This is not a 3/4 star hotel. Rooms are small. the towels are old and with gaps in them , bathroom was decorated with low quality labour. a 3/4 star hotel offeres free coffe and tea in the room ,here they charge you for it LOL.No balcony for this hotel!!!.even hostels offer free coffee and tea. was booked to stay 1 week left after 3 nights because I was dissatisfied and also the prices for treatments are high compararing with Turkey ,Japan or Bulgaria for example . Romania is my home country but this is rip off . Don't mind to pay but I expect quality and high standard services

Located in Eforie Nord, Steaua de Mare Complex Hotel Residence provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a huge restaurant and view to the Black Sea. They have also a big outdoor pool. The hotel is a modern one with great rooms, clean and a good variety of fresh food, fun& entertainment, nice and always clean pool, ultra all-in (spirits & wine inclusive) Helpful staff.. what more do you wish.💓 We were pleasantly surprised, fantastic room (Family Room with Sea View).

A bad experience which left me with a biter taste ! Surely I will never come back to spend my money at this Hotel "Steaua de mare" in Eforie Nord ! I have to mention that I paid almost 1000 euro for an "all inclusive" package a 7 nights holiday for two adults and one child . What happened : On the last two days before the end of our Holiday we went on the beach to enjoy the sun .... The distance from the beach where we stayed and the bar where they served the beer which was included in my all inclusive package (cheap beer) was approximately 200/250 meters. At one point I decided to have some beers .... So because the distance was considerable I thought it will make sense to take 4 beers 2 for me 2 for my wife .... Since my wife was busy looking after our daughter a friend of ours which DID NOT HAVE an All Inclusive bracelet on his hand offered to help carry those Draught beers ( plastic glass beers ). The hotel manager was in the area watching us .... When we exited the pool bar perimeter I handed two of the beers to my friend to help me carry them and honestly my friend did not drink from them .... Mr. S.C. manager sent two of his employees to chase us and spy on us to see what happens with that beer ... When we reached our beach place I was approached by those guys to fetch to talk with the manager (he did not have the curtsey to call me separately like a good professional to sort things out). Internal Hotel Rule : A tourist with all inclusive pass is not allowed to offer to another tourist any products that he pay for . Which is understandable and I totally agree But since he did not drink from them I don't see what is the problem !!! Result : My All inclusive bracelet was REMOVED, CANCELED by the hotel manager for the reason that supposedly I broke the internal rule . Of course I explained what happen but he would not have it any other way .... I offered to pay for those beers .... Won't listen His answer was that he has o box of bracelets from previous tourists that broke the rule and that he has BIG EXPENSES with the beer for this reason. So he asked me "nicely" to hand over my bracelet . He told me that if I want to continue to benefit from my all inclusive pass I have to pay a tax of 150 Ron (Romanian money) at the hotel reception . Another grouse misconduct from him is that he did not hand me any written legal proof for his actions or my actions . Went to the reception .... Explained what happen .... Initially I offered to pay but I asked for a FISCAL RECIPT AND A WRITEN LEGAL REPORT WITH THE HOTEL STAMP AND SIGNATURE for the money that I'm being charged for !!!! I was offered only an regular fiscal receipt which only shows the amount of money (150 ron) and nothing about the tax (fine) like the law in this country stipulates. Second day my dear Wife which is better trained than me in laws of this country talked with the manager brought legal maters in the argument which they did not like and succeeded to retrieve my bracelet without having to pay that ridiculous tax . In the end : I admit that I have a small part of blame in this whole story but the way that the manager sorted the matter out is totally UNPROFESSIONAL ... HE MANAGED TO RUIN OUR LAS 3 DAYS OF HOLIDAY !!!!

My parents arrived earlier than the check-in time and the man at the reception did not even try to help them, he had no empaty for there situation. So there all inclusive stay started very poorly, I expect more from someone in the hospitality industry.

Friendly staff. Food was pretty good and various. Good anti-covid measures. The indoor Aqvatonic pool. Room was clean. The nice bench by the window was a good resting place. No fruits at meals. Only 2 elevators - very crowded. No small tables at the beach umbrellas. Only 1 restaurant for 2 hotels - very crowded! The indoor playground for kids was very crowded and not ventilated enough.

The food and the pool it's what killed it for me. Breakfast is exactly the same every day and the previous year with no exception. The pool: 1200 ppl lived (according with the kitchen and the serving staff with whom i made friends with) and there is a pool mmm 40-50m long and 20 wide. Of course everyone wanted in the pool in the windy days(the last 3 days of my staying there) ... well the pool was packed, water was all blurry after just half of day. The water got changed after 3 days.

Stayed here four days. Staff was friendly and helpful, impressed by the spa - quite unique of its kind, room was nice and clean, plenty of choices in terms of food; easy access to the sea, parking available. Everything you need is within 500m radius. Will come again 😊

Nice and nice.. we go there for ther water spa. Is very good for relaxing and very very good for kids. They have pools with small water level where you can sit recive a water massage and watch them playing. Plus they have a lot of water toys for kids. For adults they have a lot of places where you can recive water massage and a few pools for exercises. Totally recorded! Gg!

A very very nice hotel for those 3 stars. From the entrance you will see that is not an old building with new furniture. The rooms are a little small but nice with a lot hidden spaces. The only inconvenience is the access to the swimming pool and private beach, it can be done only on stairs a little damaged without a ramp for wheelchairs or childrens bikes.

Excellent breakfast & dinner, very nice and welcoming staff, lovely beach on front of the hotel. The cleaning of the rooms need to be improved.. Overall a good experience and we will come back.

I give only 3 stars because you can not hear well the fire alarm from your room. I think safety should be the most important. Hope they would change this. Otherwise it is a nice and complete complex to spend time, play, relax with family..

Hello, Check-in is done at 3 PM at the earliest checkout at 12, the food was cantina quality ( mediocre ) so don't expect too much, usually everything was semi cold, the staff was friendly, rooms were clean, the bathroom was fairly modern but had the worst smell, in the morning bad odors ( trash ) were present in the bathroom and would flood the whole room, we stayed at the 7th floor. The fittings and finishes are second hand. A big plus was the proximity to the beach, there, only drinks and ice cream were available. All in all an average experience.
