Been 2 months I started recording my food intake and practice mindful eating. In this process, Abs Kitchen is playing a vital role. It mentions Protein, Carbs and Fat for all options it has. Plus, I really recommend their food. It’s really tasty and satisfying. Even the burgers are juicy and healthy. Good price to quantity. If you’re are planning to lose weight, gain muscle mass or both, this is your place for food. Staff is friendly. Every weekday, my one meal at least is always from Abs kitchen.

Worst staff ever. Super mean and lazy. They also take longer breaks than usual for "prayer".

Just stopped by today and I talked to a Very rude person in front, he doesn’t want to explain anything and talking to me while he is working on the computer. I would say get your act together and smile to people and give them attention while they are talking to you, haven’t tried the food yet but I can tell based on the cashier (if you don’t like your job just quit) simple

Awful and disgusting. Ordered the overpriced salmon. It was really really dry. It fresh at all. The mashed potato was so bland. The salad I ordered was just full of cucumbers and little carrots. Awful.. wasted my money here and I would never recommend it to anyone. It's better to go eat from anywhere else than here.

The worst branch of abs kitchen, unfortunately, the lack of time and mistreatment, it will be the last visit, I do not recommend this branch

Cashier attitude are not welcome! Meal is expensive compare to others. I found thier is a hair inside the meal. Taste is good.

While the food was decent, the staff and their attitude was the absolute worst. They tried telling me that what I am lying while what the guy who took orders heard it wrong. This was my first time there and I’ll never be visiting any branch of abs kitchen in the near future. Go there if you want to get insulted at your face.

A bit pricy for a diet membership. Some packages miss a whole meal. I had my membership package mistakenly pickedup by an anonymous person. Sometimes the phone in the shop is left unattended and i can't place my order; and sometimes when I place an order it doesn't get processed and I get to wait once I reach the restaurant.

Amazing service and great food I've been coming almost every day for the past year The salad bar has a good variety of choices for a great price The salmon and the shrimp are very tasty Chicken mushroom is a must try The employees are all very nice and accommodating It's definitely the best diet restaurant I've ever been to 10/10
