Front Desk lady was very disrespectful when they called our room at 10:57am, about checking out. It was pouring outside and the lobby was packed. We went back the room and got a call at 11:15 about checking out and we explained tht we came down and the lobby was packed and we were checking out. She then told us that she would call the police if we didn't come back to the check out area. I was SPEECHLESS, SO WE COMPLAINED TO HER AT THE DESK. ONE DAY LATER WE WERE CHARGED FOR AN EXTRA DAY $157, STATING THAT WE CHECKED OUT AFTER 12PM, WE WERE OUT AT 11:21AM. WE NEVER RECOVERED OUR MONIES. SO BECAREFUL WHAT TIME YOU CHECK OUT AND CLOSE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD UPON LEAVING.... That's a very convenient response.. our soccer teams stayed there every tournament, with kids that are hard to get out on time. This was not the case this time. Your front desk clerk was very rude. We won't stay there again. No need to let us know. We checked in at 2am and was out at 1130am . You charged my card twice so we were legal to stay for the extra day , however we chose Hawthorne Suites across the street for $20 more and a 12pm check in. No sheriff was involved. If you could delete this you would. Nice attempt tho

Unable to give 3.5 stars as 3 isn't really enough and 4 is too many. Anyway, this hotel is conveniently located just off of I75 and is surprisingly quiet especially as our room was at the end of the corridor nearest the highway. In fact we heard next to no traffic during the night time hours so don't let the thought of traffic noise put you off staying here. The hotel staff we met were extremely helpful and courteous and the cleaners work non stop to keep everything looking good. We had a small kitchenette with coffee maker , fridge, microwave and a small sink but no cutlery or plates, my forward thinking wife bought those with us. A free breakfast was included with good variety of food. We didn't use the pool so can't really comment but it looked clean and tidy. On the minus side, the building itself looks a little tired and the elevators seem to have a mind of their own. The call buttons rarely light up and we did experience the car stopping on the ground floor but the doors remained shut until we pressed the open door button. My wife used the gym and throughout our four day stay two pieces of equipment remained broken and they definitely had AC issues first thing in the morning. I would definitely rate this a three star hotel despite its faults. Would recommend this place for a short stay.

Don't let the exterior fool you! We thought it was going to be old and run down, but were pleasantly surprised when we got inside. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was different every day (a pleasant surprise!), and the pool was sufficient with plenty of seating. Employees were very nice and helpful and parking was no issue. The elevator was on the fritz randomly, which was frustrating, but didn't ruin our time. Would stay again!

First, let me say how hard it was to communicate with housekeeping. Everyone spoke Spanish and didn't understand English. Second, the continental breakfast was underwhelming. The bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Also, the dresser drawers kept opening. Lastly, it would be nice if they had some water bottles in refrigerator for their customers. Not the most pleasant stay. Will not be back again.

Not a bad hotel if your looking for a place to sleep and shower and then hit the road. The lobby smelled nice but our room had a musky smell to it which I believe prob the carpet. The bath tub also was slow to drain but most likely sand clogging it up. I've notice this with alot of Florida hotels. The lady upfront I believe her name was nay was very friendly and did tell me to let her know if I wasn't happy with the room but for our needs it was fine. Breakfast was good I like that they had a creamer dispenser and they had whole milk which is great when you have a toddler. I didn't visit the pool but laundry was good. It is 1.50 for washer and 1.50 for dryer and they have laundry soap and softner you can buy for 1.25 so don't forget your quarters if you need to do some laundry. Over all I was happy with our stay and only knocked a star for smell of our room and for the slow to drain tub. Oh and no bugs in sight, I looked everywhere and couldn't find evidence of any critters. At least not in our room so don't be afraid to stay here .

Very nice supervisor checked us in at the front desk, and she was a pleasure to deal with 100%. Very clear, efficient and helpful 5☆'s for her (3 letter name, black woman, slim build and very good at her job...!!!

Very centrally located to everything we needed to get to in Naples. Here for family reasons, the staff could not have been nicer or more friendly. Second time staying here, and if we come back this will always be our first choice.
