We tried to eat at this restaurant after 30 minutes of waiting. Immediately after, the waiter arrived to wipe the table, but unfortunately his language and his way of behaving was not enough for us to maintain our position of eating there. He said that we are lucky that we got this table and that if we don't like it we can go as he won't bother with us. Per total I won't bother to eat at this restauranant next time I will be in town.

Ok so I ordered a pizza and I got it after like one hour because the guy who I’ve ordered it from didn’t said anything about the chef not being at work at the time when I placed the order and when I asked him “where’s my pizza” he said that the chef just arrived (this happened after 40 minutes from the order time) and I almost forgot, other customers reported their dishes being dirty. I won’t go to this place ever again.

Ah one of the worse place, food good but because maybe is because the chiefs are actually doing their jobs,but the male waiters absolutely incompetent of doing their jobs. Sad especially when forging people are coming to visit this country all they will see it's just a inadequate jobs and so arogant and don't care about the service they provide!

They have luck with the place.. its in front of the beach but the thematic, the rooms, food and music are really worst and loud. The empolyees are unprofessional and the owners are quitly bad. Also, tou cant sleep because of the music what is from evrywhere, anytime I dont recomande.

Good dinner in this restaurant. Friendly and knowledge staff. Food was very good also the wine was good. Nice atmosphere with live traditional music. The only thing i may say is the music volume ( a bit to much) everything else was awesome. Thank you guys for the beautiful dinner.

The location is great and the food is exceptional. Staff is very professional and efficient, the rooms and the surroundings are always clean and tidy. The restaurant situated just outside the hotel offers delicious and fresh food from traditional Romanian to Italian and English dishes with heavenly deserts; my favourite is the Papanaşi 🙂 The fact that the restaurant is always busy, maybe one of the busiest in the region shows that customers enjoy eating here. We visited Poienita every year and were never disappointed. We return with love every year for the good and fresh food and for the holiday atmosphere. We highly recommend.

I won’t recommend this location never 👎! The food was rotten, and I had to wait like one hour to eat, or better say ‘trying’!! They are looking for staff, and when you’re there for the job, they’re rejecting you😂🤦🏼‍♀️… The biggest mistake in my life was to believe there stupid manager and comming from UK! Britain will hate that, Costinesti!!!

The service was awful, the food came after almost an hour (just some French fries with a salad and fried cheese). Don’t bother with this restaurant.

I only experienced the dining / restaurant service. The environment is beautiful. The music is pleasing and at a volume that does not disrupt conversations. The food is tasty and beautifully styled. A big plus is that it also accepts a variety of payment methods.
