This shop is located in Oliver Plunkett street in Cork. They will not take back underwear – even if it has not been worn, but placed back in it package. It was immediately obvious to me, after just taking one out of pack of three boxers shorts: that I had bought underwear which was far too large. Of course you cannot do that in the shop and must take your chances when you get home. Their underwear doesn't seem to specify cms or inches as it applied to X2, X3, etc. These 'x' marks tend to alter measurements given I would bet a lot of people do not know what these marks mean. I was told very abruptly that the items were not returnable or exchangeable. Be very careful or you will lose your money on items which are not the right size for you. I also tried to try on a pair of shoes on another occasion and was told curtly I could not. Again, you've got to take your chances. Overall: I think they need to be more accommodating with customers. It is also very cramped in the shop and items can be piled up on top of one another in an ad hoc fashion, which also makes it harder to find the right size. I will be very reluctant to go in there again. I lost money, rather than getting better value or any value for money. The shop responded to my review and asked me to contact them directly so they could follow up. The never did. I would not recommend them.

Great selection of items, especially duvet cover sets. I got brilliant curtains etc. for low price. I ordered some stuff online as well. Helpful staff in Cork. I highly recommend.

Great place for deals. They have a wide selection of items. They have clothes, jackets, towels, heaters, arts and crafts, rugs, kitchen ware. The set up is not wheelchair accessible. Didn't see a bathroom. The place is ideal for those quick shops or those looking for a good deal. The staff are friendly and helpful highly recommended 👌 👍 😊 😀 🙂 ☺ 👌 👍 😊

At 39 weeks pregnant I travelled from another town with a toddler to buy an item for the baby that is coming any time and at 5:45 I was denied entry to the store which should be opened for customers until 6pm

Two recent visits left a sour taste in my mouth. The price of the fabric was displayed differently compared to the price asked at checkout. Rather than being apologetic about it, the girl at the checkout told me with a corresponding rude attitude that 'it wasn't her department '. I was completely taken aback by this given the fact it was clearly the shop's mistake and I had been really polite about this. Yet I was met with a poor and defensive attitude. This shop clearly doesn't value a pleasant customer experience.

Went there for bedsheets, quality is bad (1 button was missing and one has gone after two laundry), the sizes of the sheets are approximate, the double sheet was too small for my double bed I had to take the kingbed size that fits just right. Otherwise there is a lot of choice for lots of small practical items

I must say the staff are so helpful. Blackout curtains was my priority today. The lady there was so hopeful with checking sizes etc.. It was so hot I was allowed leave my purchases and go for a look around town. 🏆top class status for bed and house hold curtains.

Always good for a bargain

My wife was looking for some sheets today, and when she found them, she put them on the floor for a moment to check them; far from offering help to find the sheets or asking what she needed, I treated my wife in a wrong way and in a rude way. They had no customer service training.

Lovely clothes and loads of fabrics in different colours. Plenty of accessories for art and crafts.
