This is the only hospital located in colombo city which is only dedicated for kidney diseases. For the limited facilities they have, they do provide a good service, but heavily time consuming. Since this is a government institution, they provide all the health services and medicines for free.

Extremely unprofessional and time wasting security staff at the gate. They lied to us telling the pharmacy is closed on saturdays and we turned back and went home without medicine. When we tried to call a million times to be connected to someone who knows information, phone operators only answer was that the phone is not being picked up by the relevant extension. I could only imagine how they mislead the innocent patients who travel through public transport from far areas. Security should stop lying through their teeth and at least make an effort to help people ! I’ll be definitely making a formal complaint against the security staff on that day.

So far it's a cool place. Went there and got to know that the patient needs a special reference letter from a related doctor to register in here. *needs a file , book for new comers. Clean and peaceful place. Have a good secured car park.

5 February 2016 my wife visited for her teeth veneer on room No 14 on 4 floor the doctor not listing to patient and don't care about the job These people need to educate and more training these Doctor work like very Low Countries level skills she don't know how to welcome and Make comfortable the patient This people got free education and don't know how to do there job well government providing every thing for them specially medicine but there not use it proper way and she don't spend the time to do proper ,clean,correct job I feel she is not to work as a doctor any more She treat patients like a her enemies .
