi was also there.Ample parking Space was also there. Only difficulty is the road to the hotel wa little narrow as the hotel is located opposite to the railyway station. (250mts)

The room is good at a glance. But the bed clothes and all are not properly washed. Most importantly, the service is pathetic. I had a worst experience ever here. If we raise any queries, nobody cares. Not recommending...

I have been visiting this hotel for last 15 yrs and a regular customer ! I have seen this hotel evolve in providing the best customer delight , recently they have renovated all the rooms which gives a very pleasant stay post hectic work schedule , food is delicious and hospitality is awesome ! I strongly recommend people to stay here as it is close to the railway station and walk away restaurants of your choice most importantly suits your budget

Scam hotel. They will try to add charges to your bill for no reason. I was charged breakfast when I ordered delivery from Zomato. They also do not have WiFi. When checking out the manager Mani is very rude. He made guests wait to check in & check out for 40mins while scolding and insulting his staff. Here is a picture of Mani. Please avoid this hotel if you need a qurantine hotel before going to Isha Yoga Centre.

I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Plaza in Coimbatore, which is conveniently located near the railway station. I was thoroughly impressed with all the amenities and services provided during my stay. The rooms were exceptionally tidy and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel also has an on-site restaurant with room service available, as well as a bar that can deliver anything you need to your room. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation and would rate it 5 out of 5.

Worst Experience ever. I have booked 2 rooms in this hotel through Goibibo app. After booking I called the hotel to know the availability of early check-in as I was traveling with family of 5 including 3month old Baby. The person who attended the call (Most probably the in-charge or the receptionist) confirmed that there is a possibility of early check-in. So I leisurely travelled and reached there by 6 am. Below are the things happened in this hotel which made my travel worst ever in my life. 1. Receptionist didn't even turn to my side when I approached to inform my booking. He was totally engaged in flirting with the woman beside him. 2.Somehow I managed to get the attention from him and asked for the key.Here comes the shock.He said early check-in is not available. 3. I was furious but maintained my decorum and asked for the alternative solution. He said I have to pay extra 1000 rupees apart from booking charges.As we were travelling with the baby I agreed to pay and asked for the check in procedure and key. He said I have to wait till 11 am ie., 5hrs from arrival. even after paying what they have demanded. 4. I raised a complaint to the number mentioned in the hotel premises. The person who received the call could be the Manager.Even after explaining the situation I was in he lethargically responded that nothing can be done. Either we have to wait till 11 or to leave.It started as an argument and I was left with no other choice but to step out. I was pushed into a situation to stay somewhere else at the final moment in the new city with the whole family. Dear People, They are just cheating the customers and fully focused on snatching the money. Requesting you all, don't book here to avoid surprises and unnecessary hassle.

Totally disappointing restaurant. We were offered complimentary food for dinner and breakfast. For that we had to pay 400 extra. When we went and when checking out they charged us for dinner reducing that 400. Coming to the food chicken was undercooked and raw blood was running all over the plate and when reported no action was taken. Coming to the room bathroom was leaking all over. TV remotes didn't work. Rooms were very small considering the amount they charged. Also parking area was too small and congested. Will never recommend to anyone. Also if you are the in charge of the place please don't call me and disturb.

The first thing we noticed was blood stains on sheets, then ants then noticed the pillows were not washed properly or room cleaned it was as if it had not been used in weeks. Staff seemed aloof and un caring, although they did offer us the chance to dine in, which scared the life out of me.

Excellent hotel. Close to railway station. Nice spacious rooms. Have in house bar serving excellent IMFL and scotch at reasonable price. Restuarant has both North Indian and South Indian choice. Highly recommend

The accommodation itself was satisfactory, but the lack of transparency posed an issue. Upon arrival, I was informed of a technical problem with the AC in my booked room. They offered a non-AC room as an alternative without prior notice. I suggested that if there were issues, they should refrain from taking bookings and inform existing guests beforehand. After expressing my concerns, they asked me to wait for 20 minutes and eventually provided the originally booked AC accommodation. Such uncertainties and potential denial of accommodation upon arrival can be challenging for guests. I recommend others planning to reserve at this hotel to call and confirm their booking after making reservations on a website or app.

The worst experience i have ever had in my life , the duty manager mani is very rude and the room service is worst , after 4 calls they came for cleaning at night and the same bed sheet and blanket they use each cleaning and never change . corridors are filled with smoke and it’s not a family friendly / kid’s friendly hotel ,more for bachelors .

There was a boiled leg piece without any kabab procedure. 2 days back i had ordered mutton with specific instructions to give with some boneless meat pieces but served with more bones than neat. I stayed with this group of hotel for more than 8 years. They consider me as one of their member. My family also enjoys very well especially their service and excellent breakfast. I used to stay twice or thrice in a year.

Room wasn't as good as expected even though it was not bad. Felt like it wasn't maintained well. The bottled water kept was bottled by the hotel itself and was really bad, didn't taste good and seemed like it wasn't changed in some time.. However, the staff was very attentive and helpful.

Actually I booked rooms on-line. I got discounted rates. But as soon as I checked in, the man doing duty started taunting that the tariff of the rooms are more than that I booked rooms. I booked for two double bedrooms but found one of them is very clumsy and below standard. On being enquired I was told that I booked Classic room which was beyond my comprehension. I booked both the rooms of same standard. I was also refused complimentary breakfast which was promised in the website on the plea of discount rate I got. I don't know why don't they come up clear in the website. They authority didn't pay heed to our complaints. Food served was good and tasty. Housekeeping was also good.

My experience was not all that good. OYO Platform, bait and switch offer. Unfriendly reception. The hotel ended up getting more money than actual. Promised complimentary breakfast then withdrew the offer in the morning. Never going to use OYO ever again.
