Nice and cozy place, better than expected I can say.

Rude, indifferent and incompetent staff. Prefer to hang out in the bar with their friends. Breakfast/lobby didn't open until 08:15 and we got our breakfast at 9:00. Only positive was the size of the room.

Well, for a 3 star hotel it is a little better, very clean and friendly staff. Bathroom quite okay, but but back parking area might get some headache to car owners as it is unsupervised and a lot of drunk people are hanging around.

It was good to stay there, nice and clean, everything went smooth. I would recommend it.

Very satisfied, good conditions, polite staff and affordable price. Strongly recommend to take a rest in a long way. Breakfast is not included, you can take it separately.

I recommend staying there only if you have low to no expectations and most of the time you are out of the room.. And still the overall experience is bad - first there was no one at the reception, then a girl from the restaurant (probably) came to us and said we should call a number and showed us a note written on one of the doors (it was in romanian and we did not speak romanian). The girl did not speak English, but we managed to understand each other somehow with the help of other guests. She then called the number which turned out to be the owner.. We paid and never talked to or saw any of the staff anymore. The room was warm and tidy on first look but then you see the flaws - we had half of the toilet paper roll left - we had to buy the next day, no towels were changed (we were there for 2 nights), there were yellow stains on the sheets and stains of blood and some dirt on the walls in the bathroom and the room itself. The bathroom is with a shower cabin which was also quite messy. At least the bed was comfortable. No WiFi, although there were 5-6 visible connections with MBI in the name and they were all locked.

No receptionist, No towels. Breakfast belated “because the cook lives outside of town”. Pathetic.

The hotel staff is inadequate and not professionally trained. They didn't know that we paid for bed and breakfast, so in the morning we had a problem with breakfast.

Nice place to spend your night

We waited the food, more than an hour and the manager where rude.

Good stay. Cleaning

Staff are nice Place is poor. You get what you pay for. Cheap stay

Food is very good, comfort is good too, you have all the necessities.

The staff is lovely however the place needs a lot of improvement. Starting from the rooms that need a thorough cleaning and the beds that might need a desinfection as both me and my mom felt little crawlers on us.
