I
was
looking
for
a
place
that
did
functional
movement
fitness
but
also
had
a
community
where
you
could
actually
talk
to
people
and
feel
like
more
than
just
a
number.
ACLAI
is
that
place!
I
have
been
going
for
two
months,
and
I
have
already
noticed
improvements
in
how
I
move,
pain
reduction,
and
other
general
health
and
strength
gains.
The
team
is
awesome,
everybody
is
friendly
and
supportive,
and
the
gym
is
well
run
by
Ainle,
Orla,
and
the
coaches.
I
also
really
like
all
the
social
events
they
organize,
so
I'm
now
learning
Irish
and
have
been
to
a
long
table
potluck,
and
hopefully
will
get
to
a
movie
night
soon.
Definitely
worth
every
penny
for
the
4:1
coaching
(sometimes
even
1:1)
you
get
twice
a
week.
I'm
learning
a
lot
and
getting
the
help
I
need
to
deal
with
my
weak
areas
and
feel
like
I'm
really
being
listened
to
and
treated
respectfully.
I've
been
to
a
lot
of
gyms,
and
ACLAI
is
definitely
a
game-changer
for
me.
I
may
never
leave!

Update:
It's
now
10
months
since
I've
joined,
and
I'm
still
a
very
happy
customer!
I
can
do
things
on
the
rings
that
I
never
thought
possible,
and
we
are
able
to
work
around
my
knee
injury
and
wrist
issues.
The
core
training
has
given
my
low
back
better
support.
It's
easier
for
me
to
move,
pick
things
off
the
floor,
carry
my
suitcase,
etc.
I
even
noticed
that
my
posture
is
better
and
I'm
standing
straighter.
This
is
the
best
gym
I've
ever
joined,
and
the
fact
that
I'm
still
going
twice
a
week
is
a
testament
to
that.
Five
years
later
and
I'm
still
going
twice
a
week.
When
the
lockdowns
hit,
I
was
able
to
switch
to
an
online
program
and
keep
going
at
home.
The
team
has
been
instrumental
in
my
lifestyle
changes
and
helping
me
with
improving
my
overall
health.
