Pullman Paris Roissy CDG Airport

Very functional hotel, surprisingly nice for an airport location. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice, decent fitness center and a fantastic pool. Staff are very polite and helpful. The room isn’t huge but perfectly fine for a few nights

Since our flight was canceled, we did get 2 rooms for my family of 4 to stay overnight. The front desk was very helpful in getting everything set up & housekeeping did get our rooms setup/cleaned a few hours early. One of the rooms did take a really long time to cool off. They do have a bar & restaurant that is on the main floor.

We stayed here in early August on an overnight layover. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. We got in late so we didn’t get to use any of the amenities, but there was a bar conveniently located in the lobby. It’s convenient access to the airport via a quick couple minute walk to the train that connects the terminals. We would for sure stay here again and we were pleased as always staying at a Pullman property.

Took over 30 min to get checked in as there was a huge line and not enough staff. Room itself was adequate but no touches e.g. water. Gym is poorly equipped (no proper weights). Restaurant food was expensive and not good, especially the poor cut of steak served. At breakfast, I requested an omelette from the chef and was made to feel like I was a major inconvenience. Basically, this place doesn't care and just takes your money because of location (which is great as it is 1min from the airport shuttle train).

The staff are very busy but make you feel taken care of. The lobby an atmosphere takes you both to the outside jungle and ultra modern luxury at the same time. The rooms are spacious and modern, but feel cozy as well. And the restaurant and other amenities are top notch food wise the chefs will prepare food for you for lunch and dinner as well as breakfast and the spa and pool treatments are amazing. Will be coming back here again for sure.
