Very simple hotel, clean, with absolutely necessary equipment in the rooms. Minimal decoration, interesting the sea view rooms. Good to average breakfast, bar and reception area are ok. With out any comment the safety in hotel. Hotel personnel are very friently. You give the launtry to reception today and you have to search for it the next Day. Some times rooms are like saouna. Location is good near interesting places. Last couple years traffic noise has been increased considerably.

It definitely needs renovation. But having said that, the staff is professional, the location is great (beach and city centre a short stroll). Building feels 70's and so does the inside. The sea view rooms have unfortunately been destroyed by smokers. Their low hygiene standards have not only ruined the smell, but any other item in the room. So I wouldn't pay the extra fee for this.

The hotel had its advantages - its right on the beach, the staff are really friendly and the breakfasts was really delicious. The bar is also a great place with good prices. However, my room was cleaned with a cleaning materials with a really strong smell and I had to keep my window open all the time in the first day so that I get fresh air. Otherwise, I liked it.

excellent location, easy to reach and very close to downtown. the hotel has a small car park but if you arrive late it will be busy. reception staff is prompt and friendly. spacious room for this kind of hotel, with sea view. friendly and fast staff. clean hotel, furniture slightly tired, but not upset. the fair price for the quality offered. Recommended!

A good value for money hotel in the seafront in Constanta, close to the Old Town. Hotel Ibis Constanta has an overall nice quality and service, in the rooms, restautant and lobby. It was quite a while ago refurbished and you can see this everywhere, but besides that, it offers two elevators, nice and friendly staff, average-good restaurant and above all a good location, with plenty of parking places in the private parking and also the street parking. I do not recommend opting for the breakfast which is 8 EUR / person and is of average quality. At 5 min. walking distance you can have a better breakfast and coffee at the same price in the Old Town. Although, overall, I recommend the place!

Small rooms, no windows which can be opened, only a large door which could not swing,but only full-open. Extremely hot inside during spring time , with no possibility to adjust temperature. Dirty bathroom (body hair inside the shower cabin) and damaged furniture+bathroom door. Extremely small parking space. Highly expensive for what it is offering.

Good location, good sea view, breakfast ok without variation, the room/bathroom need some improvement. What i didn't liked is the fact that we couldn't park our car in the parking place, because it was almoust full (if you don't count the 2 empty parking seats for electrical cars), in a very rainy evening and we had to find a place where to park on street - very unpleasant! And from their parking zone you have to carry you luggage, walking on the circulated and full of water roads on rainy days, because on the sidewalk there are parked cars and the hotel doesn't have an entrance from parking.

Depp under Ibis standards. All the carpets ar dirty. Floors lookes very old, need renovation asap. Price to high for how it loookes. Good location. Nice staf. But if I return in Constanța I will look another hotel.

Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The room was not the cleanest but not gross, disgusting, nasty, etc. It is within walking distance of a beach and Old Town Constanta. Parking is cramped with either hotel parking lot which has a 24/7 guard or the surrounding parking spaces. Breakfast and parking are not included in the room price. But are not outrageous on price. Honestly, I would stay here again but it would not be my top choice

The room we booked was one of the best of many IBIS locations I`ve been to, and definitely the best in Romania. The hotel's lobby and rooms are clean, as you would expect from a IBIS hotel, but the carpet in the suite needs a due replacement. The strong points - if you go for the rooms with the sea view - is the panorama. You get an unrestricted view upon the Black Sea and the Tomis Harbour, with all its glory. The best rooms in my opinion are those with _12-_14. However I did not check all the floors, but I think the numbering scheme is the same for all of them. PROS : - good value for the money; - good service; - many good choices from the menu; - nice view from the cafeteria and the restaurant; - the best panorama in town! CONS (but not deal breakers): - access with heavy luggage from the main entrance is limited; however, if you go around and use the access bridge from of the secondary entrance, there is no problem; - if the private parking is full there are limited legal options to park nearby; many residents also park in the area; - the carpets could benefit from a due replacement. - the TVs could also be upgraded for a bigger size. - the heating/cooling system in the rooms is based on air vents from the ceiling; if one is to select a higher air flow there is some noise coming from the fans. WRAP UP : - this was a stay to remember. Now is my favorite location in Constanta!
