Not pleasant. There seems to be pure conspiracy to swindle customers. Never heard of a couple paying extra room rate just because they occupied the room. Would we have booked separate rooms or stayed on one bed, before they knew we were adults? Two explanations were given me, that she should have gone goingout with me and the room empty. The other is that our room had a balcony and we are paying a preferential rate for it. Did not add up. Now I know better that Senegal hotels operate differently from other hotels.

Hotel is OK, but to close to Mosque... If ur not a believer u might get anoyed with hour long prayers via pretty loud speakers in very bad quality...

Improvements needed. Several things were out of order such as hot water (fixed after 2 days), room safe and a window locker (during the whole stay). On the first floor, a window on the street side should be locked, especially at night ; it was not so safe.

Services in room is not up to the mark, no tea & coffee facility, rooms are very small, no toiletries available….

Neat and nice bed and breakfast hotel. It's located in the centre of the city.

Good hotel, wonderful surroundings, clean and hygienic, bathroom and door fitting were not in order. Overall hotel services were good, restaurant of the hotel have french cusines, but a little on the expensive side

Hotels in Senegal is very expensive compared to Nigeria..Ganale is in a quiet and posh environment and less than 8 min walk to Assemblie Nationale. Not too many shops to buy grocery close by Ganale. Has very modern furnishing. Clean and modern bathrooms and accessory. Very cosy bed and washhand basin is very modern.. Single room goes for discount as low as N27k to N30k but u forgo breakfast...room is quite small but cozy...verify or check that the AC works well in your room before you stay over..N if you desire a room change for any reason, they will do it for you. Generally i give them 6 out of 10. In Nigeria with 27k hotel i will live in a hotel with swinning pool and still have breakfast and all the perks of a 4 star hotek

Reasonable cost for this hotel at this location. Good water pressure and good Wi-Fi in room but terrible TV reception and stations in the room. Other than that had a comfortable stay..
