Saw how an irresponsible management can ruin a good business. Had gone for an Iftar with friends at this hotel at a prime location. In my life this is a worst & crudest iftar I had till now . I couldn’t find even a positive thing there. This hotel is a best example for a worst service with a low quality and quantity food in KSA. An iftar without even a bottle of water ,can u imagine it? Even to get a glass of water we have to beg and wait for their sympathy.. The attitude of staffs seems that we are having our food for charity.. Totally disappointed & foulest restaurant I ever came across in my entire life ... a bad day & an unlucky choice by me & my friends...a shame for a total hospitality business all over KSA The worst Worst WOrst WORst WORSt WORST restaurant experience in my life🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

The very bad experience from this hotel. We Book the hotel for two days and We reach there on night 8 PM. We ask them to see the room before check in. But they refused our request and said that we can go to room after check-in only. After check-in We go to room and this room was very dirty and too much bad smell. At the same time We informed the reception about the smell. The answer was joke... All the rooms will be same Due to Cornish side. At the same time We informed reception to cancel the room. But they charged one night price. Even we didn't stay the room 5 minutes. Very very sad to say that, No one choose this hotel unless you are ready to face such situations.

The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life, I will give zero star to the hospitality of the staff,even if you need a bottle of water you have to call room service 10 times, very rude behaviour of the guys who delivers food at room for quarantining people. I would suggest to everyone please ignore this hotel if you can and find some other place. Otherwise you will suffer during your stay. Food Quality is very bad and it's same thing you get every day. I didn't expect this kind of behaviour and food quality from Howard Johnson hotel.

Very disappointed and unsatisfied iftar ever in my life.. Zero stars for Quality and Quantity for food., They are serving may be kids meal for a man.. Not at all worthy and not recommended at any cost. Very bad hospitality too.. Advise to Management : appoint some good and responsible chef and manager

Its located on very good location near to the beach but rooms are very basic from inside and furniture is old washroom was very small and congested, room service was excellent and quick, reception staff was friendly.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Emirates Airlines had booked this hotel as a quarantine package and I could not get a bathing towel in all the five days I stayed here. Might have reminded as many as 10 times. Food here is very bad and the guys are insensitive towards food preferences. Being a vegetarian, had instructed before each meal to bring me vegetarian. Many times had to return the menu because some room service guy did not heed to my request. Emirates Airlines have to think again before booking anybody at this hotel. It’s a matter of their reputation as well.

Price is too high..v were charged more than 500sar for one day..definitely not worth the price for the room and the eminities provided.. The bathroom was very bad and the lighting in the room was too dim..front desk staff should be sent to hospitality and etiquette classes..they should be taught abt the proper way to talk to customers..very bad attitude was shown by the lady at the reception😡..there was nothing interesting and I feel this hotel is not worth.. I actually do not want to give even a 1 star but had no other option..👎🏻

Very old fashioned hotel with poor cleanliness and service. Good location, prices are just okay but other services are unacceptable. Highly disappointed by the quality of the product. I would avoid staying here in the future.

For me, their room is so good & bathroom. they have wifi also ☺️ but their foods are not good for ASIAN people. so far so good 🙂

This hotel is amazing. There is a pool. I went to swim there. This place is awesome. They learn kids how to dive.

We have very bad experience , they have one Egyptian coordinator named ahmad He broke his promise with us after he gave us a price to book the breakfast buffet, which let us to cancel the reservation in a previous place (another restaurant)we wanted to book because we wanted the resolve of 25 people, so he made a very bad situation with us and he changed his words and broke his promise

Worst hotel ever. First time in my life i had to call reception 3 or 4 time. Nobody answer the call Very bad food. Cleanliness of bathroom is bad. How they are charging 200-250 riyal Iam having a very tough time as am in Hotel Quarantine.

Free upgrade was nice, but rooms without windows made a problems with waking up. Not automatic service every day (for adding new water and tea for example), we had only 2 big and 2 small towels for 4 people. When we asked to bring more towels, they didn't have it, we had to wait till the next day.

One of the worst hotels we had stayed, worst by service and hospitality. We had booked a duplex room for four of us friends, as we were four members we needed four towels they had given only two towels and when requested for two more they refused and stated that they dont have sufficient towels. the staff working are not at courteous and helpful, eventhough it being a branded hotel it didnt have show any indications of it being one Overall we had a very unpleasant stay, the only positive we saw was the location of the hotel I hope that they improve

We entered to restaurant to take breakfast. We ask the employee there he didn't replied to us. And all the plates were completely empty. Bad service.

I came here for an Iftar buffet.. The food are okay but not to the expected level.. The service is good.. I love the desserts especially the baqlava

Nice 3 star in Dammam. Clean Quiet near the cornice. Nice cafe on fourth floor with full se view.

I went there for a buffet, actually i am not satisfied because the taste of food ( Arabic style) does not fulfill my needs.

Decent value for money, nice staff. Room was old but clean, the bathroom should be renovated.

The Ramadan Iftar is too bad and they should be give everyone one meal including A variety of International main dishes served from the chef's daily menu - Arabic appetizers, one soup and oriental sweets with a Ramadan drink. But they put one dish for 5 persons. Also the charge for small chilled (3 years) 🤬 We I call the Manegar he didn’t help me. Or return the money for chilled they charge. Because he told me this is free up to 5 years old.

Good location and friendly staff but the place is so old and need some attention.

Poor maintenance of room as I found wash basin is blocked, electric cattle is not working, hot water lines are blocked as no hot water is coming. To be noted that it's mid of December.

Excellent location ,centrally situated overlooking the corniche and the sea-really spectacular view.All staff from the reception ,restaurant ,cleaning and security were warm ,friendly ,approachable, professional and provided excellent customer service. The hotel is clean, neat and reasonably priced. I really enjoyed my stay there.Thank You Howard Johnson Dammam

The Hotel service was very good or you can say perfect. The staff is very professional and cooperative.

I didn't stay thier but my child was in urgent need for a bathroom while he was playing at Alkornish and they were kind enough to let he in to he swemming pool bathroom an there were clean and neat but there were no soap or napkins .thanks

Silent without any notice, good staff but Old furnitures and very old wash basin tap. Reception need to have good smell.

Really so nice the place at looking. The hotel facelities and sarvice are so good.

I used cobone for swimming pool- it is big and deep. Good they hAve one side for kids. Only thing which i dont like that water was cloudy- need to clean or filter. No towels & soap as amenities.

A good place within its price range. Just across the beach. The staff is proficient and friendly.

I would love to rate this warehouse 10 out of 10
