The counseling sessions at Om Wellness are so effective and helpful. The individual attention and guidance that is provided is worth every cent. I have been looking for places i could visit for therapy and when i decided to visit Om Wellness, i was really happy with their service. Absolutely no regrets about it. One of the best places you could visit if you need therapy and guidance. They have well qualified professionals who conduct therapies and the peaceful and cozy atmosphere really makes you feel like home.

I attended a yoga sessions and i was easily convinced that i had to continue. They provide you with the individual attention you need and address any of your concerns. I've been going to the Yoga class for the past one month and it is a beautiful mind relaxing experience. It's an amazing set up and for a start up venture Om wellness centre is doing so well. I'm feeling relaxed mentally and physically after starting the couching with Ms.Nisha. It's a whole package with the interior, surrounding and the calming music which makes the Yoga sessions even more interesting. I've also consulted the dietician Ms.Nadeeka and she provided me with a detailed schedule according to my health concerns. I would hands down recommend this place to anyone from any age and language background as they provide a customised service for each individual's needs. Good luck and keep doing a good job.

Om Wellness is welcoming to all who enter. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Yoga practices are meditative, grounding and challenging. The variety of herbal mixes is impressive, are medicinally based and tasty too!

Never had a health mix tasted so good! Om wellness Center’s Energy mix tastes so good!! And the Coffee is so healthy and helps me to keep my day active.

The great thing about Om Wellness Centre is that they offer their services in English, Sinhala and Tamil so anyone can feel completely comfortable. They also have online appointments/ classes upon request. Pretty amazing for a Wellness Centre in Colombo.
