Never go to this place! They gave me a daliha piercing and put in the wrong bare my cheek started swelling over the piercing and i went in to ask for a new one and that its swelling over and they said it does that and it'll be fine. A month later my piercing is infected and stuck in my cheek and i have to get it removed by a doctor. I also got my nose done here before and they put in the wrong piercing for it. Worst piercing shop ive ever been too 🤬

Not impressed with their selection. The size I needed was out of stock, as well as the next size up. I ended up buying something else altogether. They are quick. Staff was friendly, however I was extremely disappointed overall with my service/purchase. Needed a nipple piercing change for the first time since I got them pierced; for paying a service fee for piercing change I would expect the actual piercing to stay on for longer than 24 hours. The opal ball to my bead nipple ring popped out a few hours after I got home with just normal wear. I tried tightening the ring myself and then tried with tools around the house, but ball kept popping out. Eventually I lost it because it was so small. Tried opening the ring to remove it altogether, but I don’t have the proper tools for this either. Now I’m stuck with half jewelry in. I’m just disappointed I wasted my money here.

DO NOT COME HERE! I purchased over 100$ worth of jewelry from here and to my surprise when I arrived home the wrong items were bagged up. At first I thought not a big deal accidents happen. To my surprise when I arrived back at the shop the next day with the jewelry and recipt they refused to give me the correct jewelry I had originally asked for. What a waste of 100$ and shifty costumer service. I will no longer be supporting this shop and I will no longer be sending them business either.

Had a wonderful experience our 7 year old decided she would like her ears pierced. We knew we did not want to do a place like Claire's we wanted a professional. We highly recommend they were very sweet and kind to our daughter. The gentleman that did her ear piercing was wonderful made our daughter feel very comfortable.

When I first walked in, I was a bit intimidated by how well polished and professional the store was in terms of setup and and presentation. However, I immediately felt welcomed when the staff members were so helpful, kind, and cheerful from the minute I spoke to them up until the moment I left. I was super comfortable with my piercer and was reassured on any of my concerns. The piercings were super precise and even and the jewelry I picked out there were exceptional quality and super appealing. I couldn't believe how many options they had available for each piercing. The prices here are also very fair and reasonable, which is a big plus in a big city! I will definitely be returning and I recommend this place to everyone and anyone considering getting a piercing.

Had both my teenagers ears pierced, and seconds done. The staff was extremely friendly and very clean and fast. The jewelry is quality and pricing is fair. I would recommend this place!

I have gotten two piercings from this location and it wasn't until the 2nd time I had issues. I got my lip pierced here and a mistake was made by the piercer who asked to repierce it, clamps which were used the first time were not used the 2nd and the needle was never changed. I was repierced with a used needle. I was told to come back in a couple of days to purchase a shorter bar since they needed to use a bigger one on my swollen lip with no other compensation offered, I don't think I will be coming back though.

Very sanitary, professional, and personable with high quality products and service. I feel like I couls be real life friends with anyone that works there! I only gave a 4 because I originally recieved screw in piercings. When I went back for replacement balls and gems they had apparently transitioned to push-in type piercing jewelry. It racked up a bill having to repurchase everything.

they have done my naval, bridge and helped reinsert my snake bites. every single piercing is very well done and reasonably priced. staff is really nice too. body jewel is my go-to and i highly recommend them!

The staff is super helpful and friendly. The selection and prices were a happy surprise. We didn't get anything pierced, we only bought jewelry, and my partner had beautiful jewelry to wear for the wedding.

I have visited this Body Jewel location a few times. Each visit is for a different reason - buying jewelry, having jewelry changed, and/or getting pierced. Most of the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. I can't remember the name of the guy that helped me most recently, but he was the best! He changed out my 2 nose piercings and helped me stretch out my conch.

I went in to gauge my ears from a 2g to a 0g. I recieved no care instructions and they didn’t even give me my old jewelry back. I now have an infection in both lobes after a day even though I cleaned with salt water solution. I’m not convinced I had a good tech (some chick w blue hair) or they used clean equipment. Stay away. 0/10 do not recommend.

The two girls working there were pretty rude, and I don't think the one (blue hair) who gave me my piercing washed her hands because I ended up getting sick the same day it happened. Not a welcoming atmosphere and they're both extremely awkward individuals.

My daughter and I just left after getting her nose pierced and buying jewelry. I have health issues and both piercers took their time working with me about having my ear redone. We love this place and highly recommend it.

I got a double helix here, I was really nervous and they did an excellent job. Everyone was incredibly friendly, the environment felt very safe and clean. My helix hasn’t healed and it’s been 2 months, but that is definitely to be expected, not a fault of anyone’s. If your looking to get a helix be prepared to only sleep on one side for awhile, but this is the place to get it.

Felt really comfortable here! That hasn’t always been the case in places that also do tattoos, where I’ve felt like they were annoyed that I wanted a piercing. Very clean and gave good aftercare instructions. Wide selection of jewelry… it was hard to choose! Looking forward to going back on a Tuesday or Wednesday when it’s BOGO.

Took my 7 year old for her lobes to get pierced. She wanted them badly and was quite nervous but Dan was fantastic. He explained to her each step and made it easy. It was a great experience and we'll be back!

I love coming here, I've been pierced here and I've come in to pick up extra jewelry. Everytime I come in, everyone is super helpful and really friendly and each experience has been relatively painless.

I've gone here a few times, and my only complaint is that they don't specify which jewelry is included when they tell you to pick.. so if that's a concern just ask. Everyone has always been friendly, and all the piercings have been placed correctly!

My daughter who is 8, got her ears pierced today.The made her feel at ease and talked her through everything. The front desk was so helpful with earrings and packages. The place was so clean! The equipment was sterile, room she was in was wiped down immediately after we used it. Have already recommended this place

They did an amazing job on my piercing! It was done quickly and accurately, also the cleaning instructions they gave where detailed and I was able to fallow at home.

I stopped in a few weeks ago to get my bellybutton repierced. The piercer was very honest and recommended that I not get it repierced(I have a scar from it being previously pierced). I was disappointed because I wanted to get it pierced, but I appreciate the honesty and integrity I received from the piercer.

Got my snake bites done, I love them so much, look amazing too. Everything was super clean, and they were super nice. Highly recommend, walked right in, will come back to get my industrial done.

Super clean and friendly! I’ve gotten 2 cartilage and one nose piercing there throughout the months and they all healed normally!! I will keep coming back to get more :)
