The place’s quality plummeted, rice became bland, “brisket” sliders had little to no meat inside, the steak was dry, the fried chicken sliders were extremely dry, and the orange juice was simply not good. the only thing saving the experience was the waiter who did a great job despite the kitchen getting the order he gave them correctly wrong. This is one of my favorite restaurants and it’s really sad to see it’s quality get ruined like this, especially when we paid 256 riyals for a family of 3.

The salad bar is just amazing. The steak was awesome, we follwed the suggestions given by the staff and were very happy about that. Worth the money.

The quality of the food this time is different than any time before. I’m really a big fan of steak house, but this time the food was not as good as I expected. I ordered two pieces of steak; one is medium rare and the other one is to be medium well. In reality, I’ve received medium and well done. I did not the food this time. There are also the vegetables which were the worst.The Zucchini was bitter. Overall, I didn’t like it at all and deeply thinking for not repeating the experience in the future.

This place has changed for the worst. Cheaper versions of old dishes and last visit was terrible. Gave me a rare and bloody steak for a medium well and a dessert that was to be seved warm, right out of the freezer. Fork would not penetrate because of Ice. Horrible.

One of THE BEST experiences i had in a restaurant. The meat is very favourable, The open salad bar has tons on options to pick, the soup is very tasty specially with the garlic bread. Special thanx to KESHAB he was very helpful and extremely patient with me in picking my order and options.

I love Steak House, their food is always good! I have been to this branch twice and I really like it. There is a play room for the kids, a salad bar and good seatings! Its cozy and very enjoyable to be here. The service was satisfying to an extent, the food arrived fast and the waiters were nice. My only problem is with the prices, it’s definitely over priced.

This place actually surprised me. The resturant takes hygiene very seriously. You sit down on the table and you scan the code on the table. After that you can basically order, pay, request anything with your phone. You can still ask for help the old fashion way, but i thought of this new transition is awesome. I ordered a plate of nachos and 2 bbq burgers. The food was greater than i expected. Amazing place i would recommend this branch specifically, even if it was a longer drive.

I had lunch here last Tuesday and while checking the lunch offer menu I noticed that lunch offer is extended to Friday I double checked with the waiter and he confirmed that. Vague answers , no response from customer care and no refund... this has been the worst experience of my life with any restaurant ever .
