I'm
not
from
Omaha,
so
I've
only
been
able
to
visit
once
as
I
passed
through,
but
two
things
have
remained
with
me:
1.
Coffee
was
the
best
I've
had
in
a
long
time,
and
I
know
coffee
pretty
well.
I
tried
two
coffee
places
in
Omaha,
and
this
one
was
vastly
superior.
I'd
be
willing
to
bet
it's
the
best
in
Omaha
(at
the
very
least).
2.
The
owner
is
an
amazing
example
of
taking
a
seemingly
small
task
(coffee)
and
transforming
it
into
an
art
form
and
an
act
of
service
to
the
community.
I'll
remember
my
brief
interaction
with
him
for
a
long
time,
because
his
sincerity
and
care
imbued
the
establishment
so
profoundly
that
I
thought:
"Wow!
One
individual
really
can
change
the
world."
This
may
sound
hyperbolic
for
a
coffee
shop
experience,
but
Greg
really
does
perform
his
work
with
a
gentleness
and
love
that
I
haven't
seen
elsewhere.
In
a
time
of
global
change
and
insecurity,
it
remains
with
me
as
a
powerful
reminder
that
one
person
performing
their
little
work
in
love
can
make
a
big
difference.
So,
I
sincerely
thank
you
for
a
great
cup
of
coffee
and
for
the
memorable
example
of
how
each
of
us
should
approach
our
life's
work.
