Experience
ever.
I
have
booked
2
rooms
in
this
hotel
through
Goibibo
app.
After
booking
I
called
the
hotel
to
know
the
availability
of
early
check-in
as
I
was
traveling
with
family
of
5
including
3month
old
Baby.
The
person
who
attended
the
call
(Most
probably
the
in-charge
or
the
receptionist)
confirmed
that
there
is
a
possibility
of
early
check-in.
So
I
leisurely
travelled
and
reached
there
by
6
am.
Below
are
the
things
happened
in
this
hotel
which
made
my
travel
worst
ever
in
my
life.
1.
Receptionist
didn't
even
turn
to
my
side
when
I
approached
to
inform
my
booking.
He
was
totally
engaged
in
flirting
with
the
woman
beside
him.
2.Somehow
I
managed
to
get
the
attention
from
him
and
asked
for
the
key.Here
comes
the
shock.He
said
early
check-in
is
not
available.
3.
I
was
furious
but
maintained
my
decorum
and
asked
for
the
alternative
solution.
He
said
I
have
to
pay
extra
1000
rupees
apart
from
booking
charges.As
we
were
travelling
with
the
baby
I
agreed
to
pay
and
asked
for
the
check
in
procedure
and
key.
He
said
I
have
to
wait
till
11
am
ie.,
5hrs
from
arrival.
even
after
paying
what
they
have
demanded.
4.
I
raised
a
complaint
to
the
number
mentioned
in
the
hotel
premises.
The
person
who
received
the
call
could
be
the
Manager.Even
after
explaining
the
situation
I
was
in
he
lethargically
responded
that
nothing
can
be
done.
Either
we
have
to
wait
till
11
or
to
leave.It
started
as
an
argument
and
I
was
left
with
no
other
choice
but
to
step
out.
I
was
pushed
into
a
situation
to
stay
somewhere
else
at
the
final
moment
in
the
new
city
with
the
whole
family.
Dear
People,
They
are
just
cheating
the
customers
and
fully
focused
on
snatching
the
money.
Requesting
you
all,
don't
book
here
to
avoid
surprises
and
unnecessary
hassle.
