Celebrated my birthday tonight and this place didn't disappoint. The wait to be seated was 6 minutes, or may be less. The table was ready and the bread first of all was delicious. Don't take my word for it, my kids loved it too. The server was very nice and very attentive. She was quick with our beverages and main entries. My kids loved the salmon, burger, and cheese fries. Sirloin steak looked scrumptious. My ribeye and shrimps were to die for. Food was great. Place looks clean and presentable. I recommend reading the donnesss of meat. I chose medium which was cooked to perfection. I give restaurant a 10/10 if possible.

I was really excited to learn that they brought back the porterhouse steak, So we had to go check it out. The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is because the doneness was wrong. I like my steak medium well and it was rare... Too much blood for my taste. I asked if they could correct it and they brought it back well done. Now it was too dry and the taste was just not there anymore. The server kept disappearing and seemed very distracted. So I just left the issue alone and sucked it up.

Food was great. I like the social distancing for the entry was set up. The hostess maintained good order. Our server Michaela was friendly. She kept our classes full. We had the catfish and 1/2 slab of ribs. Delicious! The fresh rolls were awesome. Nov 2021 I tried the country fried sirloin n fries-vgood. Feb 2022 our server Kathy was great-gast n friendly. Had the catfish and sweet potatoe. Great food. Jun 2022. Jul 2022. Tried the grilled pork. Aug 2022 I tried the Road kill- ground steak smothered in onions n cheese. Delicious. Our server Jeanette was friendly n fast. She kept the glasses full.

I liked Texas Roadhouse..at least until I ordered my steak (I asked for a medium well) and I got a rare. It was red. I felt blood in my mouth. It was absolutely disgusting. I unfortunately got sick from it and my condition makes it way worse. Edit: Currently in the hospital because of this. I had a flare due to the red meat. All of our orders were wrong. Luckily they gave us the steak and the chicken (which was originally supposed to be ribs) for free. Not coming here again. The waiter was nice though.

The food is very good, I had the steak and shrimp combo. Good value for the prices they charge, the quality and quantity is fair. The place is clean and big, but not very friendly for big parties. If you have more than six people in your party!! You're screwed because they have too many booths and not enough tables. We had 10 people in our party and they wanted to put us in two booths across the aisle from each other after we waited for over 40-50 minutes to get seated. We literally had to fight with the staff and manager to get several tables together to accommodate our big party. The place was not even busy!! Why make it impossible for your customer to keep the group of people happy and together? Especially if they're celebrating a birthday. 1 - The food gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2 - Our waitress gets ⭐⭐⭐ 3 - The manager and staff gets ⭐ for the way they handle the situation.

I'm back baby.Was regular customer.Stoped going when Porterhouse steak was taken off the menu. Saw online that the Porterhouse was back. Went the next day. And enjoyed a good Porterhouse steak. Thank you

the best value for me. I do not have a lot of experience with steak houses. this one is very good to me. ~$30 per person is a good value to me. tried the prime rib in medium rare. perfect pink inside and the surface as well. the blooming union was below my expectation. too oily. the shell detaches from the union itself.

Love this restaurant! It has excellent food. I had a New York Strip Steak with baked potato and a salad. My mom got Baby Back Ribs with a baked potato and salad, also. Prices were not that high. Especially, when you're talking steak and ribs. Wood atmosphere. Great service. Been there 2 times now. Definitely would keep going back. This restaurant gets 5 Stars from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The ribs were absolutely disgusting. There was more fat than actual meat on them. The manager came by and asked if I wanted to try some new ones. I told him no and that I’d like the check, instead of atleast offering to remove them from my bill since I didn’t even eat one bite he just walked away. Terrible customer service

Good place to eat steak. Food was good cooked to perfection and the service was very nice. My server was really nice and was very polite. Also offered some promotions they had going on didnt take the offer but was good to know that they do that kind of things especially for a restaurant never really hear that sort of thing anymore. The food was delicious. Both my wife's and my meals were prepared correctly and were served at the proper temperature. My wife had the 6 oz. sirloin steak and I had the pulled pork. The prices were reasonable and the service was excellent. Our server was Hailey. We will definitely be coming back to this restaurant in the future.

It was my first time here and let me just say, kudos to one particular manager, Gloria, at this location that made the experience all that much better. Ordered a vodka soda and the cactus blossom to start with. The drink was terrible but wasn't to surprised about that considering it's a restaurant, not bar. The cactus blossom was delicious, light, and crunchy just to my liking for any fried food. I ordered the 16oz ribeye, medium, which was overcooked. I alerted my waitress who in turned alerted the manager, Gloria, who went above and beyond to make things right with a fresh cooked steak and complimentary appetizers. Gloria was apologetic for the mishap and made things right. Customer service is a rarity nowadays so I do appreciate it when I encounter great service. Overall, the food was good and the experience just made it that much better! Thank you Gloria, your attentiveness and attention to customer service was superb and appreciated!

Delicious steak , and the service was wonderful. They also have very tasty bread, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was beautiful. My order was New York Steak with mashed potatoes and mushrooms.

Just wanted to say Nicole W was amazing!! Super friendly, super funny and such a sweetheart! It was my bf’s first time there tonight and he loved it! He said Everything tasted great from the sides mashed potatoes, and Caesar salad he had to the med rare rib eye steak!! My food was great as well! had the combo of ribs and steak with sweet potato and steak fries! Such a great experience, thanks again Nicole W for the great service!

We come here all the time. Today we went on Valentine’s Day and it was crowded, but even so the service was fast and more than perfect. Our server Bridget, and the manager Ken were so sweet and kind to us.

Went for lunch and had a great experience. Our waiter was awesome and drinks were tasty. As usual we ate way to many rolls before our meal came but that was alright because we had leftovers to take home. Would definitely recommend Texas Roadhouse.

The service is always great. We are always seated right away and the young ladies who server me are always sweet and kind. You can tell they genuinely care about how their customers feel. They check on you, smile and you can tell they enjoy what they do. The food is always comes out fast, freah, delicious and I recommend if you want great food and service you should definitely dine here.

Haven’t been to a place in a long time that has met my approval on all aspects. Great customer service. Food was amazing! Had the 6oz steak that came with the shrimp, with side of mash potatoes and buttered. Their frozen mango margarita was right on point. Highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back here again.

I had the 16-oz ribeye with a baked potato and buttered corn . The ribeye was perfectly cooked the way I asked . The potato was good, but the toppings were overkill . You don't have to drown the potato. Just put a little bit on . My girl had the Portobello chicken smothered in a mushroom sauce . She said the chicken was tremendous . Our server Chloe did an awesome job .

I have been to multiple Texas Roadhouses and this one by far is the worst thus far. Our server was not quite personable. He was just “doing his job” it seemed. I asked for rattlesnake bites and I guess he forgot. The onion blossom came out at room temperature. My Caesar salad was decent and other person’s house salad was stated to be fine. There was a bone in rib-eye ordered medium well and it was not cooked evenly. Medium well in middle and well done all around ends. We sent it back and the cook countered stating it was medium well after cutting the steak in half. We said forget about it as it was late and if they were to recook another steak no telling what they might do to it. The green beans were soggy and bland. Sautéed mushrooms and onions were added to the steak and they were a fail. Onions sautéed should be translucent. These were still crunchy and opaque. The mushrooms seemed to have been scooped out a pot and there weren’t many. So the server brought a side of them. Upon finishing our meals, we asked for to go trays. The server brought us two and DISAPPEARED. We needed more than two as we had our meals, appetizer, and rolls to pack up. I had to get up and look for help to ask for more containers. We were brought two small containers by a different server. All of a sudden our server appeared and I explained that we needed more containers and that we were helped already. He apologized and stated that were low on regular containers. We had to break up the onion blossom in two small containers and split the rolls up in containers. The drinks were watered down as we had a hurricane and a Jamaican margarita with kicker. I will say that manager took like 15 bucks off bill for the steak debacle but didn’t come over to say this or apologize. Safe to say I won’t be back to this location.

My party for a birthday wasn’t accommodated by the manager, very rude tone. Nice at the front desk unfortunately. Made us wait over an hour and said there was nothing they can do. Said we needed to get back on the waitlist for any extra people. Threatened to call the police as well. Given we are African American I wasn’t comfortable with the treatment as well. Was expecting a better experience for my first time here but won’t be coming back. There were several tables open that allowed us to be seated closer with our party but that wasn’t accommodated.

I love this new location. The food and service never fail, although this last time I went, the server was pretty reserved and quiet but I think it’s their first job. The order was still correct and food came out pretty quick. The manager came around to make sure our experience was pleasant. I love this place

Fun place and the food was good. House salad was really a salad, not just lettuce and a cherry tomato. BBQ sauce was oven warm to keep the meat warm. Lots of comfortable fun going on. Wait staff very attentive.

My server Nicole was one of the best servers I have ever had. Very personable and fun. Made our night better.

My second time in a long time because I didn't like my first time. This steak was great, flavor, texture. Let me stop because now I want to go back.

I love the rattle snake bites appetizers, so good and spicy. The rolls are freshly served straight from the oven. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants.

IDK whats going on at TR but the food is getting stupid. I ordered a salad...steak salad at that...and they used bagged lettuce!!! Disgusting!! And charged $17 ... dont get a salad at TR!!

If you want to be lied to, have your request dismissed, and have your intelligence belittled, go to this Texas Roadhouse location. My father and I ordered bone-in ribeye but instead got t-bone porterhouse steak. And when we let the server know of the mistake, she doubled down saying the plates on our table were bone-in ribeye. When we showed the picture of the bone-in eye, which looks totally different from the plates on the table she had the nerve to say that “sometimes, the bone-in rib eye looks like a T-bone steak.” LoL! She must have thought that we are so naïve that we do not know the difference between both steaks. So we did not get what we actually ordered, the server lied to us and refused to acknowledge and fix her mistakes. The best part was when the check came in showing that we actually got T-Bone Porterhouse. I would not be surprised if the server rips off the top part of the receipt so that management won’t know that she is lying to paying customers. Making a mistake is ok, lying to customers is not. Terrible experience.

My husband was craving Texas road house for Father’s Day. Of course, I’ve had a great experience before eating here. The wait was 2 hours, we finally get seated and order. It takes another 2 hours to cook the food. I ordered my steak well done as I am pregnant. The food comes out and my steak is PINK on the inside. By the time I get the servers attention everyone at my table was almost done with their plate. Then my food finally makes it out and everyone is done with their food and ready to go. All I was offered was an apology from the host Nick. I told them to pack my food to go and magically I had no sides ( I didn’t even touch the sides because the ribeye wasn’t cooked all the way). Nick was nice but overall I will not be recommended Texas Roadhouse or coming back.

Texas Roadhouse is a place we visited while exploring Chicago and the surrounding area. We were not disappointed and that's the most important thing. Great atmosphere and great service. In addition, delicious food and all this meant that if we ever have the opportunity, we will definitely visit Tecas Roadhouse. Greetings from Poles
