I've been using this GYM for six months now. Staff are great. The real selling point however is actually the patrons, friendly, motivated and respectful of other members.

I don't normally write reviews but for Resolution Fitness I felt I had to. This is the best gym I've ever been to (and I've been to my fair share of them). They care about each one of their members and make sure you feel welcome and encouraged to achieve your own individual goals. They have the best trainers in the business and offer great personal training at an affordable rate. If you are looking for a gym in cork, this is the one!

A good, small gym, handily located off South Douglas Road, plenty of parking. The staff members are friendly, the equipment is good, it is not expensive. I'm rejoining this week.

Friendly staff but basic enough equipment ideal if you are more interested in just keeping fit and not wanting to compete or anything like that, big lack in equipment no real sense of nutrition so if your looking to get lean or lose weight I'd highly suggest a good nutritionist but again nice staff just a very basic gym

Only starting my weight loss journey but these guys are fab. Always there if you need a bit of help. Very supportive and no poncy posers checking themselves out!
