It's our third stay here and the cleaning and service never disappoints. Great sized rooms for a family of three. Loved all the facilities in the room ( TV with Netflix, fridge, cook top, microwave, toaster, all type of dished and cutlery). The new Promenada mall is very conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk. Public transportation in front of the hotel (3 or 4 stops to downtown / Craiova's Old Town). The bed lining always smells great, looks and feels super clean. We loved it every time!
