We
have
been
here
many
times
with
mixed
results.
If
you
ever
need
them
to
communicate
with
your
PC,
don’t
expect
them
to.
Also,
if
you
say
anything
that
they
perceive
as
negative
then
they
will
one-by-one
all
attack
you
and
deny
you
of
humanitarian-customer-service
(but
if
you
got
it
in
the
first
place
there
would
not
be
any
negative
comments).
I
was
on
the
phone
with
someone
and
giving
them
a
play-by-play
of
everything
that
was
happening
and
for
everything
bad
I
said
about
what
they
weren’t
doing
for
our
son,
one-by-one
suddenly
the
ghosted
hallway
filled
up
with
staff
with
everyone
throwing
me
dirty
looks
and
most
of
them
saying
out
right
rude
things
and
talking
down
to
me.
Not
professional
at
all.
I
couldn’t
believe
their
nerve.
The
doctor
came
in
the
room
but
with
my
sons
dad
being
on
speaker
phone
(rushing
from
work
to
the
er)
and
our
boy
making
loud
painful
noises
and
the
sound
of
the
nurses
talking
around
us,
I
stepped
out
of
the
room
and
asked
her
to
talk
to
me
in
the
hallway
because
they
have
sliding
glass
doors
that
close
all
the
way
so
I
could
hear
her.
She
refused
to
walk
out
the
room
and
DEMANDED
that
I
come
to
her
which
I
said
I
wouldn’t
so
she
refused
service!
This
was
an
incredibly
awful
experience
and
they
attacked
me
over
and
over
while
their
patient
was
choking
and
couldn’t
breathe.
Unbelievable!
And
out
of
at
least
20
staff
members
that
witnessed
most
of
it,
not
a
single
one
acted
as
though
they
thought
they
were
in
the
wrong.
If
you
want
emergency
professionals
that
know
how
to
de-escalate
emergencies
and
handle
their
own
immature
feelings
in
emergency
situations
and
treat
you
with
respect,
take
your
chances
someplace
else.
I
made
a
police
report
and
after
this
review
I
will
be
reporting
it
to
the
insurance
as
recommended
by
the
officer.
Our
boy
is
9
years
old
and
was
choking
the
whole
time
they
attacked
me!
I
hope
they
got
it
recorded
and
don’t
delete
the
recording!
I
started
taking
pictures
because
I
didn’t
know
anyone’s
names
to
be
able
to
identify
them
to
the
manager.
I
wish
I
could
put
all
the
blame
on
one
person
but
for
everyone’s
misfortune,
it
took
the
entire
group
to
escalate
it
this
far.
I’m
just
sorry
I
didn’t
get
pictures
of
more
of
the
staff.
Especially
the
male
nurse
that
set
it
all
of.
But
the
blonde
lady
in
the
picture
is
the
one
that
keep
attacking
me
the
most
(at
first).
For
shame.
Theses
folks
obvious
went
to
school
for
the
money.
Not
to
actually
help
people.
