Amazing food. The lobster was cooked to perfection as were the crab cakes. Valet was great but it’s cash or cash app only so I had to stand in the rain to transfer money to him. I wish there was a way to just put it on the bill with my meal but I’m sure it’s an independent contractor. “$5 without tip”. The tables were very close together so we moved to a booth. The price is worth it. Was given a free dessert for my birthday! I took it to go but it was delicious chocolate cake.

My daughter’s graduation dinner was on Sunday 5/22/22 and we booked the Pearl Room for 15 people. From the moment we drove up- everyone was professional. The valet service was top tier. The atmosphere of the restaurant was top tier. Even the restroom was top tier. The architecture of the building was beautiful! Let’s get into the service though…Honey when I tell you Derrick did his best work in that beautiful Pearl Room. Very knowledgeable about the menu. Friendly and professional service throughout the entire evening. Derrick’s service was definitely top tier and I would highly recommend this restaurant and the waitstaff because we were all very pleased.

Exceptional! Honestly, one of the best restaurants I've ever been to (and you can check my reviews, I've been to quite a few). This restaurant definitely prides itself on having excellent customer service and phenomenal food. Every single thing (from the water to to the last bite of my meal) was exceptional. That is not an exaggeration. Lobster is my favorite food and I've never had better lobster at a restaurant than I had tonight. It was cooked perfectly & it was seasoned perfectly. Highly highly recommend!

We came here to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary on 4/49/2022. The entire experience here was fantastic. We made a reservation online a couple of days prior. After we checked in, we were greeted by the host again with complimentary wine glasses as they congratulated us. Ray was out server. He was such a nice genuine person and took care of us throughout the entire night. Different people that worked there stopped by and congratulated us on our anniversary. They made us feel so special and like a Hollywood couple. Thank you to everyone there!

I Love Ocean Prime, fine dinning at it's best! Upscale, is when your Ribeye is not Medium Rare and the manager come to your table with apologies and offer of an appetizer plus wine! Other restaurants should take note on how not to make patrons feel bad when the food is not as ordered! This was truly an awesome experience! Ocean Prime has excellent food and Outstanding service! I got a Shrimp Cocktail to eat while waiting on my steak, very yummy! The Point Judith Calamari were very on point! My Ribeye was delicious and yes I had a Moscow Mule with my appetizer and a cab with my steak! My sister had the lamb! We had garlic potatoes, mac & cheese and broccoli & cauliflower for sides! My cousin also had a steak! We had a wonderful girls night out! So if you want an awesome dinning experience, try Ocean Prime!

A little disappointed with the meal I had at Ocean Prime last night for New Years Eve. I ordered the Sea Bass and I was shocked that it was served cold. Warm might have been passable. But cold is unacceptable. The Sea Bass had zero flavor. It tasted boiled and overcooked. Not even the sauce tasted good. I didn't want to make an issue of it since my friend was treating me for dinner. The left over Sea Bass minus the two bites I took went straight to the trash. The Deviled Eggs were less than good. Flavor was basic, and egg whites wet. I have had better from a grocery store. The Lobster Bisque was delicious and presentation excellent. The Butter Cake with Icecream and Berries was delicious. The Berries and Bubbles cocktail was refreshing and love the smoke for a magical touch. If I ever go back, it will be for the cocktails, Lobster Bisque and Dessert only. The service is definitely 5 star. Hopefully the chef steps up his game.

It’s a vibe! The bar area on Friday night has great ambiance in addition to the food and drinks. The scallops with risotto and the lamb were cooked perfectly cooked and seasoned well. Appetizers and cocktails did not disappoint and the guitarist is AMAZING. I felt like I was back home in Nola. I couldn’t sit still in my seat. Great for date night or a good time with the ladies for a girls night. Dining room offers a more elegant and quieter ambiance. Definitely not cheap but worth every penny.

Francisco Garcia was incredible tonight! He made our 10th wedding anniversary a night to remember at Ocean Prime. We ordered Lamb and Crab cakes (i’d suggest getting the appetizer- the entree portion was large and a little salty). He made a sparkling wine suggestion and checked on us throughout the night. They have Wine Wednesday. Brussels sprouts were tasty, just a little heavy on the salt. Id request no salt on my next trip back and definitely request Francisco Garcia. 🙏🏽💯

Very nice steakhouse. Inside of the restaurant is beautiful. Sat outside for a team dinner at work. Excellent wine selection. Everyone enjoyed the food. Service was excellent and drinks were well made and refilled diligently. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because our entire table ordered medium temperature steak and for some reason mine came out undercooked. Had to send back twice. Manager came over and apologized and removed the steak from our bill which was much appreciated. Excellent seafood appetizers. Definitely a classy restaurant.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Hands down this place has outstanding service. My wife love it because EVERYONE kept telling us happy anniversary. Michael helped us out so much and he was knowledgeable about everything. Food was great and flavorful. The service was great from the Moscato that we had to all the food entrées. Thank you Ocean Prime for an outstanding anniversary dinner. Thank you for putting the roses on the table as well. Two thumbs up.

My wife and I had our anniversary dinner here and it was amazing! The service was fantastic, we were tended to perfectly. Our server explained the menu to us in detail and was very friendly. Their signature drinks were outstanding! We had a few different drinks, and they were all great. The food was delicious! The starters were great! The lobster tails were cooked perfectly and my wife loved the salmon! Ocean Prime is easily one of our favorites!

I first dined at Ocean Prime in Washington D.C. and it was amazing! Therefore I made the Dallas location my first stop when I arrived in the city. Valet is the only parking option and it was confusing. There wasn’t a clear spot to pull up to and the passenger had to get out the car to go find an attendant. The restaurant is big and very nice, and I appreciated that the door in the ladies restroom had a foot thingy to open it upon exiting. We sat in the lounge area (which opened us up to additional menu options) and our server was really great! The food unfortunately didn’t live up to what I experienced in D.C. The surf and turf was bland and the short rib wasn’t as tender as I would have liked. The prime beef sliders were also lacking flavor. The crab cake had more breading than the one I had in D.C. (which had way more crab meat). We both agreed that the blackened fish tacos and butter cake were the best items. After we left, I only felt regret for spending so much for lunch and not enjoying it like I had hoped.

my fiancé took me here for our one year anniversary and when we walked in we were greeted with complimentary champagne and the host wishing us a happy anniversary!! it was so sweet and such a nice touch, we were seated in a booth with a candle lit with roses around it , so beautiful. are waiter was very attentive and helpful with the menu . we ordered the calamari , king salmon and lobster pasta 10/10 lots of flavor and the plating was nice as well, we a few drinks which presentation was pretty , tasty and strong , the ambiance was also relaxing and romantic, we also got complimentary dessert to take home for our anniversary, we really enjoyed ourselves and will most definitely be back for another romantic evening, the prices were very reasonable and affordable as well , we can’t wait to dine again!

The reviews aren't lying - the lobster bisque is some of the best you will have. The filet was seasoned well and cooked to a nice medium. Brian, the waiter, was great! He even offered a different dessert when he noticed I wasn't eating it, but I was just stuffed! All the other staff were very attentive too. The food is delicious, but the attentiveness and service is what puts this place above the rest.

We celebrated our anniversary at Ocean Prime and had a fantastic time! They went out of their way to make us feel special! We were greeted with Prosecco and were given a special desert to end our meal! Our steak was cooked perfectly and the lobster was amazing! The truffle Mac and cheese was out of this world! Our server Rodney was wonderful and attentive! We will be back!

Visited Ocean Primer restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and the tartare appetizer was a favorite of mine. Service was top-notch. The only minor inconvenience was finding the restroom😂

Want to first say our server was excellent great service goes a long way. She gave us suggestions and explained all menu items thoroughly. Wife for the filet I had the New York strip they were a excellent entree course after our lobster bisque and ocean prime salad and wonderful calamari appetizer. Will definitely be back

We went for our daughter’s birthday. First of all they are not welcoming. Server was so helpful to explain all the dishes we ask for. But when food came, Appetizers were cold. King salmon and sea bass both entree were delicious. And when the butter cake came, that presentation was not impressive at all. It was not a clean presentation. And the table was uneven because those are extendable. They should work on their tables if it’s a party of five because it’s too dangerous to keep the glass on these kind of tables.

This place was AMAZING!!!! ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE MONEY!! Treated my husband here for his birthday and we enjoyed the drinks food and service!!! 1 star short of 5 because the sauce on calamari was a bit too sweet and a whole cupof oil was poured onto my sea bass and it was way too much. It was my first time there so I didn't know it was oil nor did I know I was supposed to stop them from pouring the whole thing! I was just trying to eat it the way the chef intended...or so I thought...

My husband and I celebrated his birthday here. The experience and service was wonderful. Our waiter was amazing! The food was on point! Atmosphere is relaxing. Our drinks were also fantastic.

A couple of things about this establishment. If you want the best scallops, lobster mac, and calamari this is the place for you to try. Very consistent and service is always spot on. I know they have happy hour but I like to sit in a booth and enjoy my time. They do not rush through service and it is so top-notch. Each experience is enjoyable. I will eat here every day if I could. PERFECT DATE NIGHT!!

Service is always very good and the food is even better. Despite it being called OCEAN prime I have always overlooked their seafood until now. All their sushi rolls are a nice balance between fresh and delicious. Their prime roll is my favorite with their incorporation of the beef carpaccio, it’s a great staple in the menu. A must have is their seafood tower, oysters, cocktail shrimp and crab meat make the perfect trio to share and admire. Overall a very impressionable restaurant.

Great food and service, the waitress was way ahead of what we needed every step of the way, we had apps, oysters and a steak 🥩 and salad, plus some good happy hour wine. The restaurant was a functional machine. I am not a shill I live in Mexico and appreciate coming back to the US. What a wonderful experience and I travel all over the world 🌎.
