I would rate it 0 stars. Horrible serving. Waiting time felt like an eternity. To add the music was as loud as in a night club. You could not understand or hear what people next to you are saying. The menu is way too expensive, i think that 20 something lei for a coffee that is cold is too much. And to add, the worst thing were the bugs. They were everywhere even the benches and they weren't shy at all as one found the courage to get to my hand... After that my whole experience was kind of ruined. To be honest i really had great expectations for this place. It is a shame because the view is great...

Poor place. Need more care for the potenziality that could have. Nice view of Mamaia and Constanta specially by night. Drinks affordable but not so good. Could be better!

Extremely bad experience . If you come after sunset there is no view except for two tables that can see part of coast. The music is too loud to have a conversation, the cocktails that we ordered (including a basic mojito which had no lime whatsoever) were extremely overpriced , awful (extremely sweet)and took a long time to be served even though the terrace was half empty ( Sunday night) . Felt like drinking pure syrup. The mosquito situation is terrible. There were everywhere. Will not go back or recommend !
