Secluded beaches with umbrella and chairs service. We always experience good weather and even on a cloudy day, it’s a beautiful place to enjoy. They also have a pool and showers. They have complimentary coffee and tea. We have been going to this resort for many years. After the last hurricane the restaurant is under remodeling but the rest of the amenities are working.

Awesome....Great spot to enjoy a wonderful meal....and an awesome sunset. Food and service are terrific and Andrea our server...very professional. Definitely a great place for seafood and tropical drinks outside on the water. I can highly recommend this location. Blessings JMAC 😉🇨🇮😎

charming, perfect for long or short stay, complete kitchen. each room has chairs and small table outside of it, can watch the sunset from the catwalk, go downstairs (2 floors only) and you are on the beach, which is private and only guests can be on it. Parking is across the street but there was no issue finding a spot or crossing. Breakfast, you're on your own - if you are on vacation and don't want to cook you have to drive (or walk if you're game) for breakfast. We got coffees (we don't like hotel type pod coffee, but it's in the room), put them in full size refrigerator, some frozen breakfast meals, rolls (toaster in room) and we were set for breakfast. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates etc. just like home. In the lobby there is a regular coffee machine and a soda machine. Washer/dryer/ice by the parking lot so if you are staying for a bit it's all there for you. Amazing find and would absolutely go back to those enchanting little find.

The perfect experience, the only thing I didn't like is the group of night employees who don't let them sleep, especially their supervisor, how she yells at the employees. I don't know if it's because she resists or what's wrong with her, but I can't tolerate that, so which I had to leave the hotel to avoid problems, I managed to hear the employees calling her Dayana and the other Yordian but it is incredible not knowing how to direct a group of employees... the rest is perfect

Beautiful beach, steps from the ocean. Very warm pool. The beach attendants are friendly and attentive. And they have a private beach. Great stay.

This place has an outstanding location, everything is clean and the environment is nice and renewed, the check in and check out is easy and comfortable. Is remarkable the service in the beach stand, probably the best that I have seen. The rooms are a bit small, the bathroom are spacious clean and very comfortable, the location of this place is close to THE PARADISE.

Midweek getaway for a couple of locals! Haven’t stayed here in some 25+ years, however, this oasis should not be missed. Friendliest staff, location is 10/10, and the accommodations are sweet and cozy as can be! Beautiful garden, pool, and beachfront! What an absolute treat! Don’t miss it!

This is a 2 story hotel right on the beach. They have a small outdoor pool right near the beach. They provide chairs and towels for the beach. Parking is available across the street at no additional cost. Room was a little dated but clean. Our room has two beds, small table with 4 chairs, fridge, sink, and microwave. There are some restaurants within walking distance but more are available within a 5 minute drive.

Beautiful white sand beach!! Go early with so many beaches closed further north, from hurricane Ian, Vanderbilt gets busy.

We rented a house down on Vanderbilt and loved the beach but had to bring a lot of things with us and be dropped off.still a lot of things in the sand and on the beach ! It takes more than one person to pick up trash or litter if you see it pick it up and please put it in the trash can !! Then we can enjoy the beaches for ever ! Thanks now go and relax.

Terrific resort. Loved the room and how close to the beach it is. Can't wait to go back.

Great location right on the beach. Every room gets setup with a couple of chairs and umbrella on the beach. The restaurant on the first floor serves food/drinks on the beach so you really have no reason to be anywhere other than on the sand enjoying the view/water. Much better than the massive corporate hotels with hundreds of people, much more laid back. Looking forward to booking again next year!!!! The beds could be a little more comfortable but not a huge issue.

I love this place! Very charming, and I had a beautiful view of the pool and beach from my bedroom, kitchen and living area. The beautiful, blue clear water, white sandy beach and sunsets were the cherry on top. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The restaurant is currently being renovated, but the popular 5th Street and many restaurants are walking distance and nearby. I am definitely coming back❣️🏖️

We stayed across the street in the condos. Floor in the kitchen was sticky, there was a cockroach, and all of the beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. The restaurant does not offer breakfast. I booked based on the reviews and we were extremely disappointed.

I appreciate the transparency of the VBR management. I booked a condo and received an email from the property the next day that the restaurant and part of the hotel would be shutdown during my stay for routine maintenance and repair. I decided to cancel my reservation since one of the main draws was having a restaurant onsite and I was looking for a relaxing vacation spot. I was never able to get through to someone to cancel my reservation on the phone (they are very busy during regular business hours), but was able to complete the cancelation via email. I appreciate the fact that the resort was upfront about the work being done and made it easy to cancel the reservation (received a full refund). Not many places would warn you in advance about disruptive work. I'd definitely book with them again.

It was very nice. This was 21 years ago. I pray for safety for the employees. It was a very special visit for me. I still have the post card. I will miss not having another visit

Amazing place. Been going there since 1997. Remember when they had screen patios and 3 building and Turtle club was just empty space. Childhood memories going with my family. Now I take my kids.

This is my little slice of heaven, my favorite place to stay to unwind. Kind, friendly, personable staff makes every stay more memorable than the last. When back in NY, I love when people recognize my Turtle Club sweatshirt. We always have the best conversations! I would give 10 stars if I could!

This is an amazing resort. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The resort is very clean and manicured. The property is a very pleasing and relaxing environment. The location is perfect. You don't need to leave the resort but if you do there is anything you need close by. We enjoyed our experience and would love to return.
