I finally gave in to the all the anticipation surrounding Raising Cane's. I HAD to try the oh so trending Raising Cane's hand dipped chicken strips. Although the drive-thru line was VERY long; I perceived this to be a plus.(longer the line*better the food. It was worth the wait. The strip sandwich is phenomenal. I wasn't impressed with their crinkle cut fries. They were boring tasteless French fries. Thr portion of fries was relatively small as well. This is only my personal opinion, as I am not a fan of ANY crinkle cut type of fries. I strongly recommend trying Raising Cane's!!!

Chicken was good, but it did not taste fresh. The fries were fresh. They were very busy, so many people in the driveway & coming in to dine. When it is located near a university, that's what happens. It was rather noisy. I love their tea the best.

Raising Cane's chicken is very good. We mostly go here for my son, who is going to school in Columbia Missouri. He doesn't have a car, so he usually doesn't make it out to Raising Cane's so we took him after a football game. I also really enjoy their chicken fingers. The "Cane Sauce" is tasty. Relatively quick drive-thru service, though sometimes there is quite a line. I have never actually gone inside the restaurant to eat.

Raising Canes has pretty large chicken strips and I think they are a little cheaper than Zaxby's. I probably prefer Raising Canes over Zaxby's but I would consider them very similar. Their sauce is very good. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I highly recommend if you are in the mood for fast food fried chicken. I always get the sandwich. My kids always get the chicken strip baskets.

Ordered online for curbside pickup since I was on a phone call. Took 40 plus minutes to get my order and I had to go in to get it. Fries and toast were soggy already and the chicken luke warm. Only reason I decided to go in finally was the amount of other customers that would come and go while I was stuck waiting. Good thing I went in because how much longer would I have waited?

We always stop here when we go from STL to KC because we love Cane’s! The parking lot is hard to get out of when it is crowded, and it gets full easily. Also people often try to pull into the exit which is only 1 lane, which causes traffic to get congested. This time we had to park at the EatWell next door and walk. The drive through line of cars was overflowing out to the little side road blocking cars from going into the parking lot and the parking lot was full. We placed our order and the cashier asked for the name. We waited and waited for our name to be called and saw other people who arrived after us get their orders. We went up to the counter and they said they lost our name so they just sat our order on the counter and didn’t say anything about it. Luckily the food stayed warm in the styrofoam container. I got the three finger combo and everything tasted good. The staff was doing their best to clean tables as people were leaving so the new customers would have a clean table to go to. I love the decor at Cane’s!

We love Cane's, but this is the worst location we've been to. The food was still good, but they were out of soft drinks, and workers were more involved with their phone than the customers. It definitely was not the typical Cane's experience.

Disappointing chicken fingers. They typically are alright, but these are about a third the size of they typically are for the same price. Shouldn’t have gotten a second canes sauce.

I’m so sad. they gave me the wrong drink, forgot my extra canes sauce, and my chicken was disgusting. It looks like there isn’t even any bread on it and I’m so disappointed. I couldn’t call them because by the time I got home to eat it was closed
