I had an incredible experience at Americas ER. I came in yesterday for an injured finger and arm. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I was well taken care of. The Dr was so sweet and Knowledgeable, answered all my question. All I can say is if you find yourself in need of an ER this is the best! They really care about their patients. Highly recommend it.

America’s ER is always my first choice. They are quick. And you feel like a person and not just another patient. My 15 month old was just seen there. And the experience was amazing. They tried to make him feel as comfortable as possible and to calm his fears of being in a hospital setting. They were gentle and really tried to make the experience pleasant for him. Thanks so much for a great experience.

I have been to this emergency room four times in the last three weeks for various family members, including myself. Every time I have gone, they have gotten us right in, and were so professional, and caring, and pleasant. This is the best place around as far as I’m concerned. You can tell they truly want to help you. The doctors take the time to explain everything to you, and make sure that you do not have any questions. The nursing staff tries to make you as comfortable as possible. Top notch!

Great place to receive care at this place. I have made 3 trips for various reasons for self needing stitches to getting a toddler care after hours. Each time, everyone exceed expectations. Right from the nurse to techs to doctors and the rest of the staff plus concierge. They are also fair in assessing if it’s urgent care visit or emergency visit.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Not like any ER visit I’ve ever had! My only complaint is that room 1 where I was, was absolutely way to cold! Way above the normal hospital cold. 10 out of 10 stars! Would absolutely recommend!

I really like this because it has both urgent care and ER care. If people go in thinking they need urgent care but the issue requires more advanced care, they can easily be moved to the ER area. This was the case for my most recent visit. I did not have to go to another ER to start the process all over again. I definitely recommend this company/location.

Great service and they took really good care of me. This was my first time having to go to the ER and I had to be admitted to figure out what was wrong with me. From the front desk to the nurse to the doctor to other checking in on me I was well taken care of. Thank you so much!

We have been here many times with mixed results. If you ever need them to communicate with your PC, don’t expect them to. Also, if you say anything that they perceive as negative then they will one-by-one all attack you and deny you of humanitarian-customer-service (but if you got it in the first place there would not be any negative comments). I was on the phone with someone and giving them a play-by-play of everything that was happening and for everything bad I said about what they weren’t doing for our son, one-by-one suddenly the ghosted hallway filled up with staff with everyone throwing me dirty looks and most of them saying out right rude things and talking down to me. Not professional at all. I couldn’t believe their nerve. The doctor came in the room but with my sons dad being on speaker phone (rushing from work to the er) and our boy making loud painful noises and the sound of the nurses talking around us, I stepped out of the room and asked her to talk to me in the hallway because they have sliding glass doors that close all the way so I could hear her. She refused to walk out the room and DEMANDED that I come to her which I said I wouldn’t so she refused service! This was an incredibly awful experience and they attacked me over and over while their patient was choking and couldn’t breathe. Unbelievable! And out of at least 20 staff members that witnessed most of it, not a single one acted as though they thought they were in the wrong. If you want emergency professionals that know how to de-escalate emergencies and handle their own immature feelings in emergency situations and treat you with respect, take your chances someplace else. I made a police report and after this review I will be reporting it to the insurance as recommended by the officer. Our boy is 9 years old and was choking the whole time they attacked me! I hope they got it recorded and don’t delete the recording! I started taking pictures because I didn’t know anyone’s names to be able to identify them to the manager. I wish I could put all the blame on one person but for everyone’s misfortune, it took the entire group to escalate it this far. I’m just sorry I didn’t get pictures of more of the staff. Especially the male nurse that set it all of. But the blonde lady in the picture is the one that keep attacking me the most (at first). For shame. Theses folks obvious went to school for the money. Not to actually help people.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Today was my second time to need them and again from the front desk to the doctors, they are the kindest, most professional staff. They make your pain more bearable with their genuine concern, kind words, thorough processes to ascertain your illness and simply best bedside manner. Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness and help!

They have always taken good care of my family anytime we have had to come in which has been unfortunately more than we'd like lately. They are hospitable, courteous, and thorough. Urgent care can be scary for kids but even my daughter wanted to go back after getting checked out there! 10/10 recommend!

All of the staff is incredibly polite and helpful! Nice and clean facility. Very little waiting. The doctors are knowledgeable and kind. Reasonably priced despite being out of network by insurance. Highly recommend!

Easy check in process. I love that the staff gave me an estimated wait time. Staff was very friendly and personable. The staff made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. They presented a clear plan of care and what the next steps were if my symptoms continued. I left with significant improvement in my symptoms. Overall great visit and would gladly return for my urgent care needs.

I was on vacation and had a medical emergency at midnight. I was staying with family and found this emergency room 4 minutes away from the house. I received excellent service from the time I walked through the door until discharged. The staff (Dr. Nolan & both nurses Tiffany & Tiffany was extremely friendly and professional. This is the very best emergency room I have EVER utilized in my life. I could only give 5 stars however they deserve 10.

Everyone was very professional. Dr Valle came and talk to us and told us all the tests and X-ray was normal. Wait time was not too bad, took us more or less 2 hours from checking in to leave the place. Last but not least the concierge (forgot her name) was very kind to offer a coffee. Overall experience was excellent.

I’m so very thankful America’s ER is in my community! There was no wait time, lthe staff and nurses saw us right away. They uncovered the root cause of an issue that other doctors overlooked for almost 2 years. Dr. Huynh nailed it and made sure to acted aggressively, with a clear course of action and with an excellent understanding of how to fight the problem. She was kind and we felt all the staff really had my husband’s best interest at heart. They know what they are doing at America’s ER. Again we are thankful!

I went in to the urgent Care and was treated so great by everyone I encountered. I had to get some stitches due to some accident I had on my leg and hand and the nurse her name is Michelle did such a fantastic job I cant thank her enough for the tender loving care and patience she showed taking care of me. She sowed me up really fast and with such wonderful care. From the checking process to the checkout process everything was flawless and smooth and zero copay with my insurance, I highly recommend this facility and their staff.

This place is amazing! I’m never going to a hospital ER again! They have everything you need here with quick convenient service! Everyone there was so kind and pleasant to speak with. I should’ve taken photos!! It’s an actual ER! Don’t wast 5 hours sitting in an emergency room if you don’t have to. They treat all minor illnesses and if you need further evaluation, they’ll have you transported to a hospital.

They were wonderful! I was there most of the day yesterday being treated for a medical crisis. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable, and I felt like they listened to me and actually cared about me. The facility was very clean and well-equipped, and they were able to run various kinds of tests and get the results in under an hour, which was great. They were also very sweet and patient with my toddler and talked to him and gave him snacks and a little toy to keep him happy while we waited. I left with my problem diagnosed and under control for now, prescriptions called in for me, and a plan for handling it from here. If you have to go to an ER/urgent care, this is a good place to go.

This is the second time I've ever went to an ER and this place is amazing! Great response time and they treated me with great care and they were all very nice. I decided to come here because of all the other reviews and i was not disappointed. They even put Netflix on for me and my girlfriend while we waited for the results. 10/10

We love this place!! Many times my kids’ pediatrician is booked 5 days out. Every time I’ve brought any of my kids here we’ve had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff from the ladies sitting at the front desk, to the nurses and doctors. Most importantly, we’re always seen in a quick timely manner. The doctors are professional and knowledgeable. We’ve been seen for a fractured toe, ear infection, strep, hives that came out of no where, etc.

We are so thankful we found a reliable, quality freestanding ER with very reasonable wait times. Dr. Zesut and Team are the best, they each have so much experience and expertise, but they also work well as a team to give the best care for our family and humanize the experience. They took immediate action to stabilize our child, ran key diagnostics, and coordinated with an ambulance on standby for a smooth transfer to the hospital. The support staff in front desk and concierge truly aim to please. Thank you America's ER for the consistently excellent care, service, and exceeding our expectations.

This is the best ER/Urgent Care ever! My family and I come here whenever we need after hours care. They are so thoughtful and caring. They treat all their patients wonderful. My kids never complain when they have to come here. Everyone is welcoming and nice, from all the ladies at the front desk, to the nurses, and the doctor's! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my family!

They were very friendly. I took my 2year old he had a little accident on his chin and we thought he needed stitches it turned out he didn't they ended up using surgical glue. Before they did that they brought him some little toys to distract him while they cleand him up. His chin is healing nice. I think overall it took less than an hour while we went in. We are self paid and it definitely was more affordable than going to a hospital. The Dr was supper patient and nice and friendly. We ended up paying $320.

Super friendly staff and doctor! We had a late night emergency and they were patient and made us feel at ease through the whole experience. The pediatric room is awesomeness! My little one was distracted enough that we made it through with little to no tears!

I came in with my 6yo for some stitches and the staff were fantastic. Every single person that we interacted with made sure that we were as comfortable as possible given the circumstances. The doctor and nurse team gave us enough time to calm down before doing the actual stitches. They were patient and considerate of the fact that stitches are tough for a 6yo. They were very informative of all our treatment options and care instructions afterwards. Although I hope nobody ever has to go to the ER, I have complete confidence in the medical professionals here and recommend them highly.

Absolutely my go to Urgent Care, we have visited about 3 times and each and every single time they go above and beyond they are very fast and your not waiting for hours. The staff is amazing and you can tell they love their job and actually love being there. I’ve taken my toddlers there and they are the most sweet and kind people to my babies and made them feel safe and cared for. I can’t recommend them enough !
