One of the best residential area in the city. Apartments are big with reasonable rent. All important highways are near. Railway station is at walkable distance. Its surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, malls and also good hospitals are near by.

I like the place. Flats are very spacious. It is about 5 rooms that could be splitted to two flats internally for those who like to live as two families in one house. One important thing you have to notice, generally this place has a maintenance issue especially for lifters. Most of time I felt unsafe when I was using it. Also there is no much care of the green gardens although they lots of it around all buildings

This place is quite amazing it almost have everything you need in ur day to day time it even consists of a gaming shop where young kids can spend there money for some fun

In dammam askaan.better then khobar askaan.security system is good but buildings are neglected by local residents. Mix communities living here. That's why kids and ladies can enjoy living here. Coast of living here is not less. Park grocery store.ladies gym and community center everything available in walkable distance.

Great location and amazing service

Great spacious houses/flats with 3+ bedrooms, drawing lounges, dining area, dedicated parking, spacious washrooms etc. Rent is on the high side, and depends upon the building's condition. Some buildings are very well maintained while others are not maintained at all. 2 large lifts and two small lifts in each building. A staff dedicated to the building is available 24 hrs.

Great appartments at a great price in a great location. There is a mosque nearby and the Adhaan and Iqaamah can be heard easily.

Big big rooms. Some families maintained the appartment nicely but some appartment conditions are really very bad. Good to live in cheap price with big rooms but the buildings are old. Lifts are new but sometimes stops un-expectedly

Big residential Society in the Estern region, The Yasmeen Complex has total 32 buildings, each building has 17 floors, each floor has 4 apartments. Each building has four elevators , two on main gate and two from backside. Each building has own big car parking space. The entrance for entry is separated by 4 buildings. One big masque and 3 small masques are available for prying. Playing area for children are there. All the necessary facilities are provided to the Complex.

Good location and for those who look for a serene atmosphere, this is an ideal place. Though maintenance activities are looking incomplete, it was assured to be done soon. Approach from both the DMM-Khobar highway and DMM-Jubail link, makes it great
