I booked gel removal and hand nail upkeep i had juliet for the service and it was horrible !i was left with paper thin nails on one hand , She used the roughest nail file on the ENTIRE nail and i commented that it is not good for the nail but she re-assured me as if she knew better , i asked for square shape she said round i said NO square once she was done to my surprise it was round !!! When i commented she said the side was damaged !!! Hello communication skills ???????? She should have asked not make the decision on her own ... the other hand she did not use the rough file she used the pink less abrasive and it did the job without nail damage , i told her see thats what you should have done , she tried to give excuses that one hand had more gel than the other ! Come on really ??? U dont think i would know how many layers on each hand ?? When i explained it all to receptionist she tried her best to defend the employee claiming she never got complaints ! And offered the gel removal for free yet i still paid for the wrong shape ! My two hands are proof of the lousy work !

The interior is beautiful and very relaxing, but you can easily tell that their nail technicians are amateurs that haven’t been professionally trained. I came hear twice with different technicians, yet the same disappointment. I only did polish on this visit, the polish isnt evened out on the nail. The double-coat lines are clearly visible

When is quality and relaxation is my priority; Shathona is my first option! the prices is a bit more that average in my opinion, yet for the experience and the result I get; I don’t mind paying. Shiela 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 you can manage a full spa with her, great in nails, facial and massage. I’ve done my pedicure once with nanita; she’s calm, nice, gentle and sweet💜 Juliet is number one for me if I thought of having massage!!! I love her with her magical hands you will have one of the best if not THE best massage ever! The minute you enter the spa you can tell that they are welcoming. The whole staff are smiling, nice, and friendly.

Wanted an ombré and had the worst technique and technician so I had to switch to a french manicure. However, the receptionist was kind enough to offer me a free session next time I come where I can get the ombré I wanted.

It was a great experience! Hanaa the hair stylist is so talented and I really enjoyed my time there. The final result was really beautiful and I loved it!!!
