    I was looking for a place that did functional movement fitness but also had a community where you could actually talk to people and feel like more than just a number. ACLAI is that place! I have been going for two months, and I have already noticed improvements in how I move, pain reduction, and other general health and strength gains. The team is awesome, everybody is friendly and supportive, and the gym is well run by Ainle, Orla, and the coaches. I also really like all the social events they organize, so I'm now learning Irish and have been to a long table potluck, and hopefully will get to a movie night soon. Definitely worth every penny for the 4:1 coaching (sometimes even 1:1) you get twice a week. I'm learning a lot and getting the help I need to deal with my weak areas and feel like I'm really being listened to and treated respectfully. I've been to a lot of gyms, and ACLAI is definitely a game-changer for me. I may never leave! :) Update: It's now 10 months since I've joined, and I'm still a very happy customer! I can do things on the rings that I never thought possible, and we are able to work around my knee injury and wrist issues. The core training has given my low back better support. It's easier for me to move, pick things off the floor, carry my suitcase, etc. I even noticed that my posture is better and I'm standing straighter. This is the best gym I've ever joined, and the fact that I'm still going twice a week is a testament to that. Five years later and I'm still going twice a week. When the lockdowns hit, I was able to switch to an online program and keep going at home. The team has been instrumental in my lifestyle changes and helping me with improving my overall health. ♥️♥️♥️

    I have started my recovery journey using functional movement with the very talented May at Aclai. When I went in for my consultation with the knowledgeable Ainle I felt right at ease and knew I was in the right place. I'm a hairdresser and pretty heavy handed in my daily life so I have knee, back and shoulder injuries which I need to take care of and am feeling so much better after only a couple of sessions knowing exactly what I should be doing! All the staff are attentive and focus purely on you with a program planned to suit your needs. How cool?! The space at ACLAI is inviting, exciting and you will feel liberated after each and every session. Massive thankyou to the whole team 🙏

    There is no enough stars to express my feeling about this place! Despite training being amazing, the best part is how you feel around personnel- owner or employees. They have "that something" that makes you feel great just for being there, whatever your fitness level or goal is. Biggest recommendation!

    To say that ACLAÍ is the best gym I’ve been to is no overstatement! I’ve bounced from one gym to another, one type of exercise to another over the years with little interest or excitement about any of it. I would go so far as to say that I’ve generally felt out of place and intimidated by almost every gym I’ve been to . . . Except for ACLAÍ. I’ve been a member for over 12 months now and not only did they help me with a recurring shoulder issue I have, they’ve also coached me to a healthier and stronger place in my body. I’m now excited about training and look forward to my sessions. On top of all of this my favourite part about ACLAÍ is that I’ve always felt welcome, its a place where every one is welcome, the music is awesome and the lads are genuinely brilliant at what they do! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! 🙌🏼

    Best training experience I've had! The staff at Acalí are incredibly attentive and really focus on correct technique. I've really felt a sense of improvement since day one. Within weeks, I can tell my form is much better in exercises I've been doing for years.

    Great gym, 1:1 or 1:4 sessions, really knowledgeable coaches, great individually tailored programs. Particularly good if your recovering from injury or just starting out in my opinion. Focus is on correct warm ups, form and technique, a lot of functional movement , free weights and a huge variety of other gadgets to challenge your body, this is not a gym full of mind numbing cardio machines if that’s your , overall there’s a great atmosphere there every session , would highly recommend

    Training at ACLAÍ has consistently been one of the highlights of my week ever since I started here. The space and training programs provide me with an opportunity to challenge and reconnect with my body. My time here has been the most positive training experiences I’ve had while also the most effective. I look forward to continuing my training journey here!

    I started attending Aclaí last December and I came with the intention to heal a shoulder injury that had been bothering me for months. With the professional guidance from all the coaches I can honestly say that my shoulder injury is no more. I feel stronger mentally and physically and I skip out in top form after every session. The atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive AND the choons are always class. Thanks for the work ye do lads! Kathryn

    Amazing gym with experienced staff who push you out of your comfort zone while also making you feel confident in a gym setting! Highly recommend anyone (even if a beginner like me!) to join and see the rewarding results!

    Highly recommend aclai to anyone at any level of fitness who wants to improve strength, fitness and mobility, and enjoy themselves doing it. The classes are small enough to ensure individual attention and the atmosphere is friendly and inclusive. The coaches have superb knowledge base and incredible attention to detail. So glad I joined!

    As someone who drifted in and out of gyms for most of my adult life, ACLAI has been a gamechanger as they equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to work out effectively for life! The atmosphere is also incredible as you don't just feel like a number but a member of a community that is very passionate about fitness and its members. I couldn't recommend ACLAI enough.

    I couldn’t praise Aclaí more. The staff are friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and go above and beyond for their clients. The atmosphere is relaxed and inclusive and it’s never too crowded. The sessions have great variety so you never get bored with training. I always feel great after training at Aclaí.

    Great gym, atmosphere is welcoming and non-intimidating and the classes are very small so you get individual support. My favourite thing about Aclai is the focus on rehabbing people who have had injuries or illness and building confidence in getting back into fitness (and the mural on the wall).

    I joined Aclaí planning on doing a few PT sessions to shake up the gym routine I've done for years. Now it's one of the highlights of my week! The team are all really supportive and approachable. There is a great community vibe. The workouts are fun and challenging. I'm amazed at how much strength I've already built up in a short time and how great I always feel leaving the gym. Highly recommending Aclaí to everyone!

    A true community gym, with a fantastic community of clients & trainers. They design a programme exactly for you that builds as you get stronger. The trainers are fantastic, with great detailed coaching, technique improvements and a supportive constructive approach. Love it!
