I should have known what my experience would be once I walked through the door and saw how disgusting the restaurant looked, including the people that worked there. While waiting in the take-out area, you could clearly see into the kitchen, which was an absolute disaster (counters were filthy, food all over the floor, people not wearing masks/gloves, etc). I even saw an employee grabbing fries from some place off the counter, put it in her hand and eat from it. Red flags everywhere but unfortunately there were no other food options open that "late" in this "city" (it was 9pm, but everything was already closed). I get its towards the end of the night, but...ok, so got the food, got to my hotel hoping that my salad was safe. Nope - my salad should have been green, that's basic, but it was not and all wet and wilted. I get that no one probably orders salad at this place but there is no excuse for me getting what I got. The lettuce was brown and slimy, the avocado was brown and spotted with mold everywhere, there were no other vegetables included and ultimately it was completely not edible (pictures attached!). So I obviously didn't eat any of it and that went straight into the trash. Also ordered sliders, which was never in the bag. Instead was a few chicken pieces in a plastic box and a small container or random rice. I have no idea what that was supposed to be. So that was a waste too. At the end of the day, we were starving and had no dinner to eat, but maybe that was a blessing in disgusting disguise because no human being should eat at this establishment. I didn't have the time or I would have brought the food back the next day and demanded a refund. I was totally robbed and almost poisoned.

i absolutely LOVE this restaurant. it goes without saying that this is the best affordable restaurant in this area. the food is great, the service is fast and i have a great time everytime i come here. Monica is a fantastic server, she was so nice!!

What can I say? Below is a $14.00 shrimp ceasar salad.... couldn't even give me a full handful of lettuce, which 1/3 of it was brown and had an aweful taste to it...had to throw half of it out, I couldn't eat it. Staff was not at all thrilled that i was there, could not have cared less in assisting me, too bored to even make eye contact. This is now the second out of three times, first time at least had fresh lettuce..... it's close to work, they have salads, and I can walk there on my lunch break, only reason why I even bother but this place is garbage.

We've been to this Chili's many times before. This visit was a total disappointment. The portions were much smaller and the quality was much declined. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. I had a grilled chicken salad and it was mediocre at best. The portion was small, and the quality was sub par. We also had a Cajun chicken dinner and the portion was ridiculously small. We also had chips and salsa and they reduced the portion of the chips as well. We won't be back for quite some time, if ever...

This was my first experience at Chili's and it was underwhelming. We went in for a late lunch (2pm-ish) and the restaurant was not busy at all. The smell of cleaning products and BO was an unwelcome introduction, but we were seated quickly and drinks followed shortly thereafter. Ordered a burger for myself and a salad for my wife. I requested that certain toppings be held off the burger and was told that would not be a problem. The food was served surprisingly quickly, which was nice as we were wanting to resume our trip as quickly as possible. The salad was inedible and we had to send it back. The cook didn't hold back the toppings as I'd asked but I was hungry and dealt with removing them myself. Fries were very mediocre and unseasoned. Our server was very friendly and understanding and made sure we weren't charged for the salad. Overall, I'd only return if there was no other option. Perhaps it was timing, but the order wasn't complicated and the food quality was "meh" at best.

I had two previous bad experiences in this establishment but I wanted to give them another chance. Once again, the disappointed us. The kids fries were cold, burgers super dry, I order the Margarita grilled chicken which tasted old and they gave me the rice from the bottom of the pot which it was hard so I send it back and got the Cajun chicken pasta instead. The ratio from pasta to alfredo sauce was off. You could not even taste the sauce and to make things worse they charged me for both orders even after we send one back. I will never go back to that particular Chili’s or even recommend it to anyone 😡😡😡

2 for 1 drinks EVERY NIGHT!! Neverending HAPPY HOUR!! Can't beat it!! Also, the 3 for me deal is well worth it! And endless chips and salsa!!

We ordered food for delivery. The driver picked up the food and cancelled that’s one thing which sucked. But when we spoke to the to go specialist, she was confused on how to go about us getting our refund and in the system put down for us to get half our money back per what the DoorDash operator said but we were able to get our full refund I hope. I love Chili’s but this experience wasn’t it.

At $15 for half empty plate, Five guys down the street is a better option.

What an excellent experience I had coming to this Chilis location for lunch. I was greeted, and sat immediately upon walking in. The host Mark was very friendly, and easy going. The food was outstanding! I had black bean avocado fajitas and everything about it was great. I was surprised with just how much comes with it…beans, corn, avocado, cheese, sour cream, rice and onions & peppers all sizzling hot. My girlfriend ordered pasta with broccoli that she enjoyed. It appears to me that Chilis has been able to keep a reputable & efficient brand even in this tough economy. Nice work Mark, kitchen staff & managers. I will be coming back. Also this restaurant is very clean! Nice to see.

Amazing waitstaff. Extremely impressed with her professionalism and poise. Chili's is , well, Chili's. Classic American and Tex-Mex food. Interior was clean, and food was hot. Chips were the highlight. Light and crispy. Food was mediocre but got the job done. You at least know what you're mostly getting when you go to a Chili's.

came to chilis this afternoon with my boyfriend for lunch, its always so good at this location food is always fast out the kitchen and service is attentive. love this chilis!! 🌶 the new side mac they have is really good

Chili's used to be so good. This one, at any rate, is not. I keep telling myself to give it another chance and I always regret it. This time I am writing a review to remind myself not to waste my time and money. The burgers have gotten incredibly greasy. Today and the previous time I ordered we did not receive an extra side and extra guacamole for which we paid. The steak fajitas were unbelievably salty and garlicy...they really need to check the marinade. The chips and salsa and black beans are still amazing, though.

My expectations were already low but somehow I was terribly disappointed.The margaritas were the worst I've ever had;watered-down and super sugary with an overwhelming taste of artificial sweetness that was repugnant. I ordered a special sauce burger which I thought was a safe bet,boy was I wrong.The burger was literally dripping grease and rubbery with a total lack of any flavor.Ive never seen such a skimpy amount of fries that accompanied the burger,it's as if they only gave a third of the normal portion. The service was by far the worst part,members of my party were looking directly at our waitress and were explicitly ignored.We waited an eternity to try to pay our bill and were just ignored.Myself and other members of my party were outraged,we are definitely not Karen's but the service here was by far some of the worst of my life. Overall this place failed at every single point,expectations were properly calibrated for a chain restaurant but this place failed terribly and I will never be returning and will spread the word far and wide of the ineptitude of this establishment.

My chicken tenders was okay… they could’ve been cooked a little longer. However, my watermelon Margarita was great… 10/10

Easy in to the parking lot with plenty of parking available. It was busy on this Sunday at 2pm. The staff was very attentive to my 4 companions and me through out our meal. We ordered a wide variety of items from the menu. All of our food was well prepared. Everyone gave a big thumbs UP on the taste, freshness and quantity of their food. We really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the very pleasant wait staff!

Service was excellent and the food came out super fast ! The food was really good no complaints there. The smell though in the whole place was disgusting! Smelled like dirty mop water needs a good cleaning! I had to run to my car and spray my area so we didn’t throw up from the bad smell ! Only stayed because we had a gift card !! If they cleaned the mop and changed the water, scrubbed everything down it wouldn’t be bad !!! The funniest thing is the owner responded to this review and said they take sanitation. Seriously yeah, I have a video of multiple employees touching items with their bare hands in the kitchen of this location !! I saw 2 different people with no gloves touch the same persons burger over and over then put their entire hand bare once again on the French fries I was taking to go 🤣🤣🤣 this is not taking food sanation seriously this location needs to be shut down !!

At first it was good, we got seated right away and our drinks came in an orderly fashion. However after ordering our food. We had to wait far to long and watched as two larger tables, who arrived after us by 30 minutes get their food first. Only after asking our server when and were are food was and would be out did it come. I could see into the kitchen partly and saw many workers on their phones. As someone who works in the guest service industry it was highly disappointing and irritating.

Food was out very fast. It was hot and flavored as expected from a Chili's restaurant. The waitress was very attentive and she was the only waitress in the whole restaurant for the entire 2 hour visit that i was in the restaurant. She was amazing and was always available when we needed her. She took time out to talk to my children.

Ordered take out nachos expecting a whole lot more then 5 chips sat there 20 mins people friendly very friendly food not very good at all not such a pleasant experience if I could give the food a zero and the people a 10 I would.

I should have paid more attention to the reviews before coming here with my family for some birthday dessert. Upon walking in, the entire place looked a mess and smelt odd. We thought since we were only going to be there for dessert - it shouldn’t be so bad. Boy, we were wrong. Keeping aside the dirty floor and tables, the molten lava cake and skillet chocolate chip cookie were a major let down. As someone who has had these both desserts countless of times at various other locations, the cookie in the skillet was completely raw and there was barely any ice cream on the molten lava cake. The cake was also barely warm which tells me it wasn’t cooked properly as it was leaking liquid. The one star is for the server who was polite, kind and had a smile on her face. I know I’m not coming back to this location.

Good vibes and service make for a wonderful experience. Place needs more diverse options for pescatarian, vegetarian, pollopescatarian, vegan meals :)

Great good. Quick bite to eat we had a gift card we had to use. This was my first time at a chili's I had steak loaded mashed and asparagus my meal was cooked to my liking everything was great. My husband had one of the speciality burgers that he also enjoyed. We had some of the 2 for 1 beers to drink. Our server was so friendly. The only issue I have is that our food come out before our appetizer did. Another server dropped our food off to us and our server came by a minute later with the app and she apologizeling for the order everything came out. But all in all a great visit and good food.

This last experience was absolute without equal, and our server, Liz, was 100% the reason. From the first greeting to dessert, she was attentive and helpful and brought energy seldom seen in food service of late.

Waitress was super friendly and food was great! Got two apps, an entree and dessert with 2 alcoholic beverages for $60! Cheap .

Food was good but didn’t outshine the lousy service. Took my 2 teenage grandchildren there. Server was very impatient as far as allowing us time to look over the menu before ordering. Once the food came she asked if the kids wanted soda refills. Both said “Yes, please.” She brought one and 10 minutes later brought the other one. We weren’t even half way through our meals when she asked if we would be wanting dessert. We replied “No thank you.” She immediately went and got our check. Again not even half way though our meals. Seriously? The place was practically empty so it wasn’t like she needed our table. I guess she just didn’t want to miss any of the gossip the whole wait staff was giggling about in the back of the restaurant. Very disappointing. Really like their food but won’t be going back.
