I just left very disappointed. I wait almost 30 minutes for my waitress to come great us and no one came. When I got up to leave I asked to speak to the manager to let him know and all he could say is have a great night. It sucks because I use to really like this place. I guess it’s time to find a new BBQ spot.

Good barbeque. Ribs were a touch dry side, so was the pulled pork in the sandwich. But everything was solid in the taste department. Good sauce selection. Great sides. Cornbread not included but their garlic bread is very tasty. Service is hit or miss however. Most servers are slow to respond. Last time it took 15 minutes between dropping off to-go boxes with the check (she knew we were done) and coming back to get my credit card. BBQ is slow cooked. This means it's done and ready. It took over half an hour for a table of 5. There were at least 3 or 4 servers and no more than 12 tables seated. Not sure why it's so slow.

Just fab. Hostess was blah and not very friendly just seemed like she didn't like her job. Ended up sitting @ the bar and our bartender/ waitress was absolutely amazing. She was funny, patient, chill and over all great. My friend has a Stella and I have two mixed drinks. TITO’S STRAWBERRY LEMONADE and the pink strawberry swizzle. 💣 🔥 🤤 we had the Korean KOREAN PORK BELLY POPS they were amazing juicy delicious a little spicy but not bad. I am a big wimp when it comes to anything spicy and I could tolerate it so I was excited. I got the mac and cheese with a side of brisket and my friend had the steak salad amazing amazing amazing amazing amazing. My friend wasn't feeling so we decided to eat the appetizer in the house and everything else with boxed up and we brought it home. Now we also got the donuts which I was a little nervous about since we had to bag him up and take them to go however they were amazing great they lasted great tasted wonderful and I would definitely definitely come back to this please warn her because of the bar server she was amazing I wish I could remember her name I know she did with us I'm just super bad with names. The only thing that did stand me off a little bit was the hostess at the front and the night before my husband and I wanted to come eat here but they had already closed and we had a bad experience with the hostess then to and weren't going to come back but I'm so glad I decided to I will definitely be coming back

The only good thing about this place was barbecue ribs. Most of the items were really dry. We ordered a combo for four but the portion size was small. Taste did not justify the price point. They didn’t even have proper glasses for their cocktails, mine came in a mason jar! We were missing cutlery for a person. Servers need to be more mindful. Toilet was dirty too! If you have any other option, avoid this place.

Party of 3. We were seated right away. Waitress came over quickly and answered all our questions with patience. I had the rib eye which was delicious but a bit over seasoned and a tad under cooked. The Mac and cheese was exceptional. My Son devoured his brisket grilled cheese. Hubby was very satisfied with his ribs. We would definitely go back.

We arrived at 10:50 to be told that seating ended at 10:30 so we were looking at the takeout menus. The manager reminded the front desk lady that 11 was last seating so we were able to sit down. The waitress was great and the food was excellent as well. We ordered small size nachos and the brisket grilled cheese along with some cornbread. Was a great meal, especially if you are looking for something opened later in the night. I recommend the bricket grilled cheese!

The food was amazing, our waitress was great! I asked her to have them make me a different kinda drink then was on the menus and it was delicious! Me and my husband rarely EVER get out on a date night without the kids and this was the perfect place. Laid back vibe but nice enough you can dress up a bit if you want . We got mild Buffalo wings( the sauce was a perfect...it was the right mix between make my lips tingle hot but not where i was grasping for a drink) , pulled pork nachos, and sirloin ( which was cooked perfectly rare like I asked for ) . Thanks for a great night!!!!

Welcome to smoky bones where you do there bogo special and don’t even get half your order and then they don’t put any sauces on them including dry rubs and the manager tells you we put it in the cup for you to rub on your wings. Great customer service were you pay someone to give you the ingredients to make your own food.

Steak! If you are a Fan of steak, ribs, burgers Give Them a try! Great Service and awesome food!

Food was amazing! So tasty and flavorful. What made everything even better was our waiter Jack. He was very attentive and professional. He was super nice! He noticed that me and family were taking pictures outside after we finished eating and he came outside to help take a photo of us! The best waiter!

Decided to finally try this place out, and it was NOT worth it. We did not receive half of our order (Mac & cheese and our drinks) and THIS is what I received. Potato wedges were burnt to a crisp and raw in the middle, and my burger was ice cold and had absolutely no toppings. Definitely not worth the $40 I paid for this. DO NOT GO HERE !!

First off, I’m not sure if this is normal at this place but they didn’t even provide silverware when the food came. The food itself was just okay - not that flavorful but much better than warehouse over on wolf rd. The wings were much better than expected though. At least it was a nice, quiet atmosphere that was relaxing. Ultimately, I plan to come back and try some of their other menu items.

I’m from Virginia and I’ve had some great bbq but Smokey bones had the best bbq I’ve ever had from a restaurant and it’s not even in the home of bbq if I could rate higher than I 100% would the meat was so tender I put my fork in it to move it and the bones feel out on my plate I didn’t need a knife to eat the meal

Food for lunch was good. The "medium" hamburger was too well done, but my fried chicken salad was fine. Service was good and atmosphere was nice at 2pm, but I know it would be too loud if there was a crowd. I will go back and try some other meals there.

Came in on Friday for lunch and the food was awesome! I sat at the bar and Brandon took care of me, his attention to detail and customer service was excellent. I highly recommend the turkey club!

The food came out quickly. I would say that it was prepared well. The server was pleasant yet seemed nervous about something. Overall the portions were very appropriate for each person in our group.

I love this place and the employees who work here that take care of me. The fact that every week that I’ve come in the past month and Alexa has to tell me each Wednesday that there is still no draft beer due to the fact they are still waiting for the work order to come in is just plain depressing. If it wasn’t for the service that I receive each week from Alexa like my friend said prior I would not be returning anymore as well.

It took 2.5 hours for a party of 3 to have 2 apps and 3 entrees. Ribs were good. Hamburger was one of the worst I have had in a restaurant. Didn't even get a chance to order desert before they were rushing everyone out of the restaurant. There are much better options in this price range.

We absolutely LOVED this restaurant! The food was incredibly delicious! Every single bite melted in our mouths! The service was great, and so was the atmosphere. Our server was Brinley, and she was running all over and making sure every request was fulfilled perfectly! We couldn't believe how fast we had gotten our food during such a busy time. The prices weren't too bad either. The only thing I can complain about is that we didn't get to leave with the recipes! We most definitely found a new date night spot! We recommend 1000%!

My family and I had ordered an online delivery using a third party delivery company and our food order was not correct. Manager Tony corrected our order and drove the new food to my house personally! They could’ve easily redirected me to the third party for a simple credit or something instead but he didn’t. I was really impressed today with the professionalism of him and his staff. Thank you so much!

We used Smokey Bones catering for our wedding and it was great! The BBQ chicken was amazing! The ribs were a little on the dry side but good with sauce. The servers were great as well. Would recommend.

Opened ten minutes late but the cuisine was so delicious it made up for that minor delay. My waitress, Eliana, was a great hostess as well, never an empty glass of lemonade. The dining experience was so exciting I had to stop and take a picture (so it will last longer, lol). I'm originally from the West and lived in the south....I know Bar-B-Q and this was REAL BBQ.

Hard to leave a review when we didn’t even get a chance to eat the food. Arrived on a Saturday evening with a reservation and apparently that was never entered into the system. Nonetheless, there was no wait and we were seated. However after about 10-15 minutes of being seated the waitress finally came over. Oh but wait, let me grab a pen so I can take your order. We both ordered burgers and after a couple minutes the waitress returned to ask my wife how she wanted her burger cooked (she had asked about mine during the actual order). Seems to me like a question you may ask when taking the order? Also read our drinks back to us incorrect and had to be corrected. After now almost 20 minutes we still had no drinks and the entire staff seemed a bit all over. We had to make the decision to leave otherwise we would have missed our event. I think the management here needs to have a hard and long sit down with staff to get everyone on the same page. Such a shame as the food smelled good.

A great dinner experience. Our server Eli was friendly and attentive. The food was really good. I had the brisket grilled cheese, my dinner partner had the morning glory burger. Her burger was absolutely massive, and it did slide apart a bit before it got to us, but it was still delicious. And the donuts!

Went here for our Anniversary, its been years since my last visit and what a great decision it was. The atmosphere and the staff were friendly and relaxing,they greeted us immediately,I loved it. The ribs were phenomenal, slid right off the bone !! The sweet potato fries were also Delish !!! We will be returning. My new favorite place to eat out.

The bone fire dish is great. We ordered it for two and it was enough and delicious. For desert we shared a chocolate cake. Service was fast and courteous. Also observing seating at healthy distances.

Great steak dinner with mushrooms and mashed potatoes. Desert was good, but my eyes were still bigger than my stomach 😉

After the recent temporary shut down, the food quality had seriously dropped, the taste had been way better in the past and the food did not come out piping hot but luke warm.

The grilled cheese brisket sandwich and loaded mashed potato was excellent. Haven't been here in years but will visit or get take out again. Yum.

If I could give this place a zero star I would , the menu looks amazing , the food that was served horrible everything about this was not Evan eatable. could not Evan eat it ,the cheesecake spoiled ,the burger was missing the blue cheese and did not look like the picture, the chocolate milk nasty . money wasted , can’t Evan get through on the phone or leave a message to the manger , this is also my first time here . I ordered take out . I would go back right now and let them know but it’s late I’m tired I worked all day plus their phone doesn’t work properly, now for some dinner and it was a waste money and time .
