Receptionist
and
staff
were
respectful.
Originally,
I
booked
for
6
nights.
But
only
stayed
1
night.
I
paid
cash
for
6
nights
when
I
checked
in
at
about
4pm.
Reception
“didn’t
have
change”
said
“at
6pm”
he
could
give
me
my
change.
I
decided
to
only
stay
one
night
because
I
was
tired,
hungry
and
had
many
bags
with
me.
I
went
downstairs
around
6:30
pm
to
complain
about
WiFi
and
power
outage
in
my
bedroom
because
the
desk
wouldn’t
answer
the
phone.
First
he
only
gave
me
my
change,
which
I
think
he
thought
would
change
my
mind
and
he
probably
had
my
change
from
the
beginning.
Then
refunded
the
cancelled
nights
after
requiring
I
cancel
my
entire
reservation
on
booking.com.
I
left
early
because:
1.
The
apartment
had
mold
spots
all
over
the
walls
and
ceiling.
2.
The
power
went
out
in
my
bedroom
and
never
came
back
on.
3.
WiFi
was
very
unstable
and
I
couldn’t
work
because
of
this.
And
4.
I
didn’t
appreciate
them
taking
so
long
to
give
me
my
change
until
I
wanted
to
leave
early.
