When we arrived in the hotel we were told that they are currently renovating and we had to go to a different building, which wasn’t a big problem. But in the room the airconditioning wasn’t working and it was really hot inside. We called the reception and they didn’t want to fix it. Further the room was really small. However the breakfast was good, but that was the only good thing of our stay.

Centrally located in the historic part of Colmar. Inside of hotel renovated and updated in a modern style. Staff very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning worked perfectly and our room was clean and well cared for. The breakfast was excellent, and they have indoor and outdoor seating. We reserved a parking space in one of their two parking garages. Note that if you have a large vehicle you're going to need to be very skilled at maneuvering your car through tight spaces. If you are interested in bike rental, there's a place called Le Vélo Libre just down the street. Also, in Colmar restaurant reservations for dinner are a must. All of the good places to eat fill up quickly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel on a very good location in Colmar. Little Venice is just around the corner. I had a room across the street. It had a separate sitting room, beautiful bathroom and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly. One tip: Google guided me to an alley, but the entrance is on Rue de Turenne. Do not take Rue de la Poissonnerie!

What a lovely hotel with outstanding service. The room was lovely and well appointed though we never did figure out how to turn on the heat. Breakfast was exceptionally good. A perfect location in Colmar

Really nice, cosy and beautiful Hotel in the center of Colmar.

All good just don't end up on the top floor where You have to go up a ladder the open air so everyone can hear you. And don't show up one minute early as they will never let you in. Other than that great location and wish them the best.

Excellent, classy hotel right next to Little Venice in Colmar. Staff is outstanding and extremely accommodating. Rooms are perfect and well maintained. Location is outstanding. If you're driving, call ahead of time and reserve a parking space. Very limited parking available but pay parking also available on the street. Very good breakfast service as well. We WILL return! Make sure you go to the main part of rhe hotel to check in as your hotel room may be located in other buildings belonging to the hotel. Loved out stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Everything was perfect.

The complete disregard for a corona hygiene concept at breakfast was rather surprising. While the room was comfortable and the check in staff member was very welcoming, our experience the following morning leaves much to be desired. Guests at the breakfast area with no social distancing, touching the bread when cutting it (bare hands), no hand sanitizer station before entering the buffet area and completely open buffet with no coverings are things we observed in minutes of arriving. Although the tables were appropriately spaced out. The most concerning part was the staff response when we alerted them of what we saw. There was no action taken and only informed us the breakfast was included in the rate for us. I would have at minimum expected the staff to take action to address the concern, or potentially offer an alternative solution. Other hotels in France seem to have a corona hygiene concept developed for breakfast however here it seems completely non existent . Upon checkout, the hotel staff also did not acknowledge our concerns despite being brought up twice over two days. Traveling in these times I would expect such a concern to be taken more seriously. The location however is excellent, just a shame our experience early on was marked by this. UPDATE: There were NO breakfast boxes offered by reception during our stay nor did they take our complaint seriously. Nor would they offer a refund for the breakfast - the response from the hotel is simply NOT true.

Perfectly located hotel, next to the petit Venice. Parking lots available. Spacious room with coffee machine and nice bathroom. nice staff, also speaks english and german. small sauna is available. - The breakfast did not comply with a 4 * hotel, too little choice, a bit careless :( But almost a perfect stay.

My husband and I missed our connecting flight from Madrid to Basel (due to a flight delay) and was not able to stay on our first night and the hotel was very nice and did not charge us on the first night. We unfortunately was not able to stay at the hotel as they didn’t have any availability for the dates we wanted as our travel plans changed due to the delay but we’ll definitely book here again :)

Excellent hotel. Location is perfect. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Facilities are very good - especially the sauna. Breakfast was has variety and is plentiful.

I am use to getting stuck in a little room when visiting France, but this wasn't that at all. The inside of the hotel is gorgeous. The rooms were very spacious, the bed was really comfortable and the shower was very large, fits 2 good sized people. Staff are awesome, granted I speak French. Even a nice coffee machine and free bottle of water. No parking, but was instructed where to find some.

The hotel is directly at the entrance to La petite Venise in Colmar. The rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was also good. Definitely a great pick for your stay in Colmar.

Nice hotel, perfect location to explore the city. We had a cosy room under the roof on 3rd floor. Even I liked the layout with maisonette style, I wouldn’t stay there again, because there is no privacy with open toilet and temperature is really challenging during summer. If you switch in air-con its really cold in the bed but still very hot under the roof in the bathroom. Anyway, staff is very friendly and breakfast was good as well :)

I booked this hotel because I wanted to be in the center of Colmar. Besides the authentic look and feel of the buildings in which it resides, its very modern inside. In my opinion the price/quality is very good. Staff was extremely helpful and even went all the way with us to show our room. On top you can find parking relatively easy in the streets or squares around the hotel. Parking is free from 7pm to 9am in the morning.
