I was in the store to buy a cream because I really like the quality but they have a security man that didn't stop to follow you... It's a small shop and It's made me feel very bad

Exquisite location and staff are a credit to the business! We dropped in to pick up a little gift and were treated to the full works. The gift was very well received!

What can I say. Very professional service. Had to make a purchase for the person I was shopping with and the lady picked up on my whispering and sign language. I wish every store followed their lead.

I popped in here today to get some hand cream. It was my first time in the shop & when I went in both staff said hello and were lovely. They left me alone to shop and browse and I had such a comfortable experience in the shop!

Third time in to l'Occitane over the last month or so. Stumbled across a great set of products instore. Delighted with the level of customer service. Really down to earth good honest advice. No hard sell, just well informed staff with a passion for their products. Any of the gifts I bought were beautifully wrapped, boxed and bagged. Recipients even commented on how well they looked. I'll be a returning customer. Great mens range. Soaps and shower gel are a must. Thank you.

Wonderful experience here today! I got two bars of soap and the ladies were very nice and friendly. They really put in the extra effort to make it a pleasant shopping experience. They even sprayed perfume in the bag to make it smell amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back!
