I ordered a 9 piece wicked wings and U guess they were out of wings. Instead of them letting me know or adding a leg or breast. They put pieces of fried cut up pieces in my box under the wings. It was gross and I couldn’t eat anymore. It was also cold and the breading was falling off of the meat waste of money

I went there because I saw my classmates having us after school I decided to go to the Golden chick on my way home first of all when I get there I could barely hear the guy and I used to work in fast food so I understand the frustration but it’s not my fault I couldn’t hear you. It was going in and out you could tell he was not really having it with me, he wasn’t being patient. I ordered some tenders and when he asked me regular spicy, I said regular he asked me for my side switch. I struggled because I couldn’t hear him or understand him so he gives me my total I go up there I get my food and when I get home, I am eating the food and then I realize that it’s really spicy and I hate spicy I can’t have it I understand if you couldn’t understand if I said spicy or regular he should’ve made sure because now I can’t even bring it back and I can’t eat it because it’s spicy $14 down the drain don’t go there

Well... First of all, the Food was tasty. I would have loved for the chicken to be larger than my dinner roll 😋 Nonetheless it was nicely done. I think we could work on cleanliness of the dining area and restocking the utensils and lids. I noticed the focus is primarily on the drive - thru and getting the orders out. Your service seems to be efficient but extremely cluttered by staff working in one area and neglect in another. Ijs

Went to get lunch as I only live a half a mile from the location. The chicken strips were tough and cold. The fries were stale. For over 9 dollars it was a great disappointment. Will not go back. This was just after11am. Threw it away and went to get something to eat. Should have read previous posts. Would not have gone there at all. As I said I don't intend to go to your outlet anymore. I attempted to go to your website but it was not up. Had I seen previous posts I would have realized I am just 1 of many who have had the same problem I experienced. The management people here need to be replaced .

I want to start this by I never review places, ever. I work in the area and I understand how make or break reviews can be for a business. I have been coming here fairly regularly maybe once a month, once every other month, sometimes a little more, for over a year now. I understand golden chick isn’t gourmet, Its not chick fil a, it’s a little ghetto, and I’m good with that, I’ve came to terms with it, I think most have. That being said, I’m tired of the damn intercom always messing up, and either the person on the order sounds static or they can’t here me. I’m also tired of the damn employees being rude. For instance, today, I order the food, the kid on the intercom said “WHAT YOU WANT” I tell him my order, he sounds annoyed, he can’t hear me, he gets more annoyed, mind you I order prolly the most popular thing on the menu nothing special, then he go “that it?”I tell him more to my order, like the sides and drink, after everything I said he kept going “that it?”. Now, I am not a soft human being, but I’m going to tell you, that kid is rude as hell. I understand this is not his life long career but talking crazy to someone is not right. I get to the window and he’s throwing my food around, he really not wearing a uniform that I can see, just shorts, a tee, and a red bandana around his neck, like a 1950s woman. When I finally pay, I asked if he can take tips, I wasn’t going to pay him any money in tips, really the tip was to crack a damn smile or quit your job and work where you can br behind the scenes where you belong. He replied and said “I’m bool”, nah I didn’t spell that wrong, he said “im bool” and threw up a b with his hands. This kid don’t know my background, doesn’t know I went to anger management in highschool, doesn’t know the stripes I’ve earned in my life, and to throw up bloods, while serving chicken, seems moronic. That being said I’m not here to talk about gangs, I’m not here to really insult anybody, but I am here to post this in hopes that someone with authority gets this golden chick together. I just want to buy my chicken and leave with no problems, with no attitude, just here you go, and I leave. It’s not hard. At least it shouldn’t be.

Usually very good but Friday May 26 at 7pm the roasted chicken was inedible. Bought 16 pieces and was so shriveled up and dehydrated that at first glance I thought they'd only given us 8 pieces. Spent $39 and only my cat could eat it. Next time will order good chicken around the corner at Whistle Britches for that amount of money.

Stopped in a couple of days ago and was treated to a very clean restaurant, cold AC, and unbelievable service by the manager on duty, C.J.! Seriously: exceptional kindness, friendliness, and a desire to make sure we were beyond satisfied with our experience. Looking forward to stopping by again soon!

Golden chick my okra was cold my salad was expired. I only get 30 minutes on my lunch break to sit at my desk and my food is cold is a huge disappointment. Customer service is good but food was a NO GO.

The service was spectacular! I went there a couple times before and was not impressed. I felt I was overcharged the last time. I'm glad I went back. I was told up front there was a wait for my wicked wings and I'm fine with hot and fresh food. Also they gave me a civil servant discount. Thanks a bunch for the honesty and the discount!

The guy at the drive through who took the order and handed it out was the way every food service staff should strive to be like. He was above and beyond being professional and eager to help. With a fantastic attitude and friendly eagerness to make sure that his customers left the store happier than when they arrived.

One thing I really enjoy this place specifically is the Service very nice and helpful ppl and patient it’s my 1st time here. They help me out with what is good which is the whole menu lol but yeah the Guy was very nice to explain what had so far I enjoy the food definitely coming back to this place thanks you!
