المكان نظيف يفتح النفس وواسع ، شكرا لكوتش مرام على روحها الحلوه وطاقتها اللي تنعكس علينا بالكلاس واهتمامها بالمصابين وبكل شخص انه يأدي تمرينه بشكل صحيح ❤️ كوتش هيفا استقبالها و اسلوبها لطيف جدا

الجيم حلو ومتنوع لكن ماخذ فوق طاقته الاستيعابيه بشكل مو عادي المفروض فيه عدد محدد للاشتراكات. الاجهزه محدوده وبتخصيص اجهزة المقاومه. كل ما اروح الجيم كل الاجهزه مشغوله اضطر انتظر كل مره فيصير وقت كثير يضيع فالانتظار برضوا الكلاسات زحمهه للان ماتحمست ادخل. المات انصدمت انه مره قليل جدا مايوصلون ١٠ المفترض جيم زي كيذا العدد كثيير مالقيت لي مات رجعت بيتي كملت الرياضه. عدد الموظفين قليل: اليوم اول مره اروح صباح السبت رحت مارضا يدخلني البوابه رنيت الجرس كذا مره قعدت فوق ربع ساعه مالقيت اي موظف برضوا الي يدخلون قالولي مافي احد غير الي بالكلاس رجعت البيت ومن هنا باذن الله بغير الجيم… شعور عدم رضى العميل براحه يخليه يغير الجيم وبتخصيص انه حوله ٤ جيمات قريبه منه للنساء باسعار جداً حلوه راح يحققولي تجربة افضل من هذا.

المكان جميل لكن جماله بس فترة الصباح والظهر اما المساء تكدس عجيب ، والاجهزه م تكفي البشريه اجلس انتظر وحده نص ساعه عادي لين تخلص ؟! ضاع وقتي ، المدربات م يفقهون ب التدريب حركات حافظينها ويطبقونها دخلت مرتين كلاس جماعي ومليان اخطاء غير ان المدربه م تصّلح للبنت اللي تسوي الحركه غلط ، ماحبيت .

Honestly i had an awesome experience in the gym thanks to Couch alanoud.. professional,fun,caring.. really a beast of a couch her body combat class is just astonishing 💜 thank you very much n love you couch💜💜

One of the best Clean Tidy Everything you need in one place Classes are great specially with eman and esra the best but i have one problm This why i gave only 4 stars insted of 5 At the day of my registration My first day at the gym one of the trianers was in the desk her name is alanod She was rude , not helpful I think she needs some courses in manner and how to welcome customers She did not bother to help with registration or even showing me the place or explanning anything

I loved the gym so much especially coach Sana she worked with me and gave me the opportunity to be able to change my lifestyle to a healthier one

The gym is really good and I like the energy there, specially when I attend Coach AlAnoud classes. She’s super amazing and careful about the workout and how we do it.

Unfortunately, I was surprised that my locker was opened and my personal belongings were taken without prior notice. Even if the customer kept his belongings inside the locker, He must be warned first before taking this inappropriate action by infringing on his privacy. This resulted in a lack of confidence and a not sense of security again, in addition to the congestion of the place resulting from opening memberships without studying the fit of the customers' count with the devices available number and the space of the place.

coach latifa is a very active coach and an excellent trainer. So energetic🙌🙌

Excellent gym with affordable prices. It is clean and well organized. But has no pool. Coach Latifa Aldossary is charming, I wish there is more exercise classes though it is crowded and the classes’s booking gets full quickly. 👍🏻💗

Best gym I’m dammam professional ladies and staff Haifa and Afnan are very helpful , so professional and friendly I would Highly recommend this branch you have all you need clean, huge and lots of equipments comfortable and flexible in membership terms
