This place was also such amazing place. Water was so clean and the soothing sound such peaceful. There was some people so you can enjoy properly and can have good pictures. Be careful if you intend to go on the rocks those are so slippery so I will suggest not to go on rocks where water current is going continuously. Be very careful while walking on the rock. Enjoy the sound of water. Go into the water there wasn’t much water and it wasn’t deep it’s like may be 5”-10” deep and it was so cold. You will also get a view of Indian hills.

An awesome and Mind refreshing place to visit in Sylhet... A huge amount of people visit this place everyday.. This place has an excellent environment... This is one of the hilarious place. It is become one of the best amazing tourist place in Sylhet. Transportation is also good enough and you can go there in around 40 minutes from Sylhet city to Shadapathor. Public Transport are also available so you can go there and visit with an affordable price. Another thing is you need to have hire a boat to reach the place and it will cost BDT 800. The boat will reach you the place and after couple of hour later boatman will comeback and take you the point where you start. well, you need to carry an umbrella if you go there before 3 PM. because sun heat can burn your skin. The water in the Shadapathor comes from the water falls from India that will make your soul peacefully and assure you the place will bound you come back from many times. The beauty will amused anyone in the world and find the genuine fresh sound air that you will not find anywhere. so undoubtedly this is the best place for relieve your stress. Highly recommend you to visit this place!!!

All entertainment is at water. Except bathing you won't get any amusement. So, at the visiting time make sure you prepare yourself for bathing.

A great place to visit with family in any season... many people will say that it is a place to visit only in rainy season but i don't agree with that statement ... as u will get enough water for ur enjoyment/refreshment in any season but as the nature behaves u wont actually get enough water for showering in the water in any season ... but as i mentioned earlier for enjoyment and refreshment u can visit anytime but if u want enough water so that u can shower in the water too , for that reason u will need to visit shada pathor during rainy season or just right after rainy season

Just awesome,line for ticket was too long for boat so me & my friends walked to the spot tho its was a bit hard to walk on the sand but I believe it was worth the trouble.Clean water river with beautiful mountains in the horizon both sandy and rocky riverside not to mention the border everything was incredible really enjoyed the time recommended for everyone to pay a visit and experience the beauty of nature.

Sylhet is the daughter of nature. It has many tourist spots, Shadapathor is most beautiful of them. People around Bangladesh come to visit here everyday. Though usually Bangladeshi tourist spots have less facilities, it has developed some sightseeing spots, boating facilities, mini market places and restaurants. It is very near to Indian border. Tourist has most attraction for this border areas. Indian and Bangladeshi hills and river marge together and a beautiful scenario is there. Sylhet to Shadapathor by road is well developed, one can easily go there through bus,cng,car or any other vehicles which are available from Amberkhana point. A must visit place.

It's a mesmerizing place to visit. If u want to feel the nature and feel such a cold water on a hot sunny day u can go there. U can see the hills around, a cool flowing river of blue & greenish water, different sized and coloured stones down the river & the open sky. It's a dreamy place to visit in my opinion. Authority should have to protect the place for tourists as it's a busy place for stone business and they are extracting without proper plan so the place is going to be a desert.

Nice place.... You can see the nearby mountains which are in India’s Meghalaya when you get to this amazing spot.If you’re trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life, this is the perfect place for you to take a break, gather your thoughts and enjoy what the nature has to offer. The best time to visit the amazing spot is between May and October, especially in summer season. The Meghalayan clouds, waterfalls from hills and the sandy shores of the Dholai, ceaseless streams and transparent water of the river are the main attractions that draw tourists to this place. Tourist can get the most beautiful view during its rainy season.

A good natural beauty. Specially clean water and green hills of Border are really amazing. But the transportation is a big problem here. Also there is no proper monitor of Authority and for that reason tourist face problem from some syndicate. But overall this place is a wonderful creation of nature.

Beautiful place to explore. Boat ride is fixed price. But long que especially on holidays. Trip can be difficult with children under the age of 5.

This place is amazing, the lifeguard of this place are really nice. One of my friend was going to float away, but the quick response from the lifeguards just saved his life. If you are visiting this place, then please don't throw your trashes on the river or the beach. Use garbage bag and dustbin.

Good For Bangladesh people

Sada pathor is a famous destination near sylhet city. Rainy season is best time to visit here. Be aware of about syndicate. You can take bath here but swimming is not recommended. Water was cold and clear. Crowdy place.
