For
a
hotel
with
super
ratings,
we
were
extremely
disappointed!
The
room
we
were
booked
into
didn't
have
a
kettle
or
tea.
Upon
entering
the
room
we
noticed
greasy
fingers
on
the
bench,
on
the
mirrors
and
coffee
table.
There
were
hairs
from
previous
guests
in
the
bathroom.
Stains
of
unknown
origin
on
the
bed
sheets.
The
carpet
wasn't
vacuumed.
I'm
not
one
to
usually
complain
but
the
kids
didn't
feel
comfortable.
I
called
reception
and
the
woman
I
spoke
to
offered
a
cleaner
to
come
clean
the
room.
We
waited
and
waited
and
waited
some
more.
I
ordered
room
service.
The
food
arrived,
we
ate
and
then
waited
some
more.
Finally
the
cleaner
arrived,
she
went
around
the
room
with
a
dry
cloth
and
left.
The
clean
didn't
wipe
off
the
greasy
fingerprints
or
remove
any
bed
stains.
We
were
offered
another
room.
Again
we
had
to
wait.
Meanwhile,
they'd
switched
everything
off
in
the
current
room.
We
sat
there
with
no
air-conditioning,
no
TV.
Half
an
hour
or
longer,
reception
came
up
and
collected
us
and
moved
us
to
a
smaller
room.
The
pool
was
under
maintenance
so
kids
couldn't
go
for
a
swim.
We've
stayed
at
many
different
hotels
around
Australia
and
I'd
have
to
say
this
was
hands
down
the
worst!
The
only
thing
this
hotel
has
going
for
it
is
that
the
airport
is
a
stones
throw
away.
