Recommend you call ahead and make a reservation, and get a table outside if you can. Service was fairly quick. We visited in July, and it was super hot inside the restaurant (their air conditioning wasn’t on/windows now open) and super packed. Their fondue and raclette were the most popular here. We got the onion fondue, some assorted meat, a salad and some wine. The fondue was delicious. I wish the salad came with more than just greens and mayo (it had half a cherry tomato, a little more would be great!).

The food was too salty. I don't mean like oh...too salty..I mean, ...can barely swallow this mouthful of salt. Also, kinda pricey for the amount and quality of the food. Service was ok. Dessert was great, I had the caramel cream.

Fortunately we got a table very easily, no waiting. The service was nice and you have a big verity of fondues and of course the raclette. We tried fondue and enjoyed it very much. I advice you to try it. If you do not want to wait, so maybe better to come earlier.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the raclette was great and fairly priced! The place had a great location, in the city center of Annecy. The best fondue in Annecy!

This is the place for ultimate comfort food. The food was full of flavour and cheese. The polenta is a must get dish! Pretty much no crumbs were left after the meal.

Great raclette! The real thing which was delightful and great option for vegetarians, should you want to add some jambon, it goes extra Only thing to keep in mind, raclette has to be eaten indoors. Recommend it!

Wonderful fondue and amazing service. I came for the Brisgotte, but it was done for the season, and that's okay! It gives me a reason to visit Anncey and Le Freti again.

Delicious food, very generous portions. Wine is however not the best. Come early or you might not get a table. Kudos to the servers who get assigned so many tables at this place. Recommended for group dinners.

Very nice place with great food and helpful staff. All staff appreciated that our French was very basic so conversed in English as much as possible. The order came out quick and everything was very tasty, plus it wasn't too expensive. We will definitely re-visit!

Great food, big portions, decent prices, overall worth recommendation. The restaurant staff were not engaging too much, polite enough but I just didn't feel neither important nor welcomed and i dont have a big expectations. And we were only people upstairs for a while. I would still recommend the place.

Good raclette and all you can eat but for a minimum of 2 people. They dont allow raclette in downstairs outside seating, but upstair indoor dining is comfortable. The attitude of all is not so friendly but service doesn't suffer.

The place was busy, but the food was delicious! I ordered the Potatoes, onions, bacon, creme fraiche, and blue cheese dish. It was so yummy! My mom ordered French onion soup and the orchard salad and said it was very good as well. The meal was a great price and I’d definitely go back. It was one of the best meals I had on my trip.

We arrived at the restaurant with very limited French but was made to feel very welcome. The fondue was delicious, service great and atmosphere just right.
