I wouldn’t suggest this hospital if you are going for routine health check. It is too much crowded and long waiting. Took 3.5 hours to get in for ultra sound. Poor coordination and unprofessional behaviour of staff is the highlight here. World class level ambience which gives you the feel of a 5 star hotel. Went for Annual health check in this hospital. Reached around 8.45am and completed the process by 6pm! It is better to choose clinics for usual checkups than going to hospitals.

I have visited 2 doctors in this hospital ENT and orthopaedic. I really feel that compared to others Manipal is charging less amount for OPD doctors. And most important, doctor will check each and every small activity. They will give you much more time to understand your complete problem and will found the root cause for it.

The worst experience from such a big brand professional hospital know for quality and experience. First the Doctors and dietician instructions were not followed by the pantry and the quality of food was the worst to start I couldn’t even sip the bad quality of food and hence verified with the doctors as-well and it clearly showed the lack of effort from the pantry and who ever tested the food before being served to patient. They even served spice food when that’s the only point doctor had suggested to ensure it’s bland . The room opted vs provided was also bad didn’t expect such bad experience from Manipal groups. Just a few example of many The broken Food table attached pictures for refernce which helped the food drop every where, even on the patient not the mistake of staff but shows the lack of checks before a patient is onboarded and next broken dustbins, Torn bed for attender. Absolutely worst experience. but good doctor and the admin head Tressa, who heard our concerns and acted upon and the food quality on the last day changed tremendously to a acceptable standards why not do this from the first day? hence the 1 or else it’s -1 for Manipal Whitefield. I would never recommend Manipal Whitefield. if some one needs to get treated by getting admitted.

Emergency service does not make us satisfied. Not providing a proving ward or bed for immediately. The hospital is good but the service needs to be focused. My friend's emergency went.cost is reasonable the atmosphere is good.outpatient is like this in patients need to check. Over all it is a good location Nexus mall opposite to reach all IT companies residence and industries nearby.

Mixed review always we found, and same here with me as well. For internal medicine senior doctor is too good, polite and listen carefully and advise accordingly, he is too good. But, in other hand, I had very bad experience with Dermatologist, she is not even ready to listen what we are saying. Regarding treatment, more looks like money minded, and doesn’t want to loose you for at least 6 months. We are waiting from an hour even appointment booked in advance and she finished discussion within one minute, no idea why they are always in hurry. Now, comes to Manipal management, we never get chance to visit any Doctor on time, even appointment booked in advance, we always had to wait minimum one hour, no matter what. Giving 2 Star, only because of few doctors I found really good. If you don’t want to spend your money unnecessarily, check some other hospital. Parking: not at all good parking space, open rough field for everyone and worst for 2 wheelers. But no compromise while paying parking charges. 😉

Best infrastructure & well trained staff. One of the best hospital in Bangalore I must say. Came here for Health Check up & it's perfectly done. It takes time , so I would suggest to come early in the morning & on weekdays! Weekends if you come early probably you will be free by 2pm. Weekends are rush & often crowded. So expect delay during weekends. Also please make sure to do the Doctor consultation on the same day itself if possible. Parking facilities are available here.

All paid reviews, don't trust reviews blindly and empty your pockets. They will start money looting from appointments and end when you take your parked vehicle out from the hospital. I am not sure if I come here for health treatment or shopping, they charge you for bike parking 20 rupees per hourly. Without parking facility how #govt give permissions for such a corporate hospital. Doctors are in a hurry to check more patients to make more money. Useless visit and trust in this hospital. And they took 2 days to give chest X-ray reports. That too without proper diagnosis.

Getting a second chance in life to live is very rare to get some people. It became possible for me only because I reached in right hands at right time in Manipal hospital Whitefield Bangalore . Myself Dr Aiswarya (BAMS)got covid positive on may 6th 2021.Initially the symptoms was cough and fever and on may 15 th 2021 the condition worsened and got admitted in near by hospital. There my condition gradually worsened with declining o2 level and I was shifted to the ICU on 27 May 2021 and underwent intubation. With Gods grace our family Doctor Dr Rani Premnath who connected my husband to Dr Rajavardhan R(Through Dr Sandhya and Dr Arun Reddy). After a detailed discussion with the doctors I had been shifted to Manipal Hospital Whitefield Bangalore. There God was waiting in the form of Dr Rajesh Mohan Shetty (Head of Critical care Management And ICU Manipal Hospital) and his medical team (Dr Rajavardhan R ,Dr Nithya CA ,Dr Manjunath T) and Dr Arun Reddy (Cardio thoracic surgeon). They had made a life changing decision by doing ECMO the final treatment for severely damaged lungs. From the first day of admission to the discharge day actually I have no words to express my gratitude towards their unending efforts, continues hard work, and dedication that they have put to save my life. They have been updating whole details of my condition with mental support to my husband in these whole days regularly.Dr Rajesh Sir’s motivating words and swift action with his team made my recovery more than we expected.I can’t forget the CCM Doctors (DrAlok,Dr Saheer,Dr Anjana ,Dr Amrutha ,Dr Prakash ,Dr Ghosh ,DrChavi, Dr Amyra )for their continuous support.Dr Arun Reddy sir and his assistant Khan sir always make sure that I keep smiling.I would like to say thank from the bottom of my heart to the physio therapy team(Dr Murali ,Dr Kishor and their juniors Ashir Sneha)As per the guidance of Dr Rajesh I started walking again along with the ECMO itself due to the true commitment of the physio team and medical team.Their encouraging words and motivation with positive vibes had made my mobilisation even more easier than expectation through out the day till discharge. No words will be enough to describe the angels of Manipal hospital CCM nursing department Nasi Sister ,Sreenivas Brother ,Santhosh Brother ,Aswathi sister, Godinsha sister ,Monisha sister ,Mercy sister with the guidance of Emaculate Sister ,Timal Sister and Sreejith Brother. And also Leela sister Saju Brother Hema sister helped me a lot. They treated me with all patience and tolerance and made me calm always in such a bad condition also. They were always with me by holding my hands so that I feel safe.Perfusionists Hari Kumar, Jishma ,along with Ashwathy and Ovia had done their work very well.Beyond perfusionists Jishma Ashwathy and Ovia had given hundred percentage commitment love and care towards me and their positive vibes helped me for fast recovery. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Miss Joyce Clinical Psychologist to make me so comfortable when I was that much anxious during these long days.I got shifted to the ward after removal of tracheostomy and there I was treated by Dr Sheetal Chaurasya(Pulminology head )and Dr Sourav(Pulmonologist ).Her correct treatment planning and assessment made my discharge much easier. And am so grateful to all the house keeping staff including Shanthi Akka,Lakshmi Akka,Bhagya akka,Lakshmi S ,Anjaneya ,Sakheer bhai and Babu you people doing a great job with all smiling face. It was so challenging and scariest days because long days of hospital 54 days (41 days with Ecmo )But qualitative care support and timely action of Dr Rajesh sir's made me physically and mentally healthy.Am eternally grateful to each and everyone of you,and I wish you a life time of health wealth and happiness. Thank you 🙏 Manipal.Apart From this as a young Doctors we are lucky that we had learned a lot from Dr Rajesh sir his humbleness ,team effort ,his qualitative patient care continuously with out any hesitation.

Manipal Hospital Whitefield is truly a world class hospital. Admitted on 12th Aug for Bi-Lateral FESS with DNS surgery. Dr. Vijay Rangachari performed the surgery on 13th Aug. Surgery was done very well and recovered quickly under the treatment of Dr. Vijay. I am sincerely thankful to the Hospital staff, Nurses and F&B team. They had taken care very well and with great patience. Would like to highlight their humanistic service attitude 👏🏻. The discharge was late till 10 pm on 13th Aug but the team has let us stay in the room till 10 am on 14th Aug and provided food & medicines without any extra charges. I opted for single private room and it is nothing short of a 5 star hotel. The food and beverages were served on time with good taste and quality. Patient Attendant can use the QR code scan in the room for ordering food. Area of Improvement : Insurance & Billing team works hard but the process has its own drawbacks. It took 4 hours to get a room allocated on admission but it is understandable situation due to extended weekend rush. At the time of discharge, it took 5 hours for insurance clearance after discharge summary was issued. Request the hospital management to look into these process issues. Overall, it is definitely an excellent experience and i would highly recommend Manipal Hospital Whitefield 👍🏻

Good Infrastructure but half staff is not wearing masks properly . Went for health check-up and staff is too casual. Ultrasound technician not available at scheduled time. 10s of people waiting holding full bladder. Despite multiple checks , don't see any impact on staff behaviour. They are enjoying their morning chit chat. Expect better service from hospital of this stature.

Poor staff and poor customer service. For simple thing like registration and billing they take half and hour and the staff is very slow. I went for Covid vaccination and I was told that it happens till 8 pm. When I reached there at 5 pm then the guard said they close by 3 pm and then later said they close by 4 pm. When contacted customer care very poor support - took long time to take call and when asked why they told to come before 8 pm they said they are checking and cut the phone. This happened 3 times. They are not being professional and I would not recommend to go there unless it’s an Emergency and no other hospital is available.

My mom was diagnosed with Cancer and she was treated really well at Manipal Whitefield. The treatment lasted more than a year with periodic Chemotherapy sessions and she got fully cured! Dr. Abhayakumar is an amazing Oncologist! He is very calm, composed and empathetic. He has a great expertise and knowledge of the domain and guided us very well at different steps of the treatment. The hospital staff was really supportive during the course of the treatment. I want to thank them all for their help - Dr. Sharmila, Sister Jena, Sister Sudha, Sister Anisha, Sister Shantha, Sister Theresiya, Sister Yamuna, they all have been amazing. Thanks everyone without you this wouldn't have been possible :) P.S. I'm also attaching a pic for the cake cutting we did at my Mom's last Chemo session!

My overall experience at Manipal has been nothing short of terrible, system has a serious lack of coordination between doctors, nursing and food department. Patient was served dead cold food on multiple occasions and way beyond the food time that too after multiple complaints Emergency department repeats tests even if the report taken on the same day is already available for the sake of following protocol Billing department adds tests or procedures which are not even performed on the patient.... if someone is not aware of what has been done or used to them hospital is going to make hell lot of money with zero cost. Ultimately even if the patient has bad experience no action has been taken from hospital they are just interested in collecting feedback which is part of their standard protocol that leads to nothing, patient has to pay the amount for the food that was delayed by hours and for the tests which are done for the sake of hospital protocol. Only bright spot is doctors surgery which went well One suggestion to hospital kindly rename the hospital to Mani making hospital instead of manipal hospital

Don't go for COVID vaccination. The registration front desk is too lazy and make you wait for hours even if you have scheduled vaccination. My review is only for registration front desk people. They should improve their efficiency. Otherwise all okay.

My surgery went on well and I am very much happy that I am discharged today only. All services are the best here. I personally highly recommend this hospital. People here are keen to serve the patients. J am very much happy about that. A very big thanks to Manipal team.

We liked the service here. They put up boards with patient number so appointments with doctors is done accordingly and no one is rushing. As usual it is always crowded so it is a long wait for everything. But the staff is managing very well and are always polite from nurses to doctors. I would only request that they extend the appointment fee validity to at least a week as 3 days is to short as INR 600 to 700 is quite high for every doctor visit. Overall satisfied with their service and surgery costs.

Manipal Hospital Whitefield- Has the best Infrastructure, best Doctors, best Nurses and best Support Staff. You are in the best place for Medical consultation, treatment and services. The entire hospital is hygienic and has state of art facilities. The entire team takes good care of you. The diet and quality of food to patients is great. You are explained of each test being done, results and medication very clearly. Laboratory turn around time, staff for collection of samples and reports are provided in a very timely manner. Great place for medical care and treatment in Bangalore.

Emergency wing: One of the worst emergency services in Whitefield area . Minimum wait time is more then 40 minutes apart from Heart attack . Be it any day there will be only 1 doctor available in ER. Adding this review due to my second visit to ER for some family member and typing it while being here from last 1.5 hrs waiting for doctor. Be it any day or time of the day situation is same .I hope some day they will read the meaning of word “Emergency” on google and plan something towards it. Attaching the policy so that you decide your emergency and stay away from here. Even MOD who is suppose to help you is also waste in my case it was a person named Satish.

My daughter got admitted here for her treatment of Dengue. She was treated by Dr.Shweta-pediatrician, the doctor was really practical and supportive guiding us from the start of symptoms to the time of discharge from the hospital. The constant care and support from nurses, and hospital staffs helped her in speedy recovery. The room facility and cleanliness was really soothing during this phase. Many Thanks to Manipal Hospital Whitefield.

Went for a general health check up here and overall the experience was great. No much fuss, everything was organised, staffs were very helpful even though it was busy. It is recommended to get a morning slot, so crowd will be less. Ultrasound takes time, so while waiting for other tests, go to radiology department and get a token. Finish other tests while drinking water and when bladder is full, you can talk to them and based on your token and crowd, they may finish ultrasound early. 2 hours of waiting will be there to collect blood sample post breaking the fast. Overall, great experience. Highly recommend this hospital.

Visited the hospital for consultation with Dr. Mukundan Seshadari and Dr. Sandesh Prabhu in the cardiology department. Both the doctors are very professional. They listen and explain things patiently. The waiting time was not much and the consultation was done as per the appointment slot. Ample paid parking space available. This branch of manipal hospital doesn't give discounts to senior citizens.

I got admitted in Manipal because my Dr advised about the specialist Doctors available here and regarding treatment facilities. After reaching here we felt its a right Hospital. We met Dr Veerendra, we felt he is the best. All nursing team members are very good caretakers. Supportive staff was very cooperative and helpful in guiding us regarding insurance process. She herself use to speak with insurance department and gives us proper information. Food was really tasty and healthy with very good normal diet. Thanks to Manipal that u maintained everything organized.

For admitted patient service is very poor and their internal process is poor. No staff coordination leading to gaps in information sharing. Doctor’s personal preference like conferences or meetings is over and above patients. Post discharge no one even bothered to asked if patient needed wheel chair. Every staff is behaving as if its not their duty.

My Father had TKR on both his knees., Operated by Dr. Krishna Naresh Goud. One of the best orthopedic doctor I have seen. Without the doctors assurance, patience and conviction , my father would have not gone for surgery. Manipal staffs are awesome, they took care of my dad with utmost care and diligence. From female nurses to the male nurses to the cleaning staff everyone takes full responsibility to help the patient to recover fast. Thank you so much, without you guys my dad would have not recovered so fast. And also thanks for the send off party 🎉 Would like to thank Brinda, Dakshaini , lavanya , Shruthi , Aakarsh, Lokesh, Pramod etc for their tremendous help and care.

I visited Manipal, Whitefield for my 1st dose of covid vaccine. I really like the arrangement done here. Huge hall with ample seats for everybody and also social distancing was maintained. Everything is systematic and i was vaccinated within 1 hour of arrival at the hospital. They show you the vaccine bottle before administering the jab (you can't take it in your hand). They give you a card with the batch number, manufacturing date and expiry date of the vaccine. They tell you the precautions to be taken post vaccination and any medications to be taken in case of side effects. Overall, i liked the experience here !

Would really like to appreciate the support staff here who usually get ignored and would like to call out Housekeeping Nandini ( supervisor parvez ) who kept the room clean (after my father was shifted to the general ward room no 229) which is utmost important especially during this pandemic. Another name I'd like to call out is Manjunath who helped immensely during my father's recovery. Thanks to the entire staff, nurses and doctors who has helped in his speedy recovery!

Went there for COVID vaccination. Very slow registration process and unnecessary procedure. Also didn't start at the right time. Alongside they take too much time for unnecessary hospital registration. Have to fill a huge form also (even providing the form from their side took time). Extra wait time for vaccination even after registration and payment even when there was no crowd. Unorganised and negligent staff.

I have been here 5-6 times with my partner and with my friend as well. Horrible administration. Just interested in taking the money. During billing they will assure you of certain timing and once you have paid you might wait the whole day before it’s your turn. They don’t honour any appointment or timings or anything. They will take walk ins as per their own wish during others appointment time for any diagnostic tests or doc consultations. Having a language barrier in an also a major problem. They do not treat all patients the same. Even after having so much of admin staff they operate very poorly. Only the doctors themselves are good. But you have to deal with a lot of nonsense before you actually reach them. Only interested in sales.

Hospital as a whole is good. But the billing department and the manager named Avinash is ruthless and the way he handles the patients and attenders need to be looked at. He makes sick patients mercilessly come again and again and makes them wait to meet him for any kind requests.

Manipal is our go to hospital from decades. We have been going here in Whitefield for more than 4 years now for our annual health checks. Very friendly staff, professional technicians and good doctors. Hygeine is great, has decent cafeteria and condiments. Radiology needs improvement as that is the only department where lot of delay happens. Especially when they ask you to drink lots of water and wait for ultrasound, but when your bladder is full they make you wait a lot longer which is difficult and highly inconvenient. Overall, I rate Manipal to be one of the best hospital!

Have been showing my son to Dr. Gururaj Biradar since 3 yrs and so far the experience has been good. Doctor himself is very patient and soft spoken, spends ample time with kids before suggesting medications. About the admission experience, my son was admitted in Manipal for 5 days due to Dengue fever. Admission and Billing formalities are streamlined to provide a good customer experience, and hospitality is top notch. The Nurses and all the supporting staff have been greatly helpful to make sure my son is not scared about any medical procedures etc. I would totally recommend Manipal Hospital Whitefield for any medical needs.

Used the hospital few times, although some of the doctors are experienced but emergency services are horrible. I had to rush my father due to loss of speech and possible stroke like symptoms. Most of the treatment was done by on duty doctor and Neurologist was not available at all despite of serious nature of the condition. I had to request to get the specialist but I was very clearly mentioned that we will manage with the people on duty, absolutely ridiculous. Result was expensive tests (MRI + everything other possible) and no real diagnosis. I had to take my father again to hospital yesterday due to similar episode. Most of the focus of hospital is on making money, first thing the hospital asked in emergency if I could pay the fee for tests and admission before actually even looking properly at the patient. Some of the doctors are fine but most of the management works with very different agenda. Every possible test is recommended in the book irrespective to its relevance to the diagnostic merit. Be cautious and aware that not every advice by the hospital is in your interest.

I was treated for post operative recuperation by the physiotherapy team at Manipal. In my case, being a senior citizen, utmost care had to be taken for managing my condition and recovery. The team led by Kiran took very good care of me. Not only were they good at their treatment, they were also very friendly and caring. Best wishes to the entire team.

Urology department reception hospital staff is very rude and not following proper process. Ground floor orthopaedic department staff is very professional and polite. Dr and Physiotherapist (Consultant with Nithya and very good). Two star is only for Urology Department reception staff and need to improve.

I had a very good experience with the Manipal Whitefield radiology department's technicians (Praveen and Nikhil). They were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also very compassionate and understanding. They explained the procedure thoroughly, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this technicians and the radiology department for their excellent service. Thank you!

Horrible, HORRIBLE service! My brother was brought here at 2 am with severe stomach pain, doctors wanted to run a bunch of tests so they told us to admit him. The nurses assured my parents they’d take the tests in 30 minutes - 5 HOURS passed and not one single staff member had come to follow up. The coordination between staff is pathetic! The doctors come and go as per their convenience/ rank of importance of the case. Terrible service. Would give no stars if I had the choice.

I went to this hospital ED visit as my friend was not well..she is almost in fainting situation...doctor came after 40 min. They did not provide bed also to patient..they just gave oral medications. My friend was just sitting on the chair with giddiness...when I was back of nurse to look nurse replied that doctor is typing discharge summary...they did give any medicines for quick relief like saline or IV.. after 1.30 hr they gave discharge summary with oral medications which even a local pharmacist in can do...and t when I asked receptionist told that u get get the medications and give to the patients...this is very bad...I could have gone to pharmacist and tell the condition the Sam OTC medications could be given by pharmacist...I suggest to raise the concerns immediately if u were treat led like this if u experience Sam.

The doctor, facilities, food, administrative staff including housekeeping staff are good and very well behaved and excellent service. The nursing staff is extremely poor and some have negative attitudes. They lack training and basic understanding. Even the doctor gets annoyed with the nursing staff. Doctors repeated what they needed for dressing more than 3 times. When dressing the items were missing. As the nurses could not do dressing, the Doctor had to do major dressing. The nurses could not help the patient stand post-surgery and kept on touching where surgery was done. My wife and our same room other patient had the same complaint. We had an issue with the PAC machine which we reported at 10:30 pm. No action was taken till 1:30 am. When questioned the nurse responded saying we are calling and no one is coming. I finally had to call the in charge who dealt with the issue. The hospital is located in Whitefield which is an IT hub. The nurses don't understand proper English. Explaining the problem is a nightmare.

I had a procedure done by Dr Aritra Gosh and he had been very helpful towards explaining the issue and diagnosis to me. The admission and billing went smoothly and the nurses and supportive team on the floor were very helpful. The food provided was tasty and on time. Rooms were clean and cleaned regularly. Only downside is that it is a little on the expensive side

Recently availed their services for a surgery. It was a pretty smooth experience overall. Be it the attention to medical details from the surgeon and team of doctors or their ward management, it was a seamless experience. Their coordination with the insurer for the cashless claims were also good. The follow-up involved a day care procedure. This was also pretty seamless and hassle-free.
