Arrived early. Great service and the food just like the others we have been to. The chicken parmesean was excellent great sauce and juicy chicken. The drinks actually had booze in them. The blackberry sour and margarita were very well made. Our server was there when we needed him and very personable. We also took advantage of the extra entree for just 5 dollars more. If in the area definitely a must stop.

We come here for our small groups meetings and this place never disappoints. The service, the food and the ambiance is always great. I’ve never had a bad meal from here. This time we had an assortment of different players and the spinach dip toasted bread was my favorite. The chicken was also well seasoned and delicious. My all time favorite was this apple dessert with this vanilla ice cream. Y’all it was so good. The crust was perfect and warm with the ice cream cold. I was pleased! I can’t wait to come back.

Went for dinner and it was very busy! This location is attached to the mall so parking is bad too. That’s the reason for the 4 star rating. Onto the good stuff - although it was at a busy time, we had a party 4 and was actually seated right away! We ordered the Crispy Zucchini Fritte, Italian Meatballs, Famous Rigatoni “D”, Eggplant Parmesan, and Mushroom Ravioli! Always plentiful! Portions are shareable!

It's an absolute favorite of mine for Italian dining. From the time you walk into the restaurant.... you're greeted by the music and black & white photos of Frank Sinatra encompassing the walls. This restaurant is so very beautiful of an era that exudes elegance and sophistication. This restaurant brings it all to life in modern-day with great food and overhead music while you dine. The staff was friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. And the food is absolutely amazing. Perfection. I recommend the stuffed mushrooms and the lasagna. I did my birthday, month long celebration, in my Frank Sinatra fashion "My Way." Thank you, Maggiano's.

Greeted very cordially upon entering the restaurant. We were seated immediately. Chris was amazing. 16 year employee and it definitely showed. Chris was very knowledgeable about the menu. The zucchini appetizer was delicious. I had lemon herb salmon with spinach. Perfectly cooked and very tasty. The butter cake was amazing. The cake was warm and you could literally taste the butter and vanilla. We mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and Chris called over another server. The server was so kind as to sing happy birthday to my friend and it was beautiful. It was a very enjoyable dining experience. Go visit and ask for Chris.

Had a lovely lunch with a friend at Maggianos! Their salads are tasty I must say! For those on the carb free or trying to limit will be a bit challenging because a lot of their meals are coupled with some variation of pasta. I was able to find the salmon with spinach that was delicious and i would recommend for the healthy diners. This was my second visit and I am open to visiting again for lunch or dinner. Nice atmosphere and prices are mid-range.

Stopped by to celebrate my son's kindergarten graduation. Maggiano's is great for celebrating any occasion. Fresh ingredients and food created as its ordered.

I would return for sure. good value for money, service is good and portions are big. The mushroom appetizer were great. The other dishes were also tasty (see photos) but too salty! Please reduce salt content. all in all, I would return for more.

We were invited by our Son and Daughter-in-law for lunch and they chose Maggiano's. It was a GREAT choice. We had delicious calamari and spinach artichoke dip. I had the Famous Rigitoni D. My son had a Rib Eye steak, my Daughter-in-law had Cape Cod with pasta and my husband had a spicy pasta dish. Everything was cooked to perfection. Our desserts were also so good. Our Server was so kind, attentive and very friendly. I want to say her name was Christne. I can't wait to go back.

! Yummy! Can go casual or dress up. Waiter was cool. Food came out fast. Mozzarella sticks huge. My bf says it’s his fav lasagna. Rigatoni D was a little watery ? U gotta really love onions and I may not. But still flavorful. Usually I get the Alfredo and it’s always 10/10.

Very nice atmosphere. Love the remodel. The food is awesome as always. Unfortunately, the server wouldn't place our leftovers in the containers and we had to do that. This is the only restaurant I go to that won't do this. It's a convenience for the customer and a small way to show we are valued. Ill remember this next time.

This visit was for thanksgiving dinner. A flat price of $49 per person. Menu was confusing. Service wasn’t the best. Presentation was very poor. Some of our dishes were cold. Some sides were undercooked and overcooked. Fish was overcooked also. Almost no seasoning. Place was clean but not enough for an upscale restaurant. I set the bar higher for Italian food, unfortunately Maggiano’s didn’t met my expectations.

Atmosphere was great 👍 Family, night out, even birthday celebration's or just walk in and enjoy the food, which me and my husband did. The food including desserts is delicious and big portions, really good. And the staff was really nice and friendly.

I ordered the chopped salad and chicken Parmesan for delivery. The portion size was plenty large enough for leftovers and heats up well. Parking is limited at NorthPark during the holidays but delivery is always available by DoorDash.

We had an excellent experience at Maggiano’s. The staff was courteous, the server knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The restaurant was clean. The food was delicious! Portions were generous and the $5 take home add on meal was well worth it. I highly recommend the spinach artichoke dip. Bellisimo 🌟

i ate here about a month ago with my friend. everything tasted great and the service was friendly. however, the utensils didn’t see that clean and the sofa seat was dirty.

The food was amazing 🤩 loved the meatballs and my salmon. My son had the shrimp diavolo pasta. Our server was amazing-Giovani! He made wonderful suggestions. Come dine in the bar area.

I ordered the chicken piccata complete with the lemon caper sauce and capers with a side of pasta. I usually go to the location in Plano where it doesn't disappoint. This location did disappoint. The chicken and the pasta were both dry. I asked for more sauce but it wasn't right either and didn't help at all. I finished the meal because it was a Mother's Day outing but I won't be back to this location. The best thing about the meal was the rolls. The server was a sweet young lady but she was over extended with her tables and we had to wait a while for everything. But I don't blame her.
