After I talked to them to cancel an order, immediately after I did it they sent the order to be delivered...pathetic. After I refused the courier, explaining that the people from dormeo do not do their job to cancel the order properly (they canceled it but it had no effect, the courier still came...), a month passes and only after I mention the lawsuit, they wake up and make a refund...totally pathetic.
