I can’t understand how this hotel it’s rated 4* , maybe it was 20 years ago but now.. don’t waste your money and you’re patience with it. Price: expensive Room: very dirty and old furniture. When we arrived we didn’t had towels in the room and the shower was not even clean. The door of the shower was broken,impossible to close so after one shower the bathroom was like a swimming pool. Breakfast- veryyyy poor Staff- the waitress from the bar/restaurant was always in a very bad mood. For 5 nights the price was huge for the conditions we had in this hotel. 1st and last time here.

Very rude waitress at the restaurant. Treated us like we were homeless people off the street. Waited 1 hour just to get our drinks. We waited another hour or more for the food to come, which was not very tasty or cooked right.Very disappointed. Someone needs to hire enough staff and to do things right because people are simply losing their money for something of such low quality.

We stay here several times and despite the fact is an older hotel, it extremely clean, friendly staff and with very good breakfast at a reasonable price. The parking can be a bit challenging but the staff was very attentive and friendly trying to accommodate us at all times. We definitely recommend this place.

Beutifull hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast is delicious with many varieties. I give it 4 star's because they don't have electric sockets by the bed and in the bathroom, wich I find inconvenient.

Very nice hotel and food but there was a elderly waiter that was very rude and disrespectful, we were having dinner and she basically kicked us out after we finished the food and made us pay as soon as she came to clear the tabe. The boy who was helping her was very nice and helpful.

Nice hotel at the sea side, with view to both the black sea and mamaia lake. love tbe rocking chairs on the balcony. buffet breakfast was very good.

Clean rooms, pretty good food and polite personnel. Good location, close to the beach.

Very nice and friendly staff, nice clean rooms. Close to the beach and if you are lucky you have sea view. The only problem is with parking places, way to few places for such a hotel.

The rooms are clean, location is great, but that's all the good things about this overpriced 4 star hotel. Food is ok, but the waiting times and the service at the restaurant is bad.

Excellent location! The hotel is worh only 3,5 stars, but the location compensates for the money. Bad parking (no parking places)!

Breakfast, personnel and cleanness are OK, but I wouldn’t go back, because there is old furniture in the room, also the elevator is old and the alley from the promenade to the hotel in the night is scary, there is no lightening and are a lot of “Any kind of people” . The terrace of the room is not renovated and looks deplorable.
