It was great, Gina was very helpful and explain everything in full also the coffee was great, she had patience and explain everything in English because I don't speak German. Also Onur was very nice and help me with everything that I needed, I will recommend this shop to my friends and I will always come back hear. Thank you for having such a great service.

Not customer friendly, even though it might not be their fault, the only answer I reveived for each of my question was "please call customer service, here is the number, i cannot do anything" They can never help any further, they don't want to call for you even though their technical german is probably much more efficient than mine.

Toller Service!!! Ich hatte ein Problem mit der Aktivierung meiner eSim auf einem neuen Gerät und in der Hotline konnte man mir nicht weiterhelfen. Die sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin in der Filiale konnte das Problem innerhalb von 15 Minuten lösen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Null Service. Wollte einen O2 Home Vertrag abschließen. Laut der wenig motivierten Mitarbeiterin nicht möglich, eine Woche später in einem anderen Shop kein Problem.

Schnell beim Abschließen neuer Verträge aber leider "sehr vergesslich" beim kündigen von bestehenden Verträgen. Der Fehler lag hier eindeutig bei einem Versäumnis des Mitarbeiters. Man kam uns in keinster Weise entgegen, versuchte abzuwimmeln und an die Zentrale zu verweisen, obwohl es laut O2 sehr wohl die Möglichkeiten für den Shop gibt, die Angelegenheit schnell zu beheben. Bedeutet aber Arbeit , Mühe und Entgegenkommen. Das ist hier gar nicht angesagt! Leider unseriös.

I would particularly like to mention that customers who entered the store during my consultation were also taken into account. I was there a week ago and signed an o2 contract with a cell phone. Mr. Günay gave me great advice and I left the store with a lot more than I expected. I had a very good feeling, even though I usually feel like I'm being ripped off in cell phone stores. Highly recommended!

Top customer service!! I have been a customer of O2 for around 8 years. Now I wanted to share my positive experiences. The employees on the hotline are friendly and helpful. (There is a number where you can get on the automated hotline. It's annoying, of course, but the O2 app also has the other number with real employees) The network coverage is good and a few months ago there was a free upgrade to 5G on my contract. At the same time, I am always made very good offers before the contract expires, which I am happy to extend! With the price and connection speed, you can't get this anywhere else as a new customer! Thank you O2, I am very happy with you!
