Ground floor is for parcel, 1st floor is for individuals and 2nd floor is for families. The family hut is good, spacious and clean. The customer support is okay. Took little bit more time than usual. The place was absolutely warming as it had many rooms and available places to chill and relax. It also had the best kabsa and shawaya I have ever had. The place can get a bit crowded between the lunch and dinner time.

The food is great hence the long line for takeaway. But recently had the worst experience while dining-in. We ordered the food at around 8:40 and our food was brought to us at 10:00. i'm not even exaggerating this. We waited for more than a hour of which the first 40 min was just trying to get someone to take our bill from us which the waiter's were clearly avoiding. 3-star only cause the food is tasty and makes you want to go back.
