    Niciodată nu mi au plăcut exercițiile pt partea inferioară a corpului(exact unde era nevoie să le fac).Dar de la prima ședință am observat că poți lucra anumite grupe musculare cu mult mai multă ușurință, neconștientizand efortul depus.Antrenorii sunt persoane tinere,dinamice,care știu să te facă să ți depășești limitele(dar fără a pleca epuizată). Regret ca n am descoperit acest loc mult mai devreme!Il recomand!

    My 8year Old entered an initiation swim Lesson in this location. The trainer is Young and she liked The teaching lesson. The price is ok. The swimming pool is small but ok for Kids. The communication is very Good and fast with The studio, The location is also Good.
